Helicopter cabin noise negatively impacts cabin environmental comfort and safety. In this paper,non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm Ⅱ is used to solve the electro-acoustic device placement problem of the active control system applied in the cabin. An appropriate spatial discretization of the sound field of the confined space is preformed,and then the electro-acoustic devices placement optimization problem,quantity optimization problem,and secondary source sound intensity optimization problem are further transformed into a combinatorial optimization problem. Taking the minimun value of the sum of the squares of the acoustic pressures at the measurement points as the control objective,the multi-objective optimization algorithm combined with the active control algorithm is adopted to solve the optimal placement of electroacoustic devices in the system. Considering the noise control system’s complexity and feasibility and limited space inside the cabin,the control system’s secondary sound sources and error sensors are selected as a 4-channel configuration. The optimization program is repeated several times independently,and the most frequently occurring positions of electroacoustic devices are counted,based on which computer simulation and experiment are conducted,and the results show that the optimization results can make the noise reduction at the height of the head of the cabin personnel in the sitting position reach up to 24.9 dB,and the global noise reduction reaches 19.4 dB.

直升机舱室噪声对舱内的环境舒适度和安全性有极大的负面影响。针对应用于舱室噪声主动控制系统的电声器件布放问题,本文基于带精英策略的非支配排序遗传算法,对舱室封闭空间声场进行空间离散化处理,进一步将电声器件数量寻优、位置寻优,次级声源发声强度寻优问题转化为组合优化问题,以测点处声压平方和最小为控制目标,将多目标进化算法与主动控制方法相结合,对系统的电声器件布放进行寻优求解。综合考虑降噪系统的复杂性与可行性以及舱室内部空间的有限性,选择控制系统次级声源与误差传声器为4通道配置。独立多次重复运行寻优程序,统计出电声器件最常出现的位置,并在此基础上进行了计算机仿真。最后在实际模拟舱室中开展了试验,结果表明:寻优结果可使舱内人员坐姿头部高度处降噪量最高达到24.9 dB,全局降噪量达到19.4 dB。

直升机舱室噪声对舱内的环境舒适度和安全性有极大的负面影响。针对应用于舱室噪声主动控制系统的电声器件布放问题,本文基于带精英策略的非支配排序遗传算法,对舱室封闭空间声场进行空间离散化处理,进一步将电声器件数量寻优、位置寻优,次级声源发声强度寻优问题转化为组合优化问题,以测点处声压平方和最小为控制目标,将多目标进化算法与主动控制方法相结合,对系统的电声器件布放进行寻优求解。综合考虑降噪系统的复杂性与可行性以及舱室内部空间的有限性,选择控制系统次级声源与误差传声器为4通道配置。独立多次重复运行寻优程序,统计出电声器件最常出现的位置,并在此基础上进行了计算机仿真。最后在实际模拟舱室中开展了试验,结果表明:寻优结果可使舱内人员坐姿头部高度处降噪量最高达到24.9 dB,全局降噪量达到19.4 dB。

Helicopter cabin noise negatively impacts cabin environmental comfort and safety. In this paper,non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm Ⅱ is used to solve the electro-acoustic device placement problem of the active control system applied in the cabin. An appropriate spatial discretization of the sound field of the confined space is preformed,and then the electro-acoustic devices placement optimization problem,quantity optimization problem,and secondary source sound intensity optimization problem are further transformed into a combinatorial optimization problem. Taking the minimun value of the sum of the squares of the acoustic pressures at the measurement points as the control objective,the multi-objective optimization algorithm combined with the active control algorithm is adopted to solve the optimal placement of electroacoustic devices in the system. Considering the noise control system’s complexity and feasibility and limited space inside the cabin,the control system’s secondary sound sources and error sensors are selected as a 4-channel configuration. The optimization program is repeated several times independently,and the most frequently occurring positions of electroacoustic devices are counted,based on which computer simulation and experiment are conducted,and the results show that the optimization results can make the noise reduction at the height of the head of the cabin personnel in the sitting position reach up to 24.9 dB,and the global noise reduction reaches 19.4 dB.

