To overcome the shortcomings of traditional base isolation technology, such as non-adjustable isolation parameters, limited low-frequency isolation effect, and inability to achieve vertical isolation, magnetic levitation technology is introduced to design a magnetic levitation vibration isolation bearing. The relationships between the levitation force of the electromagnet and the coil current and levitation gap are analyzed. The nonlinear model of the magnetic levitation vibration isolation bearing is established. Combining the advantages of terminal sliding mode and super-twisting algorithm and introducing an adaptive law to adjust the coefficients in the super-twisting algorithm, an adaptive super-twisting terminal sliding mode control strategy is proposed. Through experimental verification, the proposed control scheme can suppress the chattering phenomenon in the traditional sliding mode control, with high control accuracy and good steady-state and dynamic performance. The magnetic levitation vibration isolation bearing has excellent stability and disturbance-resisting performance.

为克服传统基础隔振技术隔振参数不可调、低频隔振效果有限、无法实现竖向隔振等缺点,引入磁浮技术,设计了一种磁浮隔振支座。分析电磁铁的悬浮力与线圈电流和悬浮间隙的关系,建立磁浮隔振支座的非线性模型,结合终端滑模与超螺旋算法 ,同时引入自适应律调节超螺旋算法中的系数,提出一种自适应超螺旋终端滑模控制策略。通过试验验证所提出的控制策略能够抑制传统滑模控制存在的抖振现象,控制精度高,稳态与动态性能良好,磁浮隔振支座具有优异的稳定性和抗扰性。

为克服传统基础隔振技术隔振参数不可调、低频隔振效果有限、无法实现竖向隔振等缺点,引入磁浮技术,设计了一种磁浮隔振支座。分析电磁铁的悬浮力与线圈电流和悬浮间隙的关系,建立磁浮隔振支座的非线性模型,结合终端滑模与超螺旋算法 ,同时引入自适应律调节超螺旋算法中的系数,提出一种自适应超螺旋终端滑模控制策略。通过试验验证所提出的控制策略能够抑制传统滑模控制存在的抖振现象,控制精度高,稳态与动态性能良好,磁浮隔振支座具有优异的稳定性和抗扰性。

To overcome the shortcomings of traditional base isolation technology, such as non-adjustable isolation parameters, limited low-frequency isolation effect, and inability to achieve vertical isolation, magnetic levitation technology is introduced to design a magnetic levitation vibration isolation bearing. The relationships between the levitation force of the electromagnet and the coil current and levitation gap are analyzed. The nonlinear model of the magnetic levitation vibration isolation bearing is established. Combining the advantages of terminal sliding mode and super-twisting algorithm and introducing an adaptive law to adjust the coefficients in the super-twisting algorithm, an adaptive super-twisting terminal sliding mode control strategy is proposed. Through experimental verification, the proposed control scheme can suppress the chattering phenomenon in the traditional sliding mode control, with high control accuracy and good steady-state and dynamic performance. The magnetic levitation vibration isolation bearing has excellent stability and disturbance-resisting performance.

