A polynomial dimensional decomposition pseudo-excitation method (PDD-PEM) was established in the frequency domain to quantify the uncertainty of random vibration power spectrum density for vehicles with uncertain parameters under random road excitation. Transforming stationary random vibration analysis into harmonic load analysis through pseudo-excitation method, and transforming double random problems into single random problems; At the same time, the polynomial dimensional decomposition method is used to construct a random Surrogate model, and the explicit function of the power spectrum density response expressed by the polynomial basis is given, which effectively realizes the probabilistic evaluation of the structural response in the uncertain parameter space. In numerical examples, the method established in this paper was used to analyze the random vibration of vehicle systems with uncertain parameters under road roughness. Compared with the Monte Carlo method, the correctness and effectiveness of the established method were verified, and the influence of uncertain parameters on the structural response statistical characteristics was further discussed. These works laid a certain foundation for considering the optimization and control problems of vehicle system parameters with uncertainty.

针对具有不确定参数的车辆受到路面随机激励作用下的振动问题,在频域内建立了随机振动功率谱不确定性量化分析的多项式维数分解-虚拟激励法(polynomial dimensional decomposition pseudo-excitation method,PDD-PEM)。通过虚拟激励法将平稳随机振动分析转化为简谐载荷分析,将双随机问题转化为单随机问题;同时应用多项式维数分解方法构建了随机代理模型,给出以多项式基底表达功率谱响应的显式函数,有效实现了结构响应在不确定性参数空间的概率评估。数值算例中,采用本文建立的方法进行路面不平顺作用下具有不确定参数车辆系统随机振动分析,与蒙特卡罗方法比较验证了本文方法的正确性和有效性,进一步讨论了不确定参数对结构响应统计特性的影响,为具有不确定性车辆系统的参数优化和控制问题的研究奠定了一定的基础。

针对具有不确定参数的车辆受到路面随机激励作用下的振动问题,在频域内建立了随机振动功率谱不确定性量化分析的多项式维数分解-虚拟激励法(polynomial dimensional decomposition pseudo-excitation method,PDD-PEM)。通过虚拟激励法将平稳随机振动分析转化为简谐载荷分析,将双随机问题转化为单随机问题;同时应用多项式维数分解方法构建了随机代理模型,给出以多项式基底表达功率谱响应的显式函数,有效实现了结构响应在不确定性参数空间的概率评估。数值算例中,采用本文建立的方法进行路面不平顺作用下具有不确定参数车辆系统随机振动分析,与蒙特卡罗方法比较验证了本文方法的正确性和有效性,进一步讨论了不确定参数对结构响应统计特性的影响,为具有不确定性车辆系统的参数优化和控制问题的研究奠定了一定的基础。

A polynomial dimensional decomposition pseudo-excitation method (PDD-PEM) was established in the frequency domain to quantify the uncertainty of random vibration power spectrum density for vehicles with uncertain parameters under random road excitation. Transforming stationary random vibration analysis into harmonic load analysis through pseudo-excitation method, and transforming double random problems into single random problems; At the same time, the polynomial dimensional decomposition method is used to construct a random Surrogate model, and the explicit function of the power spectrum density response expressed by the polynomial basis is given, which effectively realizes the probabilistic evaluation of the structural response in the uncertain parameter space. In numerical examples, the method established in this paper was used to analyze the random vibration of vehicle systems with uncertain parameters under road roughness. Compared with the Monte Carlo method, the correctness and effectiveness of the established method were verified, and the influence of uncertain parameters on the structural response statistical characteristics was further discussed. These works laid a certain foundation for considering the optimization and control problems of vehicle system parameters with uncertainty.