在直升机等现代航空飞行器的设计与制造中,成本效益和节能降耗是需要考虑的主要目标,同时结构轻量化和体积小型化也是发展的方向。由于飞行器自身动力装置及外界环境因素的影响,这一发展趋势也导致了舱室声场环境的恶化。与此同时,随着舱内人员对舱室环境的舒适度和安全性需求的不断提高,舱室内部噪声控制问题日益受到重视。相较于噪声被动控制(passive noise control,PNC)技术,噪声主动控制(active noise control,ANC)在低频段内可以获得良好的噪声控制效果,且具有易于控制、便于安装卸载、结构负荷增量较小等优点[1]。然而在实际应用中,控制系统的性能往往受到控制器参数配置和电声器件布放的影响。前者主要受限于目前的数字信号处理技术发展水平,因此在电声器件类型确定的前提下,其布放优化策略就成为决定整个系统在实际应用中控制性能优劣的重要因素。BAEK等[2]将电声器件布放寻优描述为一个复杂的非线性最优化问题。刘姜涛等[3]总结了控制系统中次级声源和误差传声器数量、误差传声器面以及次级声源面的距离对控制效果的影响规律。刘洋等[4]提出一种将解析方法与遗传算法相结合的次级声源优化策略,选取局部空间声压平方和作为控制系统的目标函数,通过算法优化次级声源数量,通过解析法得到声源的布放位置,求出相应位置的最优次级声源强度,并得到次级声源位置与声场分布函数之间的关系。王国栋等[5]建立了半自由空间声场辐射模型。张肃等[6]建立了封闭空间声场模型,采用正交试验分析方法分析了声源与声场之间相互作用的影响。王学磊等[7]提出了一种基于遗传算法的固定参数与柔性参数交替优化的渐次搜索逼近的策略,考虑了次级声源位置、声源强度等参数间的相互影响。王晋伟等[8]提出了一种基于扰动跟踪方法的变压器有源噪声控制算法,对电力变压器噪声信号进行了分析,并通过工业计算机和可视化编程实现了扰动跟踪控制功能。HUANG等[9]利用模态振动能量和多目标粒子群算法相结合的方法改进寻优算法;胡涵等[10]针对某型直升机舱室内的低频噪声,利用自主研制的多通道ANC系统进行了控制试验,可在驾驶人员位置处实现6 dB左右的降噪量。
目前对直升机舱室内电声器件布放优化的研究尚少,为解决实际工程问题,本文在已有理论研究的基础上,针对应用于直升机舱内ANC系统的电声器件布放问题,提出基于带精英策略的非支配排序遗传算法(non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm Ⅱ,NSGA-Ⅱ)[11]的布放策略。通过适当离散化处理封闭空间声场[12],将电声器件布放寻优问题转化为组合优化问题,以测点处声压平方和最小为控制目标,将多目标进化算法与主动控制方法相结合,对ANC系统电声器件的最佳数量、最佳位置及次级声源发声强度进行寻优求解,并通过仿真及试验验证降噪效果。
舱室封闭空间中,声源模拟系统产生初级噪声。假设在舱室空间中有L个次级声源,其声源强度qs表示为:

式中,pe为测点(误差传声器)e处的声压;pp为初级声源在测点e处的声压;ps为次级声源在测点e处的声压;Zpe为初级声源到测点e处的传递函数构成的声传输阻抗矩阵;qp为初级声源的声源强度;ZseL阶行向量,为L个次级声源到测点e处的传递函数构成的声传输阻抗矩阵。
封闭空间的噪声主动控制就是将测点选取在需要降噪的空间区域内,通过设定控制目标函数,合理布放次级声源并设定发声强度进行控制,以使待降噪区域达到一定的降噪效果。用L个次级声源进行控制,通过声压叠加可得空间M个测点处的声压为:

式中,Pe=[pe1pe2peM]ΤM个测点处的声压列向量;ZpM阶列向量,为初级声源到M个测点的声传输阻抗矩阵;ZsM×L阶矩阵,为L个次级声源点到M个测点的传递函数构成的声传输阻抗矩阵。
为实现舱室封闭空间中待消声区域的降噪目的,理论上的控制目标是使初级声源和次级声源的总辐射功率最小。假设所用各误差传声器的频响和灵敏度一致,则此时声源总辐射功率的最小准则与各误差传声器处的声压平方和最小等价[7],而且声压平方和在数学上处理相对简便,有利于优化算法的快速收敛和计算效率的提高。因此,本文将目标函数设定为M个误差点处声压的平方和。