精密仪器、医疗器械、制造装备等设备具有精度高、使用环境要求高、价值大等特点。一般,设备置于基础上,若基础出现振动,则会降低设备精度,影响正常运行,甚至造成损坏。因此,上述设备的隔振问题是十分重要的研究方向。1881年,日本学者河合浩藏提出基础隔振结构体系,通过在基础与上部结构之间设置隔振层,以减轻振动对上部结构的危害[1]。近40年来,国内外对基础隔振技术的研究取得了丰硕的成果,主要有叠层橡胶支座、碟形弹簧等被动隔振装置[2]
现有的基础隔振技术多采用被动隔振装置,由于其固有频率固定且无法无限降低,所以存在隔振参数不可调、低频隔振效果有限等缺点。此外,上部结构与基础间通过介质连接,地面振动被不可避免地传递至上部结构。对此,夏昌等[3]依据现今成熟的常导型磁浮列车提出了一种电磁铁‑衔铁隔振支座,其具有无接触、可主动控制、可实现竖向隔振等优点。然而,该支座可视作由多个电磁铁产生悬浮力共同吸起整块衔铁的大型装置,衔铁的体积、重量大,电磁铁‑衔铁产生的悬浮力传力不直接且损耗大。装置构造的不合理性导致单个承重柱所需装置庞大,设计施工困难、经济性差。
除上述装置设计上的不足外,由于振动的随机性和磁浮系统本身的强非线性,亟需研究一种合适的非线性悬浮控制策略,以保证磁浮隔振支座的稳定性和抗扰性。
目前,国内外提出了许多非线性控制策略,如反馈线性化[4]、反步法[5]、鲁棒控制[6]、滑模控制[7]、径向基函数神经网络逼近控制[8]等。其中,滑模控制是一种通过来回切换控制函数使系统状态轨迹沿既定滑动模态(滑模面)运动的非线性控制方式,具有动态响应迅速、抗扰性好等优点,受到了研究人员的广泛关注,但其本质上不连续的开关特性会导致系统出现抖振效应[9]。文献[10]设计了一种粒子群优化滑模‑模糊PID混合控制策略,当系统状态轨迹远离滑模面时,采用粒子群优化算法对滑模控制器进行指数逼近优化,以缩短趋近时间;当系统状态轨迹接近滑模面时,平滑过渡到模糊PID控制,以减弱滑模控制的抖振现象。文献[11]提出了一种自适应神经模糊滑模控制策略,采用滑模控制、自适应模糊逼近和神经网络‑模糊切换规则,使得控制电流平滑,增强了系统的抗扰性。
尽管上述策略在一定程度上抑制了抖振效应,但由于采用的不连续控制函数作用在滑模面的一阶导数上,不能从根本上消除抖振。高阶滑模通过将控制函数作用到滑模面的高阶导数上,因而其控制律由积分得到,在本质上是连续的,从而极大地削弱了抖振现象,同时提高了控制精度[9]。超螺旋(super‑twisting,ST)算法是一种典型的二阶滑模控制算法,文献[12]通过仿真对比几种非线性控制策略,发现基于超螺旋算法的滑模控制具有最优的动态性能。文献[13]提出了一种基于输出反馈模糊神经网络的自适应超螺旋滑模控制策略,能很好地抑制谐波,鲁棒性强。
前述策略是通过设计控制函数来实现对抖振的抑制,而滑模面仍采用传统的线性滑模面,由于其基于Lyapunov渐近稳定理论,意味着系统状态轨迹到达滑模面后,稳态误差渐近收敛到零,而非在有限时间内收敛到零。终端滑模控制通过将非线性函数引入滑模面的构造中,很好地解决了这个问题。文献[14]提出了一种动态终端滑模控制策略,兼具动态PID滑模和终端滑模的优点。文献[15]设计了一种基于增强干扰补偿的自适应终端滑模控制策略,根据系统状态轨迹自适应调整开关增益,当系统状态轨迹远离滑模面时增益较大,当系统状态轨迹接近滑模面时增益较小,使得其在动态响应和干扰抑制上具有优越性。
