In the design phase of a mine hoist’s main bearing,the reliability analysis of its random vibration cannot obtain complete probability information of the vibration acceleration response due to insufficient experimental samples. This paper proposes a new technical route for the reliability analysis of the main bearing of a mine hoist under incomplete probability information. This route includes the dynamic model of a multi-scale coupling system for rolling element bearings,the probability density evolution of vibration acceleration,stochastic process modeling of the probability density evolution path,the probability distribution of vibration power spectral density,and the calculation of design reliability based on conditional probability. By using the collected condition data to drive the established dynamic model of multi-scale coupling system for rolling element bearings,the probability density evolution of vibration acceleration is carried out. Based on the probability density evolution and Karhunen-Loève expansion,a modeling approach for the non-stationary random process of vibration acceleration of rolling element bearings is proposed. This approach obtains the twin data of the random sequence of vibration acceleration for rolling element bearings. The probability distribution of the vibration power spectral density for the main bearing of a mine hoist is studied,and the reliability index of the main bearing of a mine hoist within the service time is calculated.

设计阶段的大型矿井提升机主轴承随机振动系统的设计可靠性分析因试验样本不足,无法获取振动加速度响应的完备概率信息。提出了概率信息不完备下大型矿井提升机主轴承设计可靠性分析的技术路线:滚动轴承多尺度耦合系统动力学模型-振动加速度概率密度演化-概率密度演化路径随机过程建模-振动功率谱密度的概率分布-基于条件概率的设计可靠度计算。运用已采集的工况数据驱动建立滚动轴承多尺度耦合系统动力学模型,开展了振动加速度概率密度演化研究;基于概率密度演化和Karhunen-Loève展开,提出了滚动轴承振动加速度的非平稳随机过程建模方法,获得了滚动轴承振动加速度随机序列的孪生数据;研究了大型矿井提升机主轴承振动加速度功率谱密度的概率分布,并计算了大型矿井提升机主轴承在服役时间上的设计可靠度指标。

设计阶段的大型矿井提升机主轴承随机振动系统的设计可靠性分析因试验样本不足,无法获取振动加速度响应的完备概率信息。提出了概率信息不完备下大型矿井提升机主轴承设计可靠性分析的技术路线:滚动轴承多尺度耦合系统动力学模型-振动加速度概率密度演化-概率密度演化路径随机过程建模-振动功率谱密度的概率分布-基于条件概率的设计可靠度计算。运用已采集的工况数据驱动建立滚动轴承多尺度耦合系统动力学模型,开展了振动加速度概率密度演化研究;基于概率密度演化和Karhunen-Loève展开,提出了滚动轴承振动加速度的非平稳随机过程建模方法,获得了滚动轴承振动加速度随机序列的孪生数据;研究了大型矿井提升机主轴承振动加速度功率谱密度的概率分布,并计算了大型矿井提升机主轴承在服役时间上的设计可靠度指标。

In the design phase of a mine hoist’s main bearing,the reliability analysis of its random vibration cannot obtain complete probability information of the vibration acceleration response due to insufficient experimental samples. This paper proposes a new technical route for the reliability analysis of the main bearing of a mine hoist under incomplete probability information. This route includes the dynamic model of a multi-scale coupling system for rolling element bearings,the probability density evolution of vibration acceleration,stochastic process modeling of the probability density evolution path,the probability distribution of vibration power spectral density,and the calculation of design reliability based on conditional probability. By using the collected condition data to drive the established dynamic model of multi-scale coupling system for rolling element bearings,the probability density evolution of vibration acceleration is carried out. Based on the probability density evolution and Karhunen-Loève expansion,a modeling approach for the non-stationary random process of vibration acceleration of rolling element bearings is proposed. This approach obtains the twin data of the random sequence of vibration acceleration for rolling element bearings. The probability distribution of the vibration power spectral density for the main bearing of a mine hoist is studied,and the reliability index of the main bearing of a mine hoist within the service time is calculated.