式中,Je为次级声源强度qs的二次型函数;上标“H”表示矩阵的共轭转置。利用Jeqs求偏导,可得当qs为下式时,Je取得最小值:

为了评价加入次级声源阵列后待消声区域的降噪效果,定义ANC系统的降噪量(attenuation level,AL)表达式为:

式中,Pbefe(i)Pafte(i)分别为加入次级声源前、后各误差点处的声压。LAL数值越大,说明降噪效果越好,根据求得的加入次级声源后误差点的降噪量,近似刻画待消声区域的降噪量分布,从而评价布放方案的优劣。
实际计算描述为:施加直升机实录噪声作为初级声源,求得初级路径脉冲响应;进一步地,次级声源依次发出白噪声激励,求得次级路径脉冲响应;之后运用FxLMS(filter-x least mean square)算法求得ANC系统的降噪量。
NSGA-Ⅱ算法从遗传算法的基础上改进而来,它基于Pareto最优解解决多目标进化问题[13](multi-objective optimization problems,MOPs)。电声器件布放优化涉及不同位置的降噪性能等多个目标,相较于单目标优化算法,多目标优化算法更能综合考虑各目标间的平衡关系,得到更全面的解决方案。而与其他多目标优化算法相比,NSGA-Ⅱ算法具有较好的全局搜索能力和鲁棒性,并在优化过程中同时评估决策空间中的多个解,且能够有效保持种群多样性,避免收敛于局部最优解的问题,这些对于涉及许多约束条件和变量的布放问题尤为重要;而且NSGA-Ⅱ算法能够灵活应对不同问题的特性和约束条件,通过调整不同参数以满足不同的优化需求,这使其在舱室ANC系统器件布放优化问题中表现出色。
以最小化问题为例,MOPs数学形式如下[13]

式中,xd维决策变量;Rdx的可行域;F(x)为MOPs的目标函数;m为待优化目标个数;ξj(x)ψh(x)分别为MOPs的不等式约束和等式约束。

采用NSGA-Ⅱ算法求解ANC系统电声器件布放寻优问题的流程如图1所示。其中适应度函数由式(4)确定,因此求解电声器件布放优化问题转换为求解使Je最小的次级声源与误差传声器的空间坐标问题。在封闭空间内,ANC系统中的电声器件,包括次级扬声器、误差传声器的位置都可以移动,视为连续域优化。通过采用真值编码的方式,对电声器件的离散空间坐标进行编码,从而形成种群个体。这种编码方式能够有效避免二进制编码在连续函数离散化时可能引入的映射误差。因此,连续域优化问题可以转化为组合优化问题。形象描述就是将舱室内部空间进行适当的空间网格划分,使电声器件待选坐标的范围限制在舱内有限的一些网格节点上。
根据以下步骤对舱室内的电声器件布放进行优化:
(1)对N个电声器件的位置进行编码,并将一条编码串E作为一个种群个体,同时给定约束范围,令种群个体中的每一维元素lN在约束范围内随机赋值,实现对种群的初始化。之后对初始化种群进行适应度值的计算,并将适应度值F加入编码串E序列中:

(2)按照适应度值大小进行非支配快速排序以及拥挤度的计算,并将计算得到的种群个体序值R及拥挤距离C也加入到编码串E序列中:

式中,R1表示每一个种群的序值;C1表示每一个种群的拥挤距离。
(3)为了避免种群陷入局部最优,交叉操作采用模拟二进制交叉(SBX)[14],交叉分布指数为30,交叉概率为0.9。假设随机选择的两个互不相同的父代种群个体分别为X1(x11,,xD1)X2(x12,,xD2),通过交叉操作得到的子代个体分别为C1(c11,,cD1)C2(c12,,cD2)

其中,β由分布因子η动态随机决定,可表示为:

式中,rand表示随机生成一个0~1之间的数;η为一个自定义的参数,其值对交叉后的子代有一定程度的影响,更大的分布因子意味着子代与父代更接近。所以SBX算子在局部优化搜索上表现较佳,针对高维目标优化问题时有较好的效果。
变异操作采用多项式变异(PM)[15]的方法,突变分布指数为20,变异概率为0.1。其原理为:随机选择一个个体Xt进行变异:

式中,ui为0~1之间的随机数;ηu为自定义非负实数。
(4)合并父代与子代种群,通过快速非支配排序和精英策略优选出新的种群参与下一次迭代。
将直升机舱室抽象简化为1.8 m×1.6 m×1.35 m的长方体封闭空腔,如图2所示。图2中,CK1表示初级声源;L0表示简化的封闭空腔模型到YOZ平面的距离;LxLyLz分别表示封闭空腔模型的长、宽和高。设腔体内媒质为空气,其中声速为c=343 m/s,媒质密度为ρ=1.29 kg/m3,腔体的6个内边界面为均匀小阻尼壁面。控制的噪声频率范围设定在20~500 Hz,则声波最短波长为λmin=c/fhigh=0.686 m。根据工程技术要求次级声源之间的距离要小于初级声源的最短波长,所以本文将待选次级声源的间距设定为0.6 m。
在座椅位置适当位置处均匀布放误差传声器,共计9×5=45个待选位置,如图3(a)所示;在腔体内均匀布放次级声源,共有64个待选位置,如图3(b)所示。设空间中所有声源均为点声源,其中初级声源为CK1(3.64 m,1.2 m,0.8 m)。将次级声源的初相位在0~330°范围内以30°为间隔进行12等分,幅值分别取为初级声源幅值乘以0.01、0.02、0.05、0.1、0.2、0.5。利用NSGA-Ⅱ算法对这些初相和幅值组合进行优选,获得降噪量随次级声源初相和幅值的变化关系,考虑如下几种情况:1)优化4个次级声源位置;2)优化8个次级声源位置;3)优化16个次级声源位置;4)优化32个次级声源位置。
以座椅后排左侧乘客处为例,给出以上不同数量的次级声源初相位和幅值比作用下的降噪量,分别如图45所示。
分析发现,对于不同幅值比曲线,随着初相位的变化,降噪量的变化趋势具有一致性,在初相位150°左右就可以达到10 dB左右的降噪量。对于不同初相位曲线,在幅值比为0.2时,绝大部分曲线可取得最大降噪量,随着幅值比增加至0.5,降噪量有所降低或只缓慢增加。因此,最佳幅值可定为初级声源乘以0.2。随着次级声源的增多,后排左侧乘客处的降噪量较只布放4个次级声源时有所增大,但降噪量变化较为缓慢。
依据现有多级子阵有源控制理论[16],综合考虑降噪系统的复杂性与可行性,同时受制于舱室内部空间尺寸有限以及形状复杂等因素,次级声源布放位置和数量受到约束,故选择ANC系统次级声源与误差传声器的4×4配置。独立重复多次运行寻优程序,统计出电声器件最常出现且利于实际布放的位置,如表1所示。
根据最优次级声源强度下4个次级声源的空间位置,得到次级声源和误差传声器布放如图6所示。图6中,白色圆点代表激励点,黄色圆点代表次级声源,红色立方体代表参考传声器。在激励点施加直升机实录噪声,同时对布放位置的3个参考点、4个误差点进行仿真运算,测量初级路径脉冲响应;进一步地,4个次级声源依次发出白噪声激励,测量次级路径脉冲响应;之后运用FxLMS算法求得ANC系统的降噪量。
以位置①处测得的参考信号为例,图7给出了布放位置4个测点处主动控制前后的噪声频谱曲线。考虑到降噪区域为人员坐姿头部高度处,图8给出了A计权声级下布放位置4个测点处主动控制前后的噪声频谱曲线。表2给出了20~500 Hz范围该布放位置下4个测点处主动控制前后的降噪量及全局降噪量。对仿真结果进行分析,在20~500 Hz范围内,4个测点处的降噪量均在30.2 dB以上,经A计权处理后降噪量均在13.7 dB(A)以上;全局降噪量达到30.5 dB,经A计权处理后降噪量达到17.1 dB(A)。
