Combined with the long-term observation data of three-dimensional ultrasonic anemometer at the deck of a long-span suspension bridge in the coastal area of Guangdong Province,the average wind characteristics of the wind field at the bridge site are statistically analyzed. Taking the wind speed exceeding 8 m/s as the standard of strong wind,the fluctuating wind characteristics of the bridge site are analyzed based on strong wind samples. The results show that the coastal areas of Guangdong are mainly affected by the southeast monsoon in spring and summer and the northwest strong wind in autumn and winter. The downwind turbulence intensity is obviously greater than the transverse wind and vertical turbulence intensity,and the ratio of each component is roughly IuIvIw=1∶0.86∶0.60. There is a significant positive correlation between gust factor and turbulence intensity,and the empirical formula recommended by Cao and Choi can better reflect the relationship between the two,and the empirical formula recommended by Cao is more suitable for coastal areas. Turbulence integral scale has a negative correlation with turbulence intensity. With the increase of turbulence intensity,turbulence integral scale first decreases rapidly and then tends to be stable. Based on the measured data,the empirical formula of turbulence integral scale and turbulence intensity is given,and the correlation between the two is significant. In the measured data,the downwind power spectral density is in good agreement with Kaimal spectrum,the transverse wind power spectral density is in good agreement with Von Karman spectrum,and the vertical power spectral density is in good agreement with Panofsky spectrum at high frequency band.

结合广东沿海地区某大跨度悬索桥桥面处三维超声风速仪的长期观测数据,统计分析了桥址区的风场平均风特性,以风速超过8 m/s为强风标准,基于强风样本分析了桥址区的脉动风特性。结果表明,广东沿海地区主要受到春夏季东南季风和秋冬季西北强风的影响;顺风向紊流强度明显大于横风向、竖向紊流强度,各分量比值大致为IuIvIw=1∶0.86∶0.60;阵风因子与紊流强度具有显著的正相关性,CAO和CHOI经验公式能较好地反映两者关系,且前者推荐的经验公式更加适用于沿海地区;紊流积分尺度与紊流强度具有一定的负相关性,随着紊流强度的增大,紊流积分尺度呈现先迅速减小后趋于稳定的趋势,根据实测数据给出了紊流积分尺度与紊流强度的经验公式,两者相关性显著;实测数据的顺风向功率谱密度与Kaimal谱吻合较好,横风向功率谱密度与Von Karman谱吻合性较好,竖向功率谱密度在高频段与Panofsky谱吻合性较好。

结合广东沿海地区某大跨度悬索桥桥面处三维超声风速仪的长期观测数据,统计分析了桥址区的风场平均风特性,以风速超过8 m/s为强风标准,基于强风样本分析了桥址区的脉动风特性。结果表明,广东沿海地区主要受到春夏季东南季风和秋冬季西北强风的影响;顺风向紊流强度明显大于横风向、竖向紊流强度,各分量比值大致为IuIvIw=1∶0.86∶0.60;阵风因子与紊流强度具有显著的正相关性,CAO和CHOI经验公式能较好地反映两者关系,且前者推荐的经验公式更加适用于沿海地区;紊流积分尺度与紊流强度具有一定的负相关性,随着紊流强度的增大,紊流积分尺度呈现先迅速减小后趋于稳定的趋势,根据实测数据给出了紊流积分尺度与紊流强度的经验公式,两者相关性显著;实测数据的顺风向功率谱密度与Kaimal谱吻合较好,横风向功率谱密度与Von Karman谱吻合性较好,竖向功率谱密度在高频段与Panofsky谱吻合性较好。

Combined with the long-term observation data of three-dimensional ultrasonic anemometer at the deck of a long-span suspension bridge in the coastal area of Guangdong Province,the average wind characteristics of the wind field at the bridge site are statistically analyzed. Taking the wind speed exceeding 8 m/s as the standard of strong wind,the fluctuating wind characteristics of the bridge site are analyzed based on strong wind samples. The results show that the coastal areas of Guangdong are mainly affected by the southeast monsoon in spring and summer and the northwest strong wind in autumn and winter. The downwind turbulence intensity is obviously greater than the transverse wind and vertical turbulence intensity,and the ratio of each component is roughly IuIvIw=1∶0.86∶0.60. There is a significant positive correlation between gust factor and turbulence intensity,and the empirical formula recommended by Cao and Choi can better reflect the relationship between the two,and the empirical formula recommended by Cao is more suitable for coastal areas. Turbulence integral scale has a negative correlation with turbulence intensity. With the increase of turbulence intensity,turbulence integral scale first decreases rapidly and then tends to be stable. Based on the measured data,the empirical formula of turbulence integral scale and turbulence intensity is given,and the correlation between the two is significant. In the measured data,the downwind power spectral density is in good agreement with Kaimal spectrum,the transverse wind power spectral density is in good agreement with Von Karman spectrum,and the vertical power spectral density is in good agreement with Panofsky spectrum at high frequency band.