基于上述分析,本文首先对文献[3]提出的电磁铁‑衔铁隔振支座的结构进行优化,设计一种传力直接的磁浮隔振支座。接着建立磁浮隔振支座的非线性模型。为提高磁浮隔振支座的稳态和动态性能,使其具有优异的稳定性和抗扰性,提出一种自适应超螺旋终端滑模控制策略。最后通过隔振试验验证上述控制策略的有效性。
文献[3]所提出的电磁铁‑衔铁隔振支座中,衔铁置于基础上,其上方连接上部结构的承重柱;电磁铁通过支架固定在基础上,左右对称设置于承重柱两侧。该支座可视作由多个电磁铁产生悬浮力共同吸起整块衔铁的大型装置,衔铁的体积、重量大,电磁铁‑衔铁产生的悬浮力传力不直接且损耗大。
为解决上述问题,设计一种传力直接的磁浮隔振支座,结构示意图如图1所示,主要由电磁铁、衔铁、控制系统和支撑结构等组成。电磁铁包括铁心和线圈,由电磁铁支架固定在基础上。衔铁固定于衔铁支架,衔铁支架置于基础上并与上部结构连接。控制系统包括传感器、控制器和斩波器。传感器包括间隙传感器和电流传感器,其中间隙传感器固定至电磁铁支架上用于实时检测悬浮间隙值,电流传感器布置在斩波器上用于实时反馈电流。传感器采集的数据经控制器处理,输出PWM信号控制斩波器中开关的通断,调节通入电磁铁线圈中的电流,从而调整悬浮力以稳定悬浮。
与文献[3]中的支座相比,本设计将整块大型衔铁优化为分立的小型衔铁,每个衔铁分别对应一个电磁铁,从而有效减轻了装置重量。因此,本文所设计的磁浮隔振支座的优势在于:既克服传统基础隔振技术隔振参数不可调、低频隔振效果有限、无法实现竖向隔振等缺陷,又能有效减轻装置重量;同时可以依照被隔振物体的实际需求选择支座数量。例如,当被隔振物体质量较小时,可直接置于单个支座上;当被隔振物体质量较大时,可选择多个支座,只需将多个支座线性或阵列排布、协同工作。
对于中小型设备,其质量在几十至几百千克之间。选用现今成熟的常导型电磁铁,常用的悬浮间隙在10 mm左右。因此,磁浮隔振支座的设计要求如下:每组电磁铁‑衔铁(即单个磁浮隔振支座)的悬浮力设置为1 kN;悬浮间隙的初始值和稳定值分别设置为20和10 mm。
电磁铁型式选用E型,其有限元模型如图2所示。其中,绿色部分为电磁铁,红色部分为线圈,粉色部分为衔铁。各部分参数如表1所示。
电磁铁的测试参数如下:悬浮间隙为10~20 mm,线圈电流为0~18 A。电磁铁悬浮力的试验方法如下:(1) 将电磁铁线圈两端接入恒流源;(2) 测量并固定电磁铁与衔铁之间的悬浮间隙,间隙值依次取为10、12、14、16、18和20 mm;(3) 在每个悬浮间隙值下将恒流源的输出依次设置为0、3、6、9、12、15和18 A;(4) 在上述间隙值下线圈电流每取1个值,接通恒流源3次,每次均读取并记录力传感器读数;(5) 分析处理测量的悬浮力数据。
电磁铁悬浮力实测数据的分析和处理方法如下:(1) 对每个悬浮间隙和线圈电流值下记录的3次力传感器读数选取中位数绘制折线图;(2) 由悬浮力的理论计算公式可知,悬浮力与线圈电流和悬浮间隙分别成平方正比和平方反比的关系,因此,应用回归分析法以二次多项式来拟合悬浮力曲线;(3) 观察悬浮力曲线的异常值取值点,回调该点所记录的3组力传感器读数,改取更靠近拟合曲线的数值作为悬浮力实测值,重新绘制悬浮力曲线。
不同线圈电流和悬浮间隙下悬浮力的有限元仿真与实测结果如图34所示。
图3可以看出,在相同线圈电流下,悬浮力随悬浮间隙的增大呈近似平方关系减小,这是由于悬浮间隙的增大会导致气隙磁阻增大,气隙的磁场强度相应降低,从而使漏磁增多。悬浮力减小的速率,即曲线的斜率,会随着悬浮间隙的增大而减缓。
图4可以看出,在相同悬浮间隙下,线圈电流较小时,电磁铁工作在非饱和区,悬浮力会随着线圈电流的增大呈近似平方关系增大。