本文所用直升机地面模拟舱安装在半消声室中,舱体采用方钢骨架加铝板蒙皮铆接的结构形式;风挡玻璃和舱门玻璃采用亚克力板加工模拟;舱体下平面布置吸声地板用于承载。所用直升机声源模拟系统由16个音响(见图9(a))、电源管理器和功率放大器等组成。16个音响分别布置在直升机模拟舱的左右侧和上侧,每个音响独立发出一组噪声信号,由16个音响共同发声以重建直升机运转时的实际声场环境。
上述数值仿真模型与实际地面模拟舱室按1∶1绘制,故在试验中电声器件的布放均与计算机仿真时相同,如图9(b)和(c)所示。
开启直升机模拟舱外的声源模拟系统,产生舱内初始噪声,以声源模拟系统某一工况时的录音信号为例进行分析,得到4个误差点处主动控制前的噪声频谱如图10所示。
选择参考传声器①,位于模拟舱室右前方下排音响处。采样频率为2000 Hz,滤波器为1024阶,进行FxLMS四通道控制。主动控制前后误差点处的噪声频谱如图11所示;A计权声级下主动控制前后误差点处的噪声频谱如图12所示;主动控制前后误差点处声压级及降噪量如图13(a)所示;ANC系统控制效果如图14所示。由图13(a)可知,在频率低于500 Hz时,4个误差位置处的降噪量最高达到24.9 dB,经A计权处理后降噪量最高达到14.3 dB(A);全局降噪量达到19.4 dB,经A计权处理后降噪量为10.0 dB(A)。由图14可知,在4个误差位置处均有5根及以上线谱的降噪量达到10 dB及以上,在噪声频谱中能量占比最大的61.5和82 Hz两根线谱的降噪量均达到17 dB以上。
作为对比,给出误差传声器位置固定,移动次级声源距离误差传声器15 cm时的试验结果。主动控制前后误差点处的噪声频谱如图15所示; A计权声级下主动控制前后误差点处的噪声频谱如图16所示;声压级及降噪量如图13(b)所示;ANC系统控制效果如图17所示。由图13(b)可知,在频率低于500 Hz时,与最优布放位置下的控制效果相比,除误差点⑥、⑧处降噪量有些许增大外,其余2个误差点处降噪量均不及前者;且全局降噪量不及最优布放位置下的控制效果。由图17可知,在4个误差位置处仅有2~3根线谱的降噪量达到10 dB及以上。
经过对比发现,利用NSGA-Ⅱ算法优化得到的电声器件最优布放位置下的ANC系统的控制效果优于普通布放位置下的控制效果,进一步体现了本文所提方法的有效性及优越性。
针对直升机舱内ANC系统中的电声器件布放设计及优化问题,基于带精英策略的第二代非支配排序遗传算法,以误差点处声压平方和为目标函数,对ANC系统扬声器传声器的位置、数量,次级声源扬声器发声强度等待优化变量进行了综合优化设计,并根据算法的多次迭代结果,统计出了硬件的最优布放位置。综合考虑降噪系统的复杂性与可行性以及舱室内部空间的有限性,选择ANC系统次级声源与误差传声器的4×4通道配置。将计算机仿真所得电声器件布放位置应用到实际模拟舱室中,进行相关主动控制试验以及不同布放下的对比试验。结果表明:在最优布放位置下,舱内驾驶员及后排乘客坐姿头部高度等主要目标区域内频率低于500 Hz时的降噪量最高达到24.9 dB,全局降噪量达到19.4 dB。
本文的工作可为后续在舱室噪声控制系统布放优化中运用多种多目标进化算法的研究提供一定的技术参考,可使布放设计阶段更加高效,为各类飞行器舱内ANC系统投入使用提供一定的技术储备。接下来的研究将侧重于把不同的多目标进化算法应用到舱室ANC系统电声器件布放优化仿真及试验中,探究对比不同进化算法对控制系统降噪性能的影响。