设计阶段的大型矿井提升机主轴承将在低转速、重载荷和强冲击的复杂环境中工作,其运行稳定性受到宏尺度系统动态特性和微尺度材料磨损的共同作用。由轴承内圈冲击激励产生的系统振动会引起外圈滚道与滚动体的局部接触应力变大。外圈滚道在局部高接触应力作用下会因疲劳磨损而导致其表面材料剥落,形成点蚀。同时,外圈滚道的点蚀故障激励会引起滚动轴承较大的振动响应1。实际中,滚动轴承的宏尺度系统动态特性和微尺度材料磨损还受到制造水平的影响,进而导致滚动轴承的振动响应遵循某种随机过程2。此外,设计阶段的大型矿井提升机主轴承因其价格昂贵和工况复杂,只能开展小样本试验,甚至无法开展试验。虽然随机过程的协方差函数可以从小样本随机序列中统计,但是概率分布无法从小样本随机序列中恢复,特别是四阶矩3都随时间变化的概率分布。因此,信息不完备下大型矿井提升机主轴承的设计可靠性分析是一个工程难题。
数字孪生技术4提供了很好的解决思路,在状态量无法监测的前提下,可以通过监测环境变量来驱动物理模型,进而获取滚动轴承的振动响应并开展可靠性研究。孪生数据驱动的设计可靠性分析通过综合考虑设计产品的制造水平和复杂工况,把未来服役的设计产品的运行状态全部提前映射出来,并基于孪生的状态数据给出设计可靠度。
图1详细描述了孪生数据驱动的大型矿井提升机主轴承随机振动系统的设计可靠性分析的技术路线。主要包括:第一,分析的对象是设计阶段的主轴承;第二,复杂工况随机分配给每个确定的主轴承;第三,主轴承的运行状态被提前孪生。基于设计院确定的设计参数,建立共性的滚动轴承多尺度系统动力学模型;根据制造商的不完备制造水平信息,模型参数随机化并确定个性的动力学模型,且每个轴承产品的个性动力学模型具备概率属性;考虑到经销商随机发货给不同的煤矿企业,即每个轴承产品的服役工况具有不确定性,采集的工况数据被随机分配给个性的动力学模型;通过工况数据驱动个性的动力学模型,孪生出大量的振动响应,进而建立振动响应的非平稳非高斯随机模型并计算这批轴承的可靠度。
以上孪生数据驱动的大型矿井提升机主轴承随机振动系统的设计可靠性分析技术路线涉及概率分配的技术问题,即个性的动力学模型以多少概率出现和工况数据以多少概率分配给个性的动力学模型,在这两个概率的耦合下产生的振动响应也具备某种概率属性。
本文以矿井提升机主轴承为研究对象,建立滚动轴承宏微尺度耦合系统的动力学模型;针对信息不完备的概率空间,提出一种基于线性矩的GF偏差代表点选取策略,并开展滚动轴承振动响应的概率密度演化研究;针对概率密度演化缺失随机序列信息,提出一种基于概率密度演化路径的非平稳随机过程建模方法,进而获取随机振动功率谱密度的概率密度函数;最后计算矿井提升机主轴承的可靠度。
图2所示,矿井提升机主轴承的内圈同时受到XY轴方向上的径向力。滚动轴承的非线性动力学模型1包括内、外圈水平和竖直方向的4个自由度以及单元谐振器竖直方向的1个自由度。其中,分别为内圈、外圈和单元谐振器的质量;分别为内圈、外圈和单元谐振器的阻尼;分别为内圈、外圈和单元谐振器的刚度;分别为接触力fXY方向的分量。
根据牛顿第二定律,滚动轴承的动力学方程为:

为了获得矿井提升机主轴承宏微尺度耦合系统的振动加速度响应,利用Runge-Kutta法求解式(1)。矿井提升机主轴承多尺度耦合系统动力学模型的主要参数如表1所示,其中,分别为的均值。
图4(a)~(c)分别为矿井提升机主轴承多尺度耦合系统的振动加速度时间历程。随着外圈滚道磨损深度的增加,滚动轴承加速度的振幅逐渐增大。在服役时间 s内,滚动轴承加速度的最大振幅为0.998 m/s2;在服役时间 s内,滚动轴承加速度的最大振幅为2.769 m/s2;在服役时间 s内,滚动轴承加速度的最大振幅为4.441 m/s2
概率空间d维随机向量X构成,且各分量的概率分布未知。实际中,只有少量样本信息能被知晓。基于有限个(ns>200)随机样本,的前4个线性矩6-7分别定义为:

代表点选取的基本原则是在均匀抽样的基础上确保经验累积分布函数的偏差很小。针对信息不完备的概率空间,本节提出了一种改进的GF偏差代表点8选取策略。
一个完整的概率空间被剖分成一系列子域),即满足:(1);(2)。在子域内的代表点用表示,其中,是一个d维随机向量。的Voronoi区域用表示,其表达式为:

显然,的体积需要用Monte Carlo方法获取,其代表点的赋得概率与的体积有关。
图5为利用Voronoi区域计算代表点的赋得概率的示意图。以的概率空间为例,基于外接圆法计算Voronoi区域的面积,并采用微元法近似其代表点的赋得概率。每个Voronoi区域的外接圆的最大半径可以表达为:
图5所示,以代表点为圆心,以为半径作圆,圆的面积为。采用Monte Carlo方法在圆内均匀撒入个测试点 ,计算每个测试点与代表点的距离。若测试点满足公式(23),则:

实际上,概率空间只能被剖分成有限个且尽可能少的子域。因此,GF偏差通常被用来作为概率空间最佳剖分的指标,其表达式为:

代表点集的GF偏差越小,概率空间的剖分越合理。因此,概率空间的剖分可以转化为最优化问题。这种最优化问题可以通过遗传算法或其他优化方法解决,但要占据大量的计算资源。本节采用点集重排法实现快速的概率空间剖分。该方法包括两个步骤:(1)生成初始点集;(2)重新排列以减少GF偏差。
由Sobol序列9生成在单位超立方体d维均匀点集,如下式所示:

在信息不完备的概率空间中,由以上的点集重排法所确定的代表点集 通常只是次佳的。但是,的精度在实际应用中足够满足大部分工程的要求。表2为影响矿井提升机主轴承多尺度耦合系统振动响应的随机变量。
图6所示,代表点数量q是影响选点策略精度的主要因素,而测试点数量对选点策略精度的影响较小。当时,选点策略能达到较好的精度效果,其GF偏差的范围为。当时,采用获得的选点策略的GF偏差为0.0271;而采用获得的选点策略的GF偏差为0.0303。因此,的增加并不能显著地提高选点策略的稳定性。在工程应用中,可以选取较大的q和较小的,在多次尝试的情况下选择满足工程要求的代表点集。
矿井提升机主轴承多尺度耦合系统动力学方程的参数用一系列基本随机变量表示。根据式(2),主轴承的随机动力学方程可以表示为:
基于随机动力系统的概率守恒原理,式(39)的广义概率密度演化方程10为:

图7为矿井提升机主轴承宏微尺度耦合系统在 s时间历程的振动加速度概率密度演化。图7(a)~(c)反映了滚动轴承振动加速度的概率分布随时间的变化趋势。滚动轴承振动加速度的变化范围为-6~6 m/s2,其中,振动加速度以较大的概率出现在-2~2 m/s2。矿井提升机主轴承在全服役时间历程的振动加速度概率密度演化见附录B。
概率密度演化缺失随机序列信息,无法从频谱分析的角度对主轴承开展可靠性分析。本节提出了一种基于概率密度演化路径的非平稳随机过程建模方法,其基本思想是使用潜在的非平稳高斯随机过程去近似目标的非平稳非高斯随机过程。
为定义在一个概率空间上的随机过程,表示t时刻的A在样本点处的值,它的前4个中心矩被表示为。采用梯形法对3.3节的概率密度演化进行数值积分,的前4个中心矩11能够被确定。
根据三次正态变换多项式12可近似为:

图10为由概率密度演化路径非平稳随机过程产生的106个振动加速度随机序列。其振动加速度幅值和协方差函数分别与图4(c)的振动加速度幅值和协方差函数存在着某种“相似性”,即设计阶段主轴承加速度状态量的“孪生”。
图10所示,基于4.1节建立的随机过程,采用Monte Carlo方法产生106个加速度随机序列。对每个确定的随机序列分别进行傅里叶变换,如下式所示:

图11为矿井提升机主轴承振动加速度功率谱密度的概率密度函数。如图11(a)所示,在加速度频率34~40 Hz内,滚动轴承振动加速度每间隔两个频率出现一个较大的峰值,且较大的峰值以特定的概率出现在之间。图11(b)反映了在频率 Hz上的滚动轴承振动加速度较大峰值的概率分布。
矿井提升机主轴承外圈的故障频率定义为:

当出现在故障频率上的加速度功率谱密度的峰值超过失效阈值时,矿井提升机主轴承视为失效。因此,矿井提升机主轴承的失效概率表达为:

图12为矿井提升机主轴承外圈故障频率的概率密度函数,的定义域为。相较图11(a),滚动轴承振动加速度在频率 内共出现5个峰值,其中较大峰值的概率分布如图11(b)所示。

针对设计阶段的大型提升机主轴承随机振动的设计可靠性分析缺少试验样本的工程难题,本文提出了孪生数据驱动的大型矿井提升机主轴承随机振动系统的设计可靠性分析的技术路线。该技术路线总结如下:
(1)提出了大型矿井提升机主轴承宏微尺度耦合系统的动力学模型,运用已采集的载荷历程驱动滚动轴承的动力学模型,并获取振动加速度响应。
(2)针对概率分配的技术问题:个性的动力学模型以多少概率出现和工况数据以多少概率分配给个性的动力学模型,提出了信息不完备的概率空间剖分和赋得概率计算方法。该方法以GF偏差作为概率空间最佳剖分的指标,保证了工程的精度要求。
(3)现有的概率密度演化缺失随机序列信息,无法从频谱分析的角度对主轴承开展可靠性分析。提出了概率密度演化路径非平稳随机过程建模方法。相较传统的随机过程建模方法,该方法中的分布类型无需假设,随机序列的每个样本由概率密度演化给定的时间上的分布类型和从物理模型中统计的协方差函数共同决定。
(4)提供了滚动轴承随机振动的加速度功率谱密度的概率分布。该功率谱密度的概率分布反映了发生在频率上的加速度功率谱密度的峰值概率。若发生在故障频率上的加速度功率谱密度的峰值很小,则滚动轴承视为安全。
(5)提供了大型矿井提升机主轴承在服役时间历程上的可靠度指标,为考虑批量生产的滚动轴承设计提供了依据。
