The data of mineral resources reserves is the focus of the management of mineral resources reserves, and the national survey of mineral resources is a national and basic survey of mineral resources. Based on the national survey database of mineral resources in Henan Province, it is necessary to study and put forward a method to quickly update the resource reserve data in the mineral resources reserve database to facilitate the efficient use of the mineral resources management department, which is necessary to solve many problems such as data missing, error, redundancy and low timeliness in the reserve database and to better manage the mineral resources. By designing a computer program algorithm, the resource reserve data records in the national survey database of mineral resources and the mineral resource reserve database were automatically compared according to the relevant fields, and the differences were found. According to the differences, different program codes were adopted to update the resource reserve data in the reserve database. Compared with the method of manually updating data in daily reserves management, this method can update the resources and reserves data in the mineral resources and reserves database more comprehensively, quickly, efficiently and accurately.

矿产资源储量数据是矿产资源储量管理的重要抓手,矿产资源国情调查是一项全国性、基础性的矿产资源调查工作。基于目前河南省已全面完成的矿产资源国情调查数据库,提出快速更新矿产资源储量数据库中资源储量数据的方法,以方便矿产资源管理部门高效使用。本方法对于解决储量库中的数据缺失、错误、冗余、时效性低等诸多问题和更好地进行矿产资源管理十分必要。通过设计计算机程序算法,对矿产资源国情调查数据库和矿产资源储量数据库中的资源储量数据记录按照相关字段进行自动对比,查找差异,分情况采取不同的程序代码,对储量库中资源储量数据实施更新。和日常储量管理中常采用的人工更新数据方法相比,本方法能更全面、快速、高效、准确地实现矿产资源储量数据库中资源储量数据的更新。

矿产资源储量数据是矿产资源储量管理的重要抓手,矿产资源国情调查是一项全国性、基础性的矿产资源调查工作。基于目前河南省已全面完成的矿产资源国情调查数据库,提出快速更新矿产资源储量数据库中资源储量数据的方法,以方便矿产资源管理部门高效使用。本方法对于解决储量库中的数据缺失、错误、冗余、时效性低等诸多问题和更好地进行矿产资源管理十分必要。通过设计计算机程序算法,对矿产资源国情调查数据库和矿产资源储量数据库中的资源储量数据记录按照相关字段进行自动对比,查找差异,分情况采取不同的程序代码,对储量库中资源储量数据实施更新。和日常储量管理中常采用的人工更新数据方法相比,本方法能更全面、快速、高效、准确地实现矿产资源储量数据库中资源储量数据的更新。

The data of mineral resources reserves is the focus of the management of mineral resources reserves, and the national survey of mineral resources is a national and basic survey of mineral resources. Based on the national survey database of mineral resources in Henan Province, it is necessary to study and put forward a method to quickly update the resource reserve data in the mineral resources reserve database to facilitate the efficient use of the mineral resources management department, which is necessary to solve many problems such as data missing, error, redundancy and low timeliness in the reserve database and to better manage the mineral resources. By designing a