现代桥梁设计正不断朝着大跨、轻柔的方向发展,桥梁结构对风的敏感性也在不断增加,自从1940年Tacoma大桥风毁之后,桥梁工程界开始逐渐重视风对桥梁结构的影响。为了研究桥梁结构在风作用下的气动性能,需要准确的桥址处的风场特性,为桥梁抗风设计和检验提供可靠的依据。风特性参数包括风速、风向、紊流强度、阵风因子、紊流积分尺度和功率谱密度函数等,要想准确获得这些参数,最可靠的方法就是进行现场实测。近些年来,随着大跨度桥梁的建设需求增加,对桥址处的风场实测也取得了一定的成果,周广东等[1]和李杏平等[2]根据中国东部沿海地区桥址处的长期风观测数据,得到了桥址10 min平均风速年最大值的风玫瑰图、紊流强度、紊流积分尺度以及紊流功率谱函数等风特性,探究了各参数之间的关系,为该地区其他工程结构的抗风研究提供参考;赵林等[3]对台风气候条件下,实测近地平均风特性和脉动风功率谱进行统计分析,结果表明,台风过境时,平均风速呈“M”形双峰分布,风向呈连续180°转换,并伴随着大风攻角的产生;段静等[4]对实测台风风场数据分别采用离散小波变换、集合经验模态分解、平稳模型方法进行风场特性计算对比,结果显示,采用集合经验模态分解法对台风进行非平稳性研究比离散小波变换法更加合理;王旭等[5]通过采集台风风场数据,分析了台风演变过程中平均风速、风向角、湍流强度、阵风因子等风场特性的变化;马如进等[6]、张志田等[7]和邹云峰等[8]分析了峡谷地形对风场特性的影响,结果表明,峡谷地形对风场特征存在显著影响,风特性参数呈各向异性分布;李加武等[9]研究了喇叭口河谷地形的风场特性,结果表明,所测结果与规范对风特性的描述有较大差异;蔡向阳等[10]和辛亚兵等[11]研究了桥轴向风特性参数的变化,结果表明,风特性参数沿桥轴向的变化趋势基本一致;陶天友等[12]根据实测的桥址处飑线风特性研究了大跨度斜拉桥的模态特性,并研究了风场的非平稳特征对桥梁抖振响应的影响[13-14]
跨江、跨海大桥具有统一的特点——桥梁跨度大,整体刚度较小,风对桥梁的影响不可忽略。然而,由于沿海地区地形差异大,海洋环境区别明显,不同位置和不同时期的沿海地区风特性都有很大的差异,因此通过实测研究分析沿海地区风场特性以及建立沿海地区风特性数据库势在必行。
为了能够获取更加准确的风场特性用于桥的风振响应分析,并丰富中国沿海地区的风场特性数据库,本文以广东省沿海地区某大跨度悬索桥为工程背景,分析桥面处YOUNG 81000三维超声风速仪实测得到风速样本的平均风特性和脉动风特性,由于强风的紊流特性更加显著和稳定,且对桥梁的抖振影响更加明显,故选取桥址处8 m/s以上的风速样本,对桥址区的紊流强度、阵风因子、紊流积分尺度之间的相互关系进行研究,并对不同风向情况下10 min最大平均风速的实测功率谱和不同理论功率谱进行了比较。
广东沿海地区某悬索桥地处入海口,两岸为低山丘陵地带,桥下水面开阔,东西两岸各有一座小山,东岸最高海拔约164 m,西岸最高海拔约281 m。为了准确测量桥址区的风场特性,在悬索桥主跨L/2处桥面(离桥面加劲梁垂直距离6.5 m)上游布置了YOUNG 81000三维超声风速仪,如图12所示。该风速仪可以精准地测量出来流风的速度、攻角和风向角,具有响应迅速、分辨率高等特点。风速仪采用全天候采集模式,风速测试范围为0~40 m/s,精度为±1%,风向角测试范围为0°~360°,精度为±2°,风攻角测试范围为0°~60°,精度为±2°;采样频率为4 Hz,风速仪0°对应地理正北方。风观测时间范围为2021年6月1日—2022年5月31日,涵盖春、夏、秋、冬四个季节,对桥址区的风环境具有较好的代表性。
现行《公路桥梁抗风设计规范》(JTG/T 3360-01—2018)(后文简称规范)[15]采取10 min为基本时距,本文采用滑动平均的方式对实测数据进行分析,得到日10 min最大平均风速,如图34所示,统计结果表明,一年之中日10 min最大平均风速近似服从正态分布,日最大风速分布在3.23~13.13 m/s,最大平均风速出现在11月7日,风速值为13.13 m/s;最小平均风速为3.23 m/s,平均值为7.53 m/s,变异系数为0.266,桥址区日10 min最大平均风速值均较小。实测数据中涵盖了一年四季的风速、风向值,以季节为划分,绘制各季节及全年的风玫瑰图,如图56所示。
图5可知,沿海地区在春夏两季,主要受到东南季风影响;在秋冬两季,主要受到西北强风影响。从图6中可以看出,在南东(SE)与南(S)、西北西(WNW)与北北西(NNW)方向的日10 min最大平均风速无论是出现频率还是数值都要强于其他方向。一年之中受东南风的影响更为显著,最大风速集中在8~10 m/s;相比而言,西北强风来流频率较低,但其最大风速数值较大,主要集中在9~12 m/s。这与中国东南沿海地区身处东亚季风区有较大关系,表明沿海地区受季节风影响显著。
紊流强度是脉动分量平均变化幅度与平均风速之比,反映了风的脉动强度,可用IuIvIw表示,是确定结构脉动风荷载的关键参数,通常定义紊流强度为10 min时距的脉动分量的均方根与10 min时距水平平均最大风速的比值:

式中,Ii分别表示各个方向的紊流强度;U表示10 min时距水平平均最大风速;σi分别表示对应于脉动风速u(t)v(t)w(t)的均方根,σi2相当于紊流脉动风速在i方向上的动能。
为了方便统计计算,在计算脉动风特性时,根据强风原则将所有10 min平均风速小于8 m/s的风速数据剔除。经计算得到在观测期间内,桥址区强风样本的顺风向、横风向、竖向的紊流强度分布如图7所示。图89为顺风向紊流强度与横风向、竖向紊流强度的相关性;图中R为相关性系数。
图7可知,顺风向Iu主要分布在0.06~0.14之间,均值为0.104;横风向Iv主要分布在0.04~0.14之间,均值为0.089;竖向Iw主要分布在0.02~1.2之间,均值为0.062;总体来看强风样本下,各分量紊流强度离散性较强,其均值比值为IuIvIw=1∶0.86∶0.60,与《公路桥梁抗风设计规范》(JTG/T 3360-01―2018)[15]推荐的IuIvIw=1∶0.88∶0.50相比,实际风场的横风向紊流强度偏小一些,竖向紊流强度偏大一些。
图89可知根据相关系数的划分,顺风向紊流强度Iu和横风向紊流强度Iv、竖向紊流强度Iw具有强相关性。IvIwIu具有显著的正相关性,相比而言IwIu的相关性更加显著。随着Iu的增大,Iv的离散程度有增强趋势,而Iw的离散程度呈现先增强后减弱的趋势。对于图中的一些离散点呈现出随着Iu增大而Iv减小的现象,这些是由于在2021年9月9日―11日期间有台风过境,因此观测数据受到影响较为离散。
风的脉动强度也可用阵风因子表示,阵风因子通常定义为阵风持续期tg内平均风速的最大值与10 min时距平均最大风速之比:

式中,tg为阵风持续期;Gu(tg)Gv(tg)分别为顺风向、横风向的阵风因子;u¯(tg)v¯(tg)分别为阵风持续期tg内顺风向、横风向平均风速的最大值。结构风工程中定义阵风持续期为1~3 s,本文tg取为3 s。一般来说,tg越大,对应的阵风因子越小,当tg=10 min时,Gu=1。
在观测期间强风样本下顺风向紊流强度Iu、横风向紊流强度Iv和顺风、横风向阵风因子GuGv的相关性如图1011所示。由图10可知,根据相关系数的划分IuGuGv属于强相关,且IuGu的相关性更强;由图11可知,IvGuGv属于强相关,且IvGv的相关性更强。这可能是由于顺风向与水域纵向方向相近,其地面粗糙度较小,对脉动分量u¯影响较小,而横风向受到桥梁结构和桥面建筑的影响,地面粗糙度增大导致其脉动分量v¯减小。从而导致相同紊流强度下Gu的离散性更大一些。顺风向紊流强度和阵风因子的经验公式为:

式中,T为平均时距,即10 min;t为阵风风速时距,取为3 s;cd为常数。
表1为不同文献推荐的经验常数与本文通过对实测数据拟合得到的经验常数,图12给出了基于实测数据的顺风向紊流强度与阵风因子的关系,对比经验公式曲线,可以看出CAO等[16]和CHOI等[18]给出的经验公式曲线能很好地反映实测紊流强度与阵风因子之间的变化趋势。基于式(4)通过Levenberg-Marquardt算法对实测数据进行拟合,得到桥址区经验常数cd的最佳拟合值分别为0.5、1.12。由图12可知,文献[16]给出的经验公式更能反映沿海地区紊流强度与阵风因子的关系。
紊流积分尺度是气流中紊流涡旋平均尺寸大小的度量,而积分尺度的大小决定了脉动风对结构的影响范围。由于结构风荷载对紊流尺度特性的敏感性,紊流积分尺度通常是一项重要的但容易被忽略的风特性指标。
积分尺度分析方法的选择对结果的稳定性非常重要,比较有效的方法包括利用Taylor假设自相关函数积分法和稳态随机信号自拟合的方法等,本文拟采用Taylor假设自相关函数积分法,设脉动风的自相关函数为R(τ),则:

由测得的风速风向值,取10 min为基本时距,采用自相关函数积分法计算了桥址区长期的紊流积分尺度,其中积分上限取至相关系数减少到0.05时的τ值。经计算得到了桥址区基于长期监测数据的顺风向、横风向和竖向紊流积分尺度的概率分布图,如图13所示。紊流积分尺度和紊流强度虽然是两种不同的表征风特性的参数,但两者之间却有着一定的联系。
图13中可以看出,顺风向、横风向紊流积分尺度主要集中在0~1000 m之内,紊流积分尺度平均值分别为435、456 m;竖向紊流积分尺度主要集中在0~500 m之内,紊流积分尺度平均值为239 m;各分量的比值大致为1∶1.05∶0.55。顺风向紊流积分尺度远大于规范推荐的120 m,桥址区的紊流积分尺度分布范围较广、离散性较强,最大大约5000 m。这可能是由于大气边界层的不稳定性引起的,从物理上讲大气紊流涡团是三维的、随机的和间歇的,反映在积分尺度上自然也是随机的和间歇的,这种大气紊流涡团的特性不仅受到地球表面摩擦作用的影响,而且与天气系统特征密切相关,所以紊流积分尺度在不同观测日的计算结果有时相差很大。
本文给出紊流强度与紊流积分尺度的拟合公式:

式中,i=u,v,wLi为各方向紊流积分尺度;Ii为各方向的紊流强度;ab为待求参数。
表2给出了基于实测数据对式(6)拟合得到的相关参数。由图14可知,紊流积分尺度与紊流强度之间具有显著的负相关性,即随着紊流强度的增大,紊流积分尺度先急剧变小后趋于稳定,拟合曲线能较好地反映紊流积分尺度与紊流强度的关系,其中uv两个方向的曲线拟合程度较高。当紊流强度变大时,空气中的大涡旋迅速破裂变成小涡旋,之后随着紊流强度的持续增大,涡旋尺寸开始保持在一个较低的水平几乎不变。
紊流功率谱密度是紊流能量在频域上的分布,反映了紊流在各频率段对旋涡耗散所作的贡献大小。目前《公路桥梁抗风设计规范》(JTG/T 3360-01—2018)[15]建议的功率谱表达式是采用Kaimal在1972年提出的表达式。功率谱密度函数Si(i=u,v,w)能够更准确地描述脉动风的特性,Si在频域上的分布可以描述紊流动能在不同尺度水平上的比例,它们在频域上的全积分等于脉动风对应方向上的紊流动能[19],即

式中,i=u,v,wn为频率;Si(n)表示i方向上的紊流功率谱密度函数。
紊流功率谱密度函数的一般表达式[20]为:

式中,u*2为摩阻速度[21]f˜为无量纲频率,也称莫宁坐标,f˜=nLij/U(z)f˜=nz/U(z)ABβγ为待定常数。
考虑季节风向的变化,本文分别选取春夏季(2021年6月22日6∶10―6∶20,A)东南风和秋冬季(2021年11月7日22∶50―23∶00,B)西北风10 min最大平均风速出现的时间段的功率谱进行分析,如图15所示,分别得到实测数据的顺风向、横风向和竖向的功率谱密度函数,并对实测数据进行拟合得到拟合曲线,并与Kaimal谱[22]、Von Karman谱[23]和Panofsky谱[24]三种理论功率谱密度函数相比较。拟合曲线采用王俊[19]提出的三参数功率谱密度函数,系数取值如表3所示。图1617分别给出了时间段A和B的风速时程曲线。
图15(a)和(b)中可以看出,根据A、B实测数据拟合的顺风向功率谱密度拟合曲线与Kaimal谱吻合度较高,总体高于Von Karman谱和Panofsky谱;从图15(c)和(d)中可以看出,根据A、B实测数据拟合的横风向功率谱密度拟合曲线在低频段均高于理论谱;在高频段内,A的拟合曲线与Von Karman谱较吻合,低于Panofsky谱和Kaimal谱,B的拟合曲线高于Von Karman谱,低于Panofsky谱和Kaimal谱。从图15(e)和(f)中可以看出,根据A、B的竖向功率谱密度拟合曲线在低频段均高于理论谱;在高频段与Panofsky谱比较吻合,但高于Von Karman谱,低于Kaimal谱。结合图15~17,整体上看B的风速要高于A,与A相比B在高频区能量显然有所增高,表明风速较大时,高频区能量有所增大,反映在频谱曲线上的峰值有所增加,这与文献[1]所得结论较为一致。
总体来说实测数据的顺风向功率谱密度拟合曲线与Kaimal谱吻合度较高,横风向功率谱密度拟合曲线与Von Karman谱比较吻合,竖向功率谱密度拟合曲线在高频段与Panofsky谱比较吻合,这与规范推荐使用单一Kaimal谱有所差异。对沿海地区进行抗风设计时,当无实测数据,建议对顺风向采用Kaimal谱、横风向采用Von Karman谱、竖向采用Panofsky谱进行分析计算。
本文对广东沿海地区某大跨悬索桥跨中桥面处风速仪采集的数据进行研究分析,可以得到以下结论:
(1)风观测期间,日10 min最大平均风速主要集中在[146.25°,191.25°]和[303.75°,348.75°],说明沿海地区受夏季东南台风和冬季强西北风的影响较大,最大平均风速出现在11月7日,风速值为13.13 m/s,风向为315.17°。
(2)在强风样本下经计算得到的IuIvIw的均值分别为0.1038、0.0885、0.0624,紊流强度分量的比值IuIvIw=1∶0.85∶0.60,与规范推荐的IuIvIw=1∶0.88∶0.50相比,横风向紊流强度偏小一些,竖向紊流强度偏大一些,且各方向紊流强度离散性比较大。紊流强度与阵风因子具有显著的相关性,随着紊流强度的增大,阵风因子也随之增大。CAO和CHOI经验公式曲线能很好地反映沿海地区实测紊流强度与阵风因子之间的变化趋势,通过对实测数据的曲线拟合得到了相应的经验公式。
(3)紊流积分尺度的变化较大,但其尺度大小主要集中在1000 m以内,顺风向、横风向和竖向的紊流积分尺度均值分别为435、456和239 m,各分量的比值大大致为1∶1.05∶0.55;紊流积分尺度与紊流强度呈现负相关性,即随着紊流强度的增大,紊流积分尺度先急剧变小后趋于稳定。本文给出紊流强度与紊流积分尺度的经验公式,一是探究紊流强度和紊流积分尺度关系;二是希望能用紊流强度代替紊流积分尺度,用统一的尺度来衡量风特性对结构物的影响。
(4)广东沿海地区实测功率谱在顺风向与Kaimal谱吻合度较高;在横风向与Von Karman谱吻合度较高;在竖向高频段与Panofsky谱吻合度较高,在竖向低频段理论谱均偏小,这与规范推荐使用单一Kaimal谱有所差异。对广东沿海地区进行抗风设计时,当无实测数据,建议根据风向选择合适的谱进行分析计算。
