During real-time hybrid simulation(RTHS) of nonlinear specimens,the interaction between the specimen and the loading system can lead to variations in the specimen’s behavior,consequently affecting the time delay in the servo system. Online estimation of the system’s time delay enables the application of an adaptive time-delay compensation method for controlling time-varying systems. Nevertheless,during the initial stages of parameter identification,the estimated values frequently exhibit notable fluctuations,which can have a detrimental impact on the effectiveness of control. To this end,a two-stage adaptive time-delay compensation method driven by the inverse model for RTHS is proposed. Firstly,the inverse model controller of the system is used to perform coarse compensation to eliminate the test error caused by the main time delay. Then,the adaptive delay compensation method based on recursive least squares is used to compensate the remaining delay to further control the accuracy. By using the two-story shear frame as the prototype and the self-centering viscous dampers as the specimens,a time-delay compensation RTHS is carried out simultaneously on the two experimental substructures. Numerical simulations and experimental results show that the control accuracy of the proposed method is higher than that of the single-stage time-delay compensation method,and it can be applied to RTHS involving multiple experimental substructures.

在非线性试件的实时混合试验中,由于试件与加载系统存在相互作用,试件性能的变化可能会导致伺服系统的时滞发生改变。通过对系统时滞进行在线估计,自适应时滞补偿方法可以应用于时变时滞系统的加载控制,但参数的估计值在辨识初期往往会发生显著波动,影响控制效果。为此,提出了逆模型驱动的实时混合试验两级自适应时滞补偿方法,即以系统的逆模型控制器进行粗补偿,消除主要时滞带来的试验误差;以基于递归最小二乘的自适应时滞补偿方法对剩余时滞进行补偿,进一步控制精度。以两层剪切型框架为原型,自复位黏滞阻尼器为试件,对两个试验子结构同时开展时滞补偿实时混合试验。数值模拟和试验结果表明,所提方法的控制精度高于单阶段的时滞补偿方法,并可应用于多试验子结构的实时混合试验。

在非线性试件的实时混合试验中,由于试件与加载系统存在相互作用,试件性能的变化可能会导致伺服系统的时滞发生改变。通过对系统时滞进行在线估计,自适应时滞补偿方法可以应用于时变时滞系统的加载控制,但参数的估计值在辨识初期往往会发生显著波动,影响控制效果。为此,提出了逆模型驱动的实时混合试验两级自适应时滞补偿方法,即以系统的逆模型控制器进行粗补偿,消除主要时滞带来的试验误差;以基于递归最小二乘的自适应时滞补偿方法对剩余时滞进行补偿,进一步控制精度。以两层剪切型框架为原型,自复位黏滞阻尼器为试件,对两个试验子结构同时开展时滞补偿实时混合试验。数值模拟和试验结果表明,所提方法的控制精度高于单阶段的时滞补偿方法,并可应用于多试验子结构的实时混合试验。

During real-time hybrid simulation(RTHS) of nonlinear specimens,the interaction between the specimen and the loading system can lead to variations in the specimen’s behavior,consequently affecting the time delay in the servo system. Online estimation of the system’s time delay enables the application of an adaptive time-delay compensation method for controlling time-varying systems. Nevertheless,during the initial stages of parameter identification,the estimated values frequently exhibit notable fluctuations,which can have a detrimental impact on the effectiveness of control. To this end,a two-stage adaptive time-delay compensation method driven by the inverse model for RTHS is proposed. Firstly,the inverse model controller of the system is used to perform coarse compensation to eliminate the test error caused by the main time delay. Then,the adaptive delay compensation method based on recursive least squares is used to compensate the remaining delay to further control the accuracy. By using the two-story shear frame as the prototype and the self-centering viscous dampers as the specimens,a time-delay compensation RTHS is carried out simultaneously on the two experimental substructures. Numerical simulations and experimental results show that the control accuracy of the proposed method is higher than that of the single-stage time-delay compensation method,and it can be applied to RTHS involving multiple experimental substructures.