公路车辆是进行货物运输的重要手段,车辆在运载货物时受到路面不平顺激励产生振动,而车辆的振动会由支撑传递到承载结构。对于某些特殊情况,如车辆装载实验仪器、电器等,有害的振动会对装备性能产生显著影响,进行车辆在路面不平顺激励下的振动分析对于研究车辆动力学控制和优化具有重要意义[1-2]
在车辆的加工、制造和测试过程中,工艺误差、测量误差等客观存在,分析这些不确定因素对车辆稳定性控制、优化设计的影响,是车辆系统动力学研究的一项重要课题[3-5]。MOGHADAM等 [6]研究了车辆悬架不确定模型的随机滑模控制器设计,并对随机滑模控制方法的有效性进行了仿真验证;智鹏鹏[7]考虑了车辆结构参数与荷载条件的不确定性,从结构可靠性和优化设计两个方面开展了车辆结构的设计方法研究,对现有的不确定性分析和优化理论进行拓展完善。由于不确定性的客观存在,车辆动力学理论分析所采用的结构参数并不是实际值,将不确定参数进行概率建模并对输出响应进行统计学分析量化求解,也是构建实际车辆数字孪生的必要基础。
不确定性量化(uncertain quantification, UQ)是概率统计与相关工程科学的结合[8]。目前已经发展出多种分析方法,包括蒙特卡罗方法、摄动法、概率密度演化法和多项式展开法。蒙特卡罗方法 (Monte Carlo method, MC)理论上可以解决任何随机问题,但是需要大样本数据分析;摄动法具有较高的计算效率,但不适合处理大变异的问题;概率密度演化法将物理空间和概率空间解耦,适用于不同问题类型,对于高维随机变量输入,如何选择适当的样本点是比较关键的环节;多项式展开法具有代理模型的优势,针对需要处理的高维数值积分问题,文献[9-11]提出多项式维数分解方法(polynomial dimensional decomposition, PDD),该方法对不确定响应函数进行傅里叶多项式展开后进行多元近似,基于变量维数分层求解,对展开系数进行降维积分,使计算效率得到极大提高。
本文考虑路面不平顺随机激励和车辆系统参数不确定性,研究了车辆复合随机振动问题。使用虚拟激励法构建作用于系统的简谐激励,并由求解出的虚拟响应计算响应随机功率谱;由多项式维数分解方法给出响应随机功率谱的显式函数形式,通过构建的随机代理模型快速地实现不确定性参数空间概率评估。
图1所示简化车辆-结构耦合系统,分别建立车辆和结构的动力学模型,由连接位置处相容关系,得到系统动力学方程[12]

式中,MCK为系统的质量矩阵、阻尼矩阵和刚度矩阵;y¨y˙y为系统的绝对加速度、绝对速度和绝对位移向量;x(t)为作用在系统上的路面位移激励向量;Kq为对应的变换矩阵,将路面位移激励转换为力激励输入系统;ε为系统不确定性参数向量,可以表达为ε={ε1,ε2,ε3,,εN}T。对于具有不确定参数的系统,质量矩阵、阻尼矩阵和刚度矩阵都化为包含ε的随机矩阵。
车辆行驶时会受到路面不平顺q(L)的作用,q为相对基准面高度,L为路面走向长度,通过对路面不平度值的数据分析,可得到路面不平度空间功率谱密度Gq(n)等统计特性,其拟合表达式为[13]

式中,n为空间频率(m1),表示单位长度含有的波长个数;w为频率指数;n0为参考空间频率;Gq(n0)n0下的路面功率谱值,称为路面不平度系数。
车辆运行过程中受路面激励时,根据车速v与时间频率f和空间频率n的关系f=nv,将路面不平度空间功率谱Gq(n) 换算为路面激励时间频率的位移功率谱密度Gq(f),表达为:

在结构存在不确定性参数时,计算得到的随机振动响应也存在不确定性,例如,对含有不确定性参数的结构进行观测,其响应功率谱S(f,ε)本身即为随机函数。下面应用PDD方法构建代理模型求得随机振动响应的概率特性,这种方法属于非介入计算方法,且仅对确定性模型进行少量样本计算。
S(f,ε)为包含不确定性参数动力系统观测点响应的功率谱密度函数。考虑S(f,ε)在每个确定的频点处对随机变量ε在任意点ε=c={c1,c2,c3,,cN}T进行多元泰勒展开,通常情况下,泰勒展开式按照变量的求导阶数进行组合;而对于功率谱响应的不确定量化分析,参考文献[9],利用维数分解思想,将泰勒展开的每一项按照随机变量数目进行组合,如下所示:

当频率f为一确定值时,S(f,ε)则可以写为S(ε),则等同于使用PDD方法进行静力分析。式(12)中Si1(f,εi1)Si1i2(f,εi1,εi2)Si1iN(f,εi1,,εiN)为泰勒展开后含有相同变量数的项,称其为成员函数。
对含有k个随机变量的成员函数使用正交多项式进行展开,有:

式中,ψj(ε)为正交多项式的基底,基底形式可由不确定性参数ε服从的分布类型确定。将随机参数的概率密度函数作为Schmidt正交化中的权函数,通过进行Schmidt正交化构造出正交多项式,并对其进行标准化后作为正交多项式的基底。很多情况下,随机变量ε服从高斯、均匀和Beta分布,与这些分布形式对应的正交多项式的基底已被推导出来并可以直接使用,它们分别为Hermite、Legendre和Jacobi正交多项式的基底。将随机函数直接展为展开系数和正交多项式基底乘积形式的级数形式,其概率收敛的等效性已经被证明[10]
由于式(13)的Fourier多项式展开[9]具有无穷多项,在计算中通常需要将其进行截断,对各个变量取前q阶多项式为:

式中,AN表示N维随机变量的积分域。当函数的变量数N较大时,上述积分的计算成本巨大。这里对S(f,ε)进行降维,由此降低展开系数的计算成本。通过在不确定参数ε的均值μ={μ1,μ2,μ3,,μN}T处对S(f,ε)进行泰勒展开,后对每个频点处的不确定性函数进行降维积分,限于篇幅,下文仅给出必要的公式,具体推导这里不再详述,可参考文献[15]。使用降维公式对S(f,ε)进行V(VN)元近似为S^V(f,ε),表达式写为:

由于很多情况下S(f,ε)并不具有显式表达式,这时就需要对式(19)、(20)的积分使用高斯积分法进行数值求解,对每个变量选取积分节点数目为n,进行2n+1次精度的高斯积分,即可计算得到任意展开系数的值:

通过上述计算,可将积分节点值分别代入响应函数的随机变量求解,进一步计算而得到展开系数S0(f)Ai1ikj1jk(f)在各频点处的值,使用符号E[]代表对随机变量*的数学期望,由此可得出随机振动响应的均值和方差为:

此时可以得到随机振动响应谱的均值和标准差,但是其分布形式无法确定,即概率密度函数仍未知。对于该问题,可以取足够的随机变量代入式(12),得到响应样本比进行概率统计即可得到概率密度函数图像,当系统模型自由度多、求解计算量大时,可对其响应谱函数进行维数分解,利用求得的展开系数构造代理模型快速获取大量的随机振动响应样本。
构造响应功率谱密度函数不确定性量化的代理模型时,应从式(12)中仅选取前0~U维成员函数对原函数进行近似,即对式(12)的前U+1项进行截断,并将成员函数的展开形式式(14)代入其中,最终得到原随机函数的显示近似表达式,以此作为随机振动功率谱响应的代理函数模型,如下式所示:

上式中所有参数及表达式均已知,在每个频点f处,将结构随机参数样本代入S~U(f,ε)中,便可准确、高效地获得随机响应功率谱的在每个频点的样本结果。如果对某个频点处的功率谱概率密度分布情况感兴趣,可首先确定该频点的频率,选定该频率对应样本结果的分布范围并将其均匀划分为一定数量的区段,统计落在各区段内的样本点数,使用点数除以区段长度和样本总数的乘积便可得到该频点处响应谱离散的概率密度函数。对于与频率无关且含有随机变量的响应均方根σy(ε),其统计特性和概率密度的计算与S(f,ε)在某一频点处的计算步骤完全相同。
采用文献[16]中的车辆系统参数,使用二维垂向空间模型,并考虑实际中的主要影响因素,建立车辆-结构耦合有限元模型。在模型中,除弹簧单元的阻尼外,同时施加瑞利阻尼C=αK+βM,其中参数α=2.044β=1.640×104
车辆在行驶时,受到同源异相位的位移不平顺路面谱激励,根据虚拟激励法构造确定性虚拟简谐激励,输入的路面功率谱使用式(3)计算得到,其中w=2n0=0.1m1;路面不平度系数Gq(n0)在路面等级为A、B、C、D时分别取为16×10664×106256×1061024×106(m2/m1),行驶速度设定为10m/s。对于确定性系统,使用虚拟激励法计算响应功率谱,求得车载结构后端观测点p(如图1所示)在A、B、C、D等级的路面谱激励下的加速度谱和位移功率谱,在频域积分计算响应的标准差。
图2图3给出了观测点p在B级路面谱激励下的位移和加速度响应谱。对结构进行模态分析,并将响应功率谱峰值对应频率与结构固有频率比较,可以看出在峰值处的频率与结构自振频率相对应,如2.1 Hz和10.2 Hz分别为结构第2和3阶自振频率。表1给出了不同路面等级下观测点加速度响应均方根,并与文献[16]的结果进行比较,两者相对误差最大为2.3%,表明了本文确定性分析的正确性。
当车辆以10m/s的速度分别在A、B、C、D路面等级下行驶时,计算车辆上部结构的前端(a点)和后端(b点)的加速度功率谱,结果如图4图5所示。在不同路面等级下只会对加速度功率谱的幅值大小产生影响,形状没有明显变化,对频率的敏感性没有发生改变。后文在进行不确定性分析时,只取用B级路面谱激励作为典型工况,对具有随机参数的车辆-结构耦合系统进行分析。
在随机车辆系统的不确定性分析中,车辆在B级路面以10m/s的速度行驶。为研究支撑条件、车辆悬挂和轮胎的不确定性对车辆振动的影响,取随机变量为:结构和车体间支撑刚度参数Kc1Kc2,车体悬挂刚度参数Ks1Ks2,轮胎刚度参数Kt1Kt2。各随机变量均服从对数正态分布且相互独立,它们的均值和变异系数如表2所示。
由于系统参数不确定性的传播,结构响应功率谱和响应均方根也具有不确定性,采用PDD方法对它们的不确定性进行量化分析。首先要将对数正态分布随机变量转换为对应的具有正态分布的随机变量,对于含有6个随机参数的车辆结构,按照式(12)对其加速度功率谱进行维数分解并采用2元变量近似;对于每个频点f处展开系数S0(f)Ai1ikj1jk(f),采用2维的降维积分和3节点高斯数值积分按照式(21)和(22)进行计算;最后通过式(24)和(25)得到加速度功率谱的均值和标准差,并根据式(26)构造其代理模型计算样本值,从而得到加速度功率谱的概率密度。响应均方根的不确定性与频点无关,不考虑频率并重复上述计算即可对其进行不确定量化分析。对随机响应的加速度功率谱进行求解时,随机振动分析的频率范围取0~20 Hz,每次计算步长均为0.1Hz。使用MC方法的计算结果作为PDD方法计算结果的参考。
考虑车辆模型参数具有的随机性,研究车载结构前、后端点加速度响应在系统不确定性参数影响下的统计特征,结构的前、后端点为图1所示的a、b两点。采用PDD-PEM方法分别计算a、b两点的加速度功率谱密度均值和标准差,同时使用MC方法进行数值模拟验证结果的准确性和高效性。