computer program algorithm, the resource reserve data records in the national survey database of mineral resources and the mineral resource reserve database were automatically compared according to the relevant fields, and the differences were found. According to the differences, different program codes were adopted to update the resource reserve data in the reserve database. Compared with the method of manually updating data in daily reserves management, this method can update the resources and reserves data in the mineral resources and reserves database more comprehensively, quickly, efficiently and accurately.

矿产资源是国家经济和资源安全的重要保障,是产业发展的基础[1]。矿产资源储量数据库(简称储量库)用于存储和管理矿产资源储量数据,是部、省、市、县四级国土资源管理部门宏观决策和对矿山监督管理的基础和依据,是矿产资源管理的重要抓手[2]。国土资源部于2007年开展全国矿产资源现状调查,对24个核查矿种进行了调查梳理[3-5]。在储量库日常管理中,每年度主要依靠人工更新部分矿山的资源储量数据,未进行系统、全面的数据梳理与更新,且库中资源储量数据存在数据缺失、数据错误、数据冗余、时效性低、数据呆账等诸多问题[6-7]
矿产资源国情调查(简称国情调查)是2020年以来由自然资源部、中国地质调查局部署的一项全国性、基础性的矿产资源调查工作,通过国情调查摸清矿产资源家底,为国家实施宏观战略决策等提供依据和支撑[8]。矿产资源国情调查数据库(简称国情库)是国情调查的重要成果,通过国情调查工作成果数据库,更新资源储量数据,对于解决储量库中的诸多问题和更好地进行矿产资源管理是非常必要的。
目前,河南省已完成了对基于国情库更新储量库(简称两库衔接)的工作,两库衔接中的重点和难点是资源储量数据的更新,为实现基于国情库对资源储量数据的快速、批量更新,笔者通过设计计算机程序算法,对国情库和储量库中的资源储量数据记录按照相关字段进行自动对比,旨在找到全面、快速、高效、准确更新数据的方法。
矿产资源国情调查对各矿区/矿山的数量、质量、结构和空间分布均进行了详实、可靠的调查,真实反映了资源家底。因此,更新资源储量数据的思路是在国情库的基础上,以上一年度国情库中的资源储量数据为基准,更新当年储量库中的资源储量数据[9]。以两库均包含的KCL_ZYCL表的【矿区编号】【登记分类编号】【矿产代码】【统计对象】【矿石类型】【矿石品级】字段为关键字,逐记录进行对比,查找两表的差异;根据比对的5种差异情况,设计计算机程序进行资源储量数据的批量更新。更新完成后,按照储量库的资源储量数据的管理规则,进行资源储量数据的平衡调整。资源储量数据与矿种的质量指标紧密相关,在更新储量数据的同时,更新质量指标。最后,在相关字段中增加数据修改备注,以标注哪些数据是基于国情调查数据进行更新的。总的技术流程见图1
国情库和储量库均采用ACCESS MDB数据库格式存储,MDB数据库是一种关系型数据库,库中由众多工作表组成,多张表相互关联,实现对数据分类、组织和存储,具有结构简单、易用性强等特点[10-12]。两库中均包含矿区/矿山表、资源储量表、矿山经济、坐标、地质条件、质量、采选环等多张表,用于存储矿区/矿山的诸多信息[13-15]。矿区/矿山的资源储量数据主要存储于资源储量表(KCL_ZYCL表)中,主要字段见表1。其中,字段矿区编号和登记分类编号,用于唯一标识矿区/矿山,矿区编号为9位编码,其中前6位为行政区代码,后3位为所在行政区的顺序号,登记分类编号为4位数字编码[16]
资源储量类型(ZYCLLX)分为证实储量(字典代码为ZS)、可信储量(KX)、探明资源量(TM)、控制资源量(KZ)、推断资源量(TD)、潜在资源量(QZ)。资源储量类别(ZYCLLB)主要包括12种类型,该字段的数据字典见表2
储量数据库管理系统对资源储量质检规则:1)资源储量数据的年度平衡,即储量库中矿区/矿山上一年末的资源储量数据继承到下一年初;2)资源储量数据的年内平衡,即储量库中矿区/矿山年末累计资源储量=年初累计量+勘查增减量+重算增减量+审批压覆量;年初、年末的保有量通过5类变化量保持数据的平衡,即年末保有资源储量=年初保有量+勘查增减量+重算增减量+审批压覆量+其他-开采量-损失量。
采用DoCmd.TransferDatabase()方法将国情库的KCL_ZYCL表导入到储量库中,以方便进行比对。由于两库中该表的名称一样,为加以区别,将国情库导入的资源储量表命名为KCL_ZYCL_国情库。
对国情库和储量库中的数据记录按照关键字段通过程序进行自动对比,根据比对的5种不同结果(图2中cl_update_1~cl_update_5),分为5种程序代码进行处理。