为考虑速率对试件的影响,实时混合试验[1]以常规子结构拟动力试验为基础,实时实现数值子结构和试验子结构的边界条件,从而拓展混合试验的应用范围,受到了各国学者的广泛关注和应用研究[2-3]。NAKASHIMA等[4]对一座5层隔震结构开展了实时混合试验,评估了隔震支座的性能,证明了与拟静力、拟动力和振动台试验相比,实时混合试验更具有优越性。BONNET等[5]对5自由度的质量-弹簧系统进行了实时混合试验应用,其中3个自由度作为试验子结构,其余自由度作为数值子结构,分别进行了线性和非线性分析以及单台和多台作动器同时加载[6]的实时试验,均得到出色的试验结果。
然而,伺服系统在实时加载过程中势必会引入系统时滞,从而破坏子结构的边界协调条件[7-8],影响结果的可靠性,甚至影响系统的稳定性,从而危及加载设备和试件的安全。
HORIUCHI等[9]最早分析了实时混合试验时滞对系统稳定性的影响,并提出多项式外插的补偿方法。为防止高阶引入的高频力响应,一般选择三阶多项式。Hermite插值预测方法由于利用了高阶信息,并且采取了时滞过补偿方法,因此具有更好的预测精度[10]。由于逆模型的简单易行,徐伟杰等[11]通过离散控制理论证明:当预先估计出时滞大小并以此调整逆补偿参数α值后,逆模型控制方法具有较好的补偿效果。相较于常规隔震结构试验方法,唐贞云等[12]对隔震支座进行物理试验,并建立神经网络模型,并以此模型为数值子结构,将上部结构作为试验子结构,开展实时混合试验。神经网络模型由于具有计算速度快等特点[13],可解决计算时滞带来的问题。
CHAE等[14]提出一种基于时间序列的自适应时滞补偿方法,该方法利用泰勒展开系统的期望位移和实测位移之间的关系,获得了较好的补偿效果。王贞等[15]提出基于参数识别的自适应时滞补偿方法,以自校正为基础,将伺服系统离散化,通过在线参数识别和更新系统状态,具有良好的鲁棒性和时变系统的适用性。李宁等[16]将时滞分为空载和负载两种时滞,并采用逆模型和多项式外插策略分别补偿,经数值和试验验证,该方法优于自适应逆补偿方法。NING等[17-18]提出基于模型的Kalman滤波器自适应控制策略,该算法采用逆模型作为前馈控制,采用Kalman滤波器在线识别并调整反馈控制器参数,数值和试验结果证明了所提控制器的可行性和鲁棒性。
在以上众多时滞补偿方法上,基于定时滞的多项式外插方法应用最为广泛。然而由于系统受到信号频率和试件形式等多种影响,很难把握其动力特性。而自适应时滞补偿方法在参数收敛之前仍具有较大误差。
因此,为解决目前时滞补偿方法的局限性,WANG等[19]提出一种基于多项式外插的两级自适应时滞补偿方法。在此基础上,本文将介绍逆模型驱动的两级自适应时滞补偿方法,以一座双自由度剪切型框架为研究对象,建立对应的数值模型,并开展数值和物理实时混合试验,探讨在多试件中的补偿效果,为该方法在多自由度中的应用提供参考依据。
逆模型控制器是一种前馈控制器,它应用简单,反应速度快,适合定常系统且动力系统特性已知的时滞补偿情况。但在大多数情况下,系统并非定常,且时滞也会因为某些原因(如试件)而有所不同。自适应时滞补偿方法可以根据系统的输入、输出响应调整控制器参数,因此,其性能取决于参数识别的速度和准确性。但当面对较大的时滞估计变化时,参数稳定过程需要更长的时间,这将会影响控制器效果。
为了解决这些问题,本文将这两种方案结合起来形成一种复合策略,即两级自适应时滞补偿方法,如图1所示。此方法包括两个阶段:第一阶段是通过逆模型控制器对系统时滞的主要部分进行补偿;第二阶段是通过基于最小二乘算法的自适应控制器对剩余时滞进行补偿。
逆模型控制器是一种将控制对象(作动器和试件)的辨识模型取逆,并将其作为开环控制器的时滞补偿方法,如图2所示。该控制器的输入为期望位移,输出作为被控对象的输入。由于控制器与被控对象的串联关系,因此在理论上可以实现期望位移与作动器输出响应的一致,从而达到时滞补偿的效果。由于逆模型控制器是直接对控制对象的辨识模型取逆作为控制器,不考虑信号的反馈,因此计算效率高,但在时变时滞系统中补偿精度较差。
假定作动器的辨识模型为Gid时,显然,逆模型控制器设计为:GT=Gid-1
基于递归最小二乘法的自适应时滞补偿策略如图3所示。
理论推导如下:
期望位移yd与实测位移ym之间的偏差不仅存在于相位,还体现在幅值上,关系如下式所示:

为设计自适应时滞补偿算法,首先假定将作动器的加载命令yac和实测位移响应ym简化为以下公式:

为了得到好的补偿效果,通常要求实测位移与期望位移相等,式(6)转化为:

以式(7)所获得的作动器加载命令与式(6)反推得到的作动器加载命令之间的误差值最小为目标,采用带有遗忘因子的递归最小二乘算法对式(7)的参数进行在线预测,该算法可以表示为:

式中,λ为遗忘因子,通常0.9λ1,遗忘因子越大,表示之前的数据对当前的时滞估计影响越大,以下案例取值均为0.999;P为协方差矩阵,初值取单位向量乘1000,参数初值均取为[1,0,0];I为单位矩阵。
以两层剪切型框架为例,试验子结构为层间的自复位黏滞阻尼器,如图4所示。系统运动方程为:

式中,xi+1x˙i+1x¨i+1分别为第i+1积分步的位移、速度和加速度向量;x¨g为地震加速度;mNcNkN分别为数值部分质量、阻尼和刚度矩阵;rE为试件恢复力向量;ι为地震作用位置向量。具体形式为:

本试验对象的具体参数为:集中质量m1=m2=100 t;层间刚度k1=3868.9 N/mm,k2=1934.4 N/mm;采用Rayleigh阻尼,质量和刚度的阻尼系数分别为αm=0.238βk=0.0087。反馈力fsc1fsc2来自作动器测量得到的试件恢复力。地震动采用PEER中的RSN952_NORTHR_MU2035,地震波峰值加速度调为0.1g
实时混合试验采用SIMULINK软件开展混合试验仿真,包括数值子结构模块(+数值积分算法)、时滞补偿模块、作动器模块和试验子结构模块,如图5所示,图中,z为SIMULINK软件中的离散作用模块,xdxmxac为用于采样和记录的值。接下来对其中的数值积分算法、作动器模型以及自复位黏滞阻尼器模型展开描述。
CR算法[20]由于具有位移和速度双显式的形式而得到广泛应用。速度与位移的假定为:

式中,α1α2为该算法参数,与系统的质量M、刚度K和阻尼C有关,具体为:

i=i+1,重复式(11)和(13),直至试验结束。
首先采用MATLAB中的系统识别工具箱(system identification toolbox)对被控对象进行模型识别,并以传递函数的形式表达出来。该工具箱将待识别系统的输入和输出数据作为输入,并输出系统的辨识模型。本文通过实验实测数据驱动模型参数识别。试验中,以自复位阻尼器为子结构,施加幅值1 mm、频率1~10 Hz的60 s扫频信号,并记录指令信号和测量信号。根据指令信号和测量信号进行识别,传递函数形式为:

式中,s为拉普拉斯变换参数;KpTzTpTd为待识别参数,如表1所示。
所识别模型精度均在93%以上,说明该辨识模型满足实验需求。第一阶段的逆模型控制器即取式(14)的逆形式。需要说明的是,逆模型控制器仅考虑时滞模型部分泰勒展开式的常数项即可。
所采用的自复位黏滞阻尼器为文献[21]提供的新型自复位黏滞阻尼器,该阻尼器具有与位移和速度双相关的滞回特性。其工作机制如图6所示。活塞杆拉伸和压缩时,持有预压力的环形弹簧具有自复位的能力,而黏滞摩擦力提供阻尼耗能。最终得到的滞回曲线如图7所示。
自复位弹簧的滞回曲线如图8所示,具有以下数学关系:

式中,Fs为弹簧力;Fa为弹簧的预加力,对应的位移为ua(为弹簧与接触单元之间由预加力引起的弹性变形);Fr为弹簧内部剩余力;Fd为当前加载轮次最大加载位移ud下对应的荷载;Fc为第一段卸载与第二段卸载的交点荷载,对应的位移为ucks,1ks,2ks,3分别为弹簧的初始刚度、加载刚度和卸载刚度。本文具体取值为:ks,1=11 kN/mm,ks,2=1.442 kN/mm,ks,3=0.256 kN/mm,Fa=10 kN,Fr=1.6 kN。
黏滞阻尼的力-位移关系采用Maxwell模型:

自复位黏滞阻尼器的力-位移关系可以由黏滞阻尼和自复位弹簧并联得到,即式(15)和(16)叠加,其滞回曲线如图7所示,而其力Fsv表示为:

为验证所建立试件模型的正确性,位移命令设为u=Asin(2πft),其中Af分别表示命令的幅值和频率,模拟两种工况:一种是固定加载频率为0.05 Hz,加载幅值分别为20、30和40 mm,如图9(a)所示;另一种是固定位移幅值为50 mm,加载频率分别为0.05、0.2和0.6 Hz,如图9(b)所示。
图9中的点线为试验数据[21],实线为模型数据。可以看出,数值模型输出结果与试验结果吻合程度较高,模型计算结果与试验数据具有良好的一致性,表明所建模型可以代替试验模型来描述自复位黏滞阻尼器的力学性能。
为了验证逆模型驱动的两级自适应时滞补偿方法,对前文建立的两自由度模型进行了3种补偿方法的比较。分别是逆模型控制器时滞补偿方法、自适应时滞补偿方法以及本文所用方法。为了比较3种控制方法,采用3个定量指标作为评价标准,即J1~J3,表示控制器的追踪性能[22]
评价标准J1为控制器的跟踪时滞,单位为ms:

式中,n为数据点的个数。该指标表示当前系统的具体时滞值,当J1=0时,即表示系统没有时滞或系统时滞小于采样步长。
评价标准J2为控制器跟踪误差的归一化均方根(root mean square,RMS),表示N个离散点的实测位移ym和期望位移yd之间的误差值:

评价标准J3为峰值跟踪误差,计算实测位移与期望位移瞬时误差的最大值,并通过期望位移最大值归一化:

表2给出了双试验子结构的控制器评价指标。可以看出,逆模型控制器时滞补偿方法能够消除50%以上的时滞和误差,但由于参数给定不精确,该方法并不能消除全部时滞误差。自适应时滞补偿方法相对于逆模型控制方法,能进一步消除较大的时滞误差,但是相较于两级自适应时滞补偿方法,该算法在参数收敛之前具有较大的波动;另外,对于双阀作动器来说,收敛速度慢,因此仍具有较大的误差。两级自适应时滞补偿方法能够吸取两者的优势,在自适应参数收敛之前,逆模型控制器可以补偿主要时滞;在参数收敛时,自适应时滞补偿控制器将消除剩余时滞。该方法不仅可降低自适应时滞补偿控制器的参数波动范围,而且可以增加参数收敛速度,证明如图10所示。从图10(a)中可以看到,Case2的参数波动范围为±4,而Case3的参数波动范围为±2以内,波动范围小了50%;图10(b)中,Case2的参数大约在12 s时收敛,而Case3的参数大约在4 s时收敛,收敛时间节约了67%。
表2中Case3的两台作动器最终时滞为0 ms,其他两个值的最大值不超过0.5%。因此,可以看出两阶段时滞补偿器具有很好的时滞补偿效果。同时,图11给出了期望位移和实测位移曲线及误差值。从图11中可以看出,一层最大位移约为9 mm,二层最大位移约为18 mm,而一、二两层期望位移命令和实测位移命令的误差最大值仅为0.04 mm,说明两级控制器已相当好地实现了期望位移命令。
本研究在东南大学结构实验室对以上时滞补偿算法进行了双自由度物理实时混合试验,如图12所示。将控制器的期望位移命令与试验位移命令进行对比,由式(18)~(20)可以得到控制器在试验中的表现,如表3所示。可以看出,两台作动器的期望位移和实测位移之间的剩余时滞最大为1 ms,实测位移和期望位移之间的跟踪均方根误差最大为3.6%,而峰值跟踪均方根误差最大为5.4%。
图13给出了两个试件的期望位移和实测位移时程及误差曲线。可以看出期望位移和实测位移能够同步且幅值均较好地吻合在一起。从误差曲线中可以看出,两者之间的最大误差分别为0.46和0.6 mm。
图14给出了自复位黏滞阻尼器的滞回曲线。可以看出,一层自复位黏滞阻尼器的力和位移关系曲线中存在±1.2 mm的滑移现象,很大可能是由于工装在动态加载下产生松动造成的。由于试验的动态加载,实时试验的工装一般远大于静态加载的工装,但是在多次加载后需重新固定,如同慢速加载一般,可以引入位移外环控制[23],而不是作动器的位移反馈,从而降低工装滑移带给试验的损失。二层的力和位移关系曲线并不存在滑移现象,可以看出,控制器在时滞补偿后的实时加载效果能够很好地体现出阻尼器的自复位性能和黏滞耗能特性。
为了实现多试验子结构的高性能实时控制,本文采用逆模型驱动的两级自适应时滞补偿方法对两台作动器进行了时滞补偿。第一阶段采用逆模型控制器进行粗略时滞补偿;第二阶段通过带有遗忘因子的最小二乘算法对剩余时滞进行自适应时滞补偿。
首先建立了自复位黏滞阻尼器模型,并对比了试验数据,验证了模型的正确性。然后搭建了实时混合试验数值仿真程序,数值对比了逆模型控制方法和自适应时滞补偿方法。结果表明,两级自适应时滞补偿结果更为优越,期望位移和实测位移之间的时滞为0 ms,且J2J3的最大值不超过0.5%。
对两个自复位黏滞阻尼器开展了物理实时混合试验,得到的控制器时滞补偿结果检验了所提方法。通过自复位黏滞阻尼器的力-位移曲线能够看出,时滞补偿后的实时加载效果能够很好地体现出阻尼器的自复位性能和黏滞耗能特性。
此外,由于实时加载试验的动态效应引起工装远远大于静态试验的工装,而且在多次重复试验后,工装若不重新固定,试验中将不可避免地出现滑移现象,因此,可以探究如位移外环控制方法在实时试验中的应用,此时可能存在更严重的加载时滞,两阶段时滞补偿方法在这方面是否依然可行,有待进一步研究与验证。