图6给出了a、b两点的加速度功率谱随机分析,并绘制出使用的MC方法数值模拟得到的1×104条功率谱曲线样本及统计平均,同时使用PDD-PEM的式(24)直接进行均值计算,从图中可以看到与MC方法得到的结果具有非常好的一致性,表明采用较少的变量近似的维数分解和较低维度的降维积分即可得到良好的结果。当车辆以10m/s的速度行驶在不平顺度为B级的路面上,在支撑刚度、悬挂刚度和轮胎刚度不确定性的影响下,结构上a点的加速度谱均值有两个明显的峰值,分别在1.7和10.6 Hz处,且第二个峰值点相对较高,表明a点对10.6 Hz的振动较为敏感,第一个峰值的频点对应系统的第一个固有频率,而第二个峰值对应的频点在第三个固有频率10.26Hz和第四个固有频率10.85Hz之间。结构上b点的加速度谱均值仅在2.2Hz处有一个较为明显峰值,说明b点对2.2Hz的振动更为敏感,且此频点对应系统的第二阶固有频率。
图7给出了a、b两点的加速度功率谱密度的标准差,在MC方法中,分别使用102103104的样本数进行标准差计算,同时使用PDD-PEM方法(式(25))计算标准差,对比计算结果,从而验证PDD-PEM方法的精度。从图中可以看出,随着MC方法样本容量的增大,其曲线逐渐向PDD方法的曲线靠近,当样本容量取1×104时,采用的PDD方法和MC方法计算出的加速度谱的标准差吻合良好。验证了PDD方法在计算加速度功率谱密度的标准差时的精确性。在加速度谱标准差的图中,a点在1.7 Hz和10.6 Hz处出现峰值,a点加速功率谱在这两个频点处的离散性较大,而b点的加速功率谱的离散性在2.2 Hz处较大。
表3给出使用PDD方法和MC方法得到a点和b点的加速度响应均方根的均值和标准差,如表中所示,a点的加速度均方根的均值大于b点,a点加速度均方根的标准差也大于b点,表明a点的加速度在双重随机作用影响下随机误差区间更大。在表3中将PDD-PEM方法与MC方法的计算结果进行比较,最大相对误差为0.14%,表明了PDD-PEM方法在计算加速度响应均方根概率特征时具有较高的精度。
计算上述响应参数的标准差和均值时,PDD-PEM方法仅需在指定的积分节点处对有限元模型进行73次计算,而MC方法则需进行1×104次计算才能得出同等精度的结果。PDD-PEM方法仅花费2.8322×103s,MC方法花费2.9964×105s。PDD-PEM方法取用的样本点数远远小于MC方法,由图6图7得出的结果却十分一致,且进行积分后得到的响应标准差统计参数的相对误差也十分微小,证明了PDD-PEM方法非常适合计算此类问题。
PDD-PEM方法在计算时可以通过增加维数分解时的成员函数截断数U、降维积分时近似变量数V和正交多项式基底数目q来提高精度,或者在精度足够的情况下降低这些值来减少计算量。取随机变量变异系数为0.15和0.3,对PDD-PEM方法与改进摄动法[17](modified computational schemes of the stochastic perturbation finite element method,MPM)进行比较。
图8图9为不同变异系数下,结构上a点的加速度功率谱均值曲线,从图中可以看出,在变异系数为0.15时,PDD-PEM和MPM的曲线均可与MC方法的曲线基本吻合,但摄动法基本思想将变异系数视为小量,在变异系数为0.3时,在2.1和18.0 Hz附近功率谱均值曲线出现较为明显偏差。图9中将这两频点处放大,可以看出,在1.9~2.3 Hz和17.5~18.5 Hz范围内,MPM和MC方法具有较大的偏差,而PDD-PEM(V=2)与MC方法仍然能较好吻合,并且通过对比V=1V=2时PDD-PEM方法在18 Hz附近的曲线,可以看出,随着V的增大,PDD-PEM方法的精度也随之提高,其中PDD-PEM(V=1)与MPM方法的样本点计算次数均为13次,且当结构自由度较大时,PEM可以大幅提高每个样本点的功率谱计算速度[14]。MPM虽然有较高的计算效率,但对于变异系数较大的情况,进一步提高精度较为困难。而PDD方法可以通过调整VUq灵活地调整计算效率和计算精度,并且可以通过构造代理模型查看随机函数的概率密度分布情况,应用范围更加广泛。