对比悬浮力的实测结果与有限元仿真结果得到,在线圈电流与悬浮间隙相同时,悬浮力的实测值比有限元仿真值小,最大偏差约10%。可能原因有:由于电磁铁的制造、装配和测量等均存在误差,电磁铁的实际尺寸参数与有限元仿真采用的理论设计值不完全一致;有限元仿真未考虑电磁铁硅钢片的叠压、螺栓等连接件产生的漏磁;电磁铁硅钢片的实际磁化曲线与仿真值存在误差;测试时给定的悬浮间隙存在误差,力传感器的读数等存在误差等。
图5展示了磁浮隔振支座的简化模型。其中,δ(t)为电磁铁与衔铁之间的悬浮间隙,F(i,δ)为电磁悬浮力,mg为衔铁的重量,Mg为竖向承载力,fd(t)为竖向干扰力,Ud为直流侧电压,u(t)为线圈两端电压,i(t)为线圈电流。
由于实际的磁浮隔振支座相当复杂,而建模时若考虑过多因素,描述系统的非线性方程阶次则会过高,导致求解困难,不利于支座特性的分析与控制策略的设计。因此,为简化分析,做以下假设:
(1) 电磁铁的质量均匀分布,悬浮力的作用点在其几何中心;
(2) 电磁铁与衔铁严格平行,仅做竖向运动;
(3) 忽略铁心和衔铁的磁阻,以及线圈的漏磁通和磁场边缘效应;
(4) 在电磁铁铁心和悬浮间隙中,磁势均匀降落,且铁心的磁导率无限大。

图7展示了自适应超螺旋终端滑模间隙外环的控制框图。
至此,完成了磁浮隔振支座的设计、建模与控制。接下来将基于上述分析进行磁浮隔振试验,以验证理论模型的正确性以及控制策略的有效性。
在实验室搭建磁浮隔振支座试验装置,如图8所示,装置参数如表2所示。
为测试所提出的自适应超螺旋终端滑模控制下磁浮隔振支座的性能,将其与终端滑模控制在无扰动起浮、悬浮间隙信号跟踪、加减载、5 Hz/50 Hz正弦波干扰这5种工况下进行对比。其中,前3种工况用于检验所提出的控制策略的抑制抖振能力和稳态与动态性能,后2种工况用于体现磁浮隔振支座的隔振效果。悬浮间隙、电流、电磁铁加速度(外部干扰加速度)与衔铁加速度响应波形如图9~11所示,Δδ为悬浮间隙变化量;ΔM为负载质量变化量。
图9所示,采用终端滑模控制和自适应超螺旋终端滑模控制的系统起浮时间分别为0.3和0.2 s;采用两种控制的支座均无抖振,无稳态误差。加入2 mm悬浮间隙阶跃信号,采用终端滑模控制的支座出现4 mm抖振,无法稳定悬浮;而采用自适应超螺旋终端滑模控制的支座悬浮间隙平稳过渡至给定值,无超调,无抖振,稳态响应时间为0.8 s。两次加入1.5 kg增量负载,采用两种控制的支座悬浮间隙均无波动。
图10所示,稳定悬浮后加入加速度为±0.2g、频率为5 Hz的正弦波干扰,采用两种控制的支座最大波动均不超过0.1 mm,悬浮稳定。
图11所示,稳定悬浮后加入加速度为±2g、频率为50 Hz的正弦波干扰,采用终端滑模控制和自适应超螺旋终端滑模控制的支座隔振率(20lg(衔铁加速度/电磁铁加速度))分别为-7.96和-9.54 dB。两种控制相比,采用自适应超螺旋终端滑模控制的支座隔振效果更好。
表3总结了两种控制策略在5种工况下磁浮隔振支座的性能对比。
本文设计一种传力直接的磁浮隔振支座,克服了传统基础隔振技术与新兴磁浮隔振技术的缺点。通过有限元仿真与实测得到电磁铁的悬浮力与线圈电流和悬浮间隙分别成平方正比和平方反比的关系,建立了磁浮隔振支座的非线性模型。结合终端滑模与超螺旋算法的优点,同时引入自适应律调节超螺旋算法中的系数,提出了一种自适应超螺旋终端滑模控制策略。通过试验验证了所提出的控制策略能够抑制传统滑模控制存在的抖振效应,控制精度高,稳态与动态性能良好,磁浮隔振支座在低频干扰下能够稳定悬浮,在高频干扰下隔振率可达-9.54 dB,具有优异的稳定性和抗扰性。