根据关键字段,查找两库中同一矿区/矿山不完全相同的记录,根据两库的差异情况分别进行处理。1)储量库中有记录,而国情库中无记录。采用SQL语句查找储量库中存在的和国情库中对应的同一矿区/矿山(即两库矿区编号、登记分类编号相同的记录)记录中的矿产代码、统计对象、矿石类型、矿石品级不全相同的记录[17-18]。因国情库为最新调查数据,是矿区/矿山的最新状态,具有现势性;因此认为这些不完全相同的记录是由于储量库中的错误数据或冗余数据导致的,应将其从储量库中删除,见图2中cl_update_1所示行记录(cl_update_1为相应的处理程序代码过程名),应将储量库中某矿山的铅矿(伴生矿产)、锌矿(伴生矿产)所在行删除。根据2.2所述储量库的管理规则,当年资源储量数据的年初值继承自上一年度的数据,年初保有量、年初累计量不能修改和删除,故通过代码只将这些记录的年末保有量(KCL_ZYCL表中ZYCLLB字段的值19001所代表的记录)和年末累计量(KCL_ZYCL表中ZYCLLB字段的值19002所代表的记录)从KCL_ZYCL表中删除。cl_update_1处理过程模块部分代码见图3。图中rs1为查找出的储量库中冗余的记录集合。2)储量库中无记录,而国情库中有记录。采用SQL语句查找国情库和储量库对应的同一矿区/矿山(即两库的KCL_ZYCL表的矿区编号、登记分类编号相同)中的矿产代码、统计对象、矿石类型、矿石品级不完全相同的记录,表明这些记录为储量库中缺失的数据,应将国情库对应的记录添加到储量库中,见图2中cl_update_2模块拟处理的行记录所示;将符合条件的年末保有量、年末累计量的记录查找出来,然后逐条插入到KCL_ZYCL表中,该模块部分SQL语句代码见图4
资源储量数据记录条数很多,要优化SQL语句以减少程序执行时间[19-20]。在更新时,要注意国情库存在的矿区/矿山的金属量、矿石量为0的记录(图5),SQL语句将之过滤,不添加到储量库,避免增加数据冗余。
若国情库和储量库中对应记录的各关键字段均相同,即两库中KCL_ZYCL表中的某条记录的矿区编号、登记分类编号、矿产代码、统计对象、矿石类型、矿石品级字段的值均相同,那么再判断资源储量类型是否相同。根据判断结果采取不同的代码,分以下3种情况处理。1)资源储量类型不同且储量库中有记录,而国情库中无记录。采用SQL语句查找储量库中存在的和国情库中对应的同一矿区/矿山(即两库的KCL_ZYCL表的矿区编号、登记分类编号相同的记录)记录中的矿产代码、统计对象、矿石类型、矿石品级相同,但资源储量类型不相同的记录,即这些记录为储量库中的错误数据或冗余数据,应将之删除,见图2中cl_update3所示行记录(cl_update_3为相应的处理程序代码过程)。根据储量库的管理规则,年初值不能修改和删除,因此程序代码只将这些记录的年末保有量(KCL_ZYCL表中ZYCLLB字段的值等于19001所代表的记录)和年末累计量(KCL_ZYCL表中ZYCLLB字段的值等于19002所代表的记录)从KCL_ZYCL表中删除。2)资源储量类型不同且储量库中无记录,而国情库中有记录。采用SQL语句查找国情库中和储量库中对应的同一矿区/矿山(即两库的KCL_ZYCL表的矿区编号、登记分类编号相同)记录中的矿产代码、统计对象、矿石类型、矿石品级相同,但资源储量类型不相同的记录,即表明这些记录为储量库中缺失的数据,应将国情库对应的记录添加到储量库中,见图2中cl_update_4所示行记录。3)资源储量类型相同。采用SQL语句查找储量库中和国情库中对应的同一矿区/矿山(即两库的KCL_ZYCL表的矿区编号、登记分类编号相同)记录中的矿产代码、统计对象、矿石类型、矿石品级、资源储量类型全相同的记录,则应先删除储量库中的年末值,并由国情库中对应记录的储量年末值替换,见图2中cl_update5所示行记录(cl_update_5为相应的处理程序代码)。部分代码见图6
质量指标存储于储量库KCL_ZL表中,质量指标更新包括矿种、矿产组合类型、统计对象、矿石工业类型及品级、矿石组分的更新。更新完成后,要注意质量指标平均含量重复的记录,查找KCL_ZL表中平均含量超过1个的矿山,并生成均值计数表;根据计数表,删除多余的平均含量,同矿石类型同品级仅保留1个平均含量。
储量库质检规则要求资源储量数据的年内平衡。年内平衡检查规则如2.2所述。经过3.2更新资源储量数据后,会导致资源储量数据的不平衡,河南省压覆资源量为单独建库,审批压覆量暂不参与计算。将不平衡量赋值给【其他】字段,以使数据保持平衡,其他(不平衡量)=年末保有量-年初保有量+开采量+损失量-勘查增减量-重算增减量。若不平衡量等于零,则说明满足平衡关系。
编写函数get_zyl_sql()分别提取年初保有量(19012)、开采量(19004)、损失量(19005)、勘查增减量(19006)、重算增减量(19008)、年末保有量(19001)等字段的值,分别赋值给二维数组,数组[0]存放金属量,数组[1]存放矿石量。然后遍历KCL_ZYCL表中所有记录,求取每个记录的不平衡量,并赋值给【其他】字段。部分代码见图7
为了实现在资源储量管理中能够容易识别哪些数据是根据国情调查数据库进行的更新,将“根据国情调查成果数据进行了资源储量的调整”字符串追加到储量库中矿山表的备注信息中,进行明确标识(图8)。
清除冗余数据主要有:1)更新完成后对储量库中导入的国情库的有关表进行清除;2)对原储量库中部分资源储量数据重复显示的数据清除(图9)。重复显示是由于储量库中同一矿区/矿山的矿山表、质量表和资源储量表中的矿山编号不一致造成的,通过程序代码(图10)予以解决。
1)建立的方法能够全面、快速、高效、准确地利用国情库对储量库资源储量数据进行更新,解决了资源储量管理中采用人工更新部分数据时存在的问题。通过资源储量数据的更新,使储量库中资源储量数据能够具有较好的时效性、完整性、准确性和一致性,对矿产资源实施有效的保护、监督和合理利用提供了坚实的数据基础,更好地支撑矿产资源储量管理工作。
2)目前的储量库管理系统仍需优化,在实践中仍发现一些小问题。比如,在按表中标识进行删除时,存在部分矿区坐标丢失、矿区/矿山合并出现质量指标丢失、录入坐标不能实时校验,很容易输错(输错、输反等),以及矿山在只有1个矿种和需删除某矿种时仍然要求录入平均含量、未利用矿区未设矿业权而要求录入矿证号等问题。
3)尽管大部分工作通过程序能自动批量处理,但在实践中发现,通过程序合并矿区/矿山后,质检时经常出现数据不平衡问题。分成多个库,多人分工协作进行手工合并后,再合库也会出现不平衡问题,只有单人单库进行人工合并操作才不易出现不平衡问题。
4)由于资源储量数据量较大,程序代码要注意架构设计和代码优化。河南省储量库程序执行更新时间超过6 h;优化程序代码和SQL语句后,程序时间缩短为4 h。