功率谱的概率密度图像能够形象地描绘出功率谱的分布情况,在对车辆结构系统进行双重随机分析时,可以选择结构上感兴趣的点,并从概率密度图像快速辨识出该点的响应功率谱和响应标准差的概率分布形式。PDD-PEM方法在求得式(15)和(16)的展开系数后,便可构造代理模型并快速得到响应样本集合,以绘制概率密度图像。使用代理模型式(26)计算106个PDD-PEM样本,绘制结构上a、b点的概率密度图像。
图10图11给出了a、b两点加速度谱概率密度的三维图像和等值线图,可以清晰直观地了解加速度功率谱的随机分布情况。从a点加速度谱概率密度图像中可以发现,在2.2 Hz频点附近,加速度功率谱的概率密度值较为分散;在频点1.7和10.6 Hz附近时,加速度功率谱的概率密度值较小,与图7(a)的加速度功率谱标准差图像相结合可以发现,当标准差曲线出现峰值时,加速度功率谱的概率密度值会明显减小。观察b点加速度谱概率密度图像,可以发现频点在2.2 Hz附近时,加速度功率谱的概率密度值较小,与图7(b)的加速度谱标准差曲线的峰值相对应;而在1.7 Hz和10.6 Hz频点附近,加速度谱概率密度值最为分散。
在进行频率响应分析时一般较为关注峰值处的情况,下面给出前端点在10.6 Hz处和后端点在2.2 Hz处的加速度功率谱概率密度曲线,并取1×104个MC样本绘制概率密度图像与PDD-PEM结果进行对比。
图12图13给出了a、b点的加速度功率谱标准差的概率密度,可以发现MC方法和PDD-PEM方法的计算结果较为一致。概率密度的峰值是在此频点处最可能出现的加速度功率谱的值,从两幅图中可以看出,加速度功率谱密度并不是两侧对称分布的,a点的峰值点偏向整体分布图像左侧,而b点的概率密度峰值偏向右侧。
图14图15给出了系统的a、b两点的加速度响应均方根的概率密度图像,从图中可以看出,PDD-PEM方法在a、b两点处的计算结果均能与MC方法吻合良好,且概率密度图像的形状类似于高斯分布的形式,a点加速度均方根概率密度取值小于b点,结合表3的结果进行比较,当加速度响应均方根的标准差更大时,概率密度的取值会更小,且加速度响应均方根的分布更加分散。
在绘制概率密度图像时,使用的样本数越多,图像就可以绘制得更加准确和平滑,而PDD-PEM方法使用代理模型进一步简化了样本的响应求解过程,可以在极短的时间内计算出远多于MC方法的频率响应结果的样本数目。本文中,使用PDD-PEM方法构造的代理模型计算了1×106个样本(耗时8.2046×102s),而用MC方法计算的样本点数为1×104个(耗时2.9964×105s)。使用代理模型可以极大地缩减每次样本的计算时长,PDD-PEM方法计算每个样本点响应平均需要8.2046×104s,在硬件配置相同情况下,MC方法每次进行单个样本点计算则要花费29.964s,且PDD-PEM方法的求解结果与MC方法非常一致,足以达到进行结构优化和控制评估时的精度要求。
本文对受到不平顺路面激励的车辆-结构耦合系统的随机振动进行频域分析,同时考虑了车辆系统的支撑刚度、悬挂刚度和轮胎刚度参数的不确定性,使用PDD-PEM方法,准确、高效地实现了车辆-结构耦合系统的双重随机作用下的响应分析,为车辆-结构耦合系统在行驶中的减振设计和优化控制的最终效果提供了有效的分析评估手段。
