Aiming to address these issues, an intelligent vertical storage system is designed to achieve efficient vertical storage, automatic retrieval, real-time querying, and rapid inventory.Compared to the stacker crane + shuttle scheme, the dual extended stacker crane scheme offers superior performance in inventory efficiency, network transmission, equipment reliability, maintenance methods, and shelf structure requirements. Based on this analysis of intelligent natural uranium storage processes and optimized equipment selection, a smart vertical storage solution tailored for natural uranium storage has been researched and designed.

Traditional natural uranium storage relies on manual forklifts or cranes for unloading and storage, which suffers from drawbacks such as high labor intensity, low efficiency, high radiation exposure for personnel, high risk factors, low warehouse utilization, inefficient inventory management, and unreliable accuracy. Aiming to address these issues, an intelligent vertical storage system is designed to achieve efficient vertical storage, automatic retrieval, real-time querying, and rapid inventory.Compared to the stacker crane + shuttle scheme, the dual extended stacker crane scheme offers superior performance in inventory efficiency, network transmission, equipment reliability, maintenance methods, and shelf structure requirements. Based on this analysis of intelligent natural uranium storage processes and optimized equipment selection, a smart vertical storage solution tailored for natural uranium storage has been researched and designed.

传统天然铀库大多采用人工叉车或吊车卸车入库,入库后再经过人工取样,然后封盖。通过叉车或吊车将天然铀桶以三层“金字塔”堆码方式存放,这种方式存在劳动强度大、工作效率低、人员受照剂量大、危险系数高、库房利用率低、盘存效率低、准确性无法保证等缺点。
智能化立体仓库是利用自动化存储设备和计算机管理系统的协作来实现立体仓库的高度合理化、存取自动化、操作简便化。自动化立体仓库主要由货架、巷道式堆垛起重机(堆垛机)、调度控制系统,以及管理系统等组成。结合不同类型的仓库管理软件、图形监控及调度软件、条形码识别跟踪系统、轨道台车(RGV)、堆垛机认址系统、堆垛机控制系统、货位探测器等,可实现仓库货物的立体存放、自动存取、标准化管理,降低储运费用和劳动强度,提高仓库空间利用率[1]
研究和分析智能化立体仓储技术,将其应用于天然铀贮存,对天然铀贮存技术提升具有重要意义。为最大化减少人员操作以降低人员受辐射水平,将天然铀库的表污检测和取样工序实现自动化;同时为保证每桶天然铀的独立身份,采用独立标签和射频识别(RFID)技术实现自动识别;为保证天然铀的贮存安全,研究优化托盘等设备,以保证天然铀防跌落。
根据天然铀的接收及存储需求,将智能化立体仓储库区分为装卸货区、叉车掏装箱区、转运区和仓储区(图1)。
天然铀多采用火车装载集装箱运输,装卸货区(卸货站台和集装箱堆场)可引入机械化、灵活度高的集装箱正面吊,负责装车、卸车、集装箱暂存等工作,可完成集装箱快速、高效的装卸工作。
在集装箱内抱取天然铀货物,自动化叉车效率较低、风险较大[2]。在集装箱内设置掏装箱区、配备输送机,掏装箱工作仍由人工操作叉车执行,叉车将天然铀桶掏箱完成后,立即将桶放置到输送机上,后续工作可实现自动化操作,降低人员劳动强度。
设置转运区可实现自动化操作,转运区可作为掏装箱区和仓储区的中转区域。天然铀桶在入库前需进行表污检测、称重、取样,以及对天然铀桶执行读码、贴码等工作,为增加天然铀桶在立体库的贮存密度及安全性,可采用托盘码放形式。
仓储区负责天然铀的贮存,主要布置立体货架和堆垛机[3]。仓储区一般存量较大,设置多条堆垛机巷道,堆垛机接收工位由轨道台车(RGV)连通。
天然铀的高密度贮存和安全贮存是智能化立体库应用的关键,天然铀立体贮存方案主要有双伸位堆垛机方案[4]和堆垛机+穿梭车方案[5],均需满足墙外剂量限值要求[6]
双伸位堆垛机方案:每条堆垛机巷道单侧可布置2排货架,2侧共控制4排货架,约8排天然铀桶,采用双伸位堆垛机将天然铀存放到对应货架货位上。
堆垛机+穿梭车方案:立体库设1条堆垛机巷道,巷道内堆垛机可将载有天然铀桶的穿梭车运至货架每一层,穿梭车可在立体货架内沿垂直于堆垛机巷道的方向行走,将天然铀桶存至贮存位。2个方案的技术对比见表1
表1可知,堆垛机+穿梭车方案比双伸位堆垛机方案库容利用率高10%,但双伸位堆垛机方案在盘存效率、网络传输要求、供电方式可靠性、设备可靠性、检修方式要求、货架结构要求等方面均优于堆垛机+穿梭车方案,智能化立体库建设优先选用双伸位堆垛机方案。
由于天然铀具有放射性并产生放射性气溶胶,在智能化立体库的存储过程中应尽量避免人员参与,除火车卸车及集装箱掏装箱工作需人员驾驶正面吊和叉车进行工作外,后续入库工作均采用自动操作形式,天然铀智能化立体库入库操作工艺流程见图2
货架用于贮存有桶托盘和叠放托盘,是实现货物立体存放的主要支撑结构,主要由柱片、横梁、垂直拉杆装置、水平拉杆装置、吊梁、端部网架等组成[8]。为增加贮存密度,采用双伸位贮存形式。立体货架按高于当地抗震设防烈度1度的要求加强抗震措施,同时按当地抗震设防烈度确定其抗震作用,并提供抗震分析报告。
传统托盘在货架上采用平放形式,较难保证在地震等工况下的稳定性。因此,本研究对托盘进行优化设计,在其下方设置卡槽,保证托盘放置到货架上后,卡槽可将其卡在横梁上不滑动;在托盘上方设置环形挡块,保证天然铀桶放至托盘上后不产生平移。对托盘进行了倾斜承重试验,验证了其在较大侧向力情况下托盘及天然铀桶不产生平移。
堆垛机用于将有桶托盘或叠放托盘运至或运出货架,最大行走速度为120 m/min,主要由金属结构、载货台、运行机构、起升机构、货叉伸缩结构、超速保护装置、过载及松绳保护装置、电气装置组成[9]。运动速度由变频器控制,可使设备运行平稳,堆垛机停准位置精度高。
轨道台车用于有桶托盘、叠放托盘的运输转移,最大行走速度为120 m/min,设置相应的防滑限位装置,可保证有桶托盘或叠放托盘在车上的运输稳定性,不发生移动;在行程内,设置安全行程限值,防止车体冲出轨道。顶部装载天然铀载荷≥2 t。
拆码垛机用于将有桶托盘中的桶分拆或将桶码至空托盘上,根据数量不同,需满足1~4个桶在托盘上的均匀码放,最大工作效率为2桶/min。拆码垛机设置自锁机构[10]、防桶掉落装置、安全联锁装置,保证码放/拆桶过程的安全、稳定,防止因断电及抓取不牢而出现桶掉落的情况,且保证码放、拆垛过程不会使桶发生形变。拆码垛机载荷≥0.5 t。
输送机负责接收叉车输送的天然铀桶,并交接至轨道台车上,且作为称重、表污检测、取样等操作的输送载体,最大输送速度为20 m/min,由于输送线上有拆码垛操作,在码垛前需要输送机为单桶输送,码垛后需要输送机为托盘输送。因此,单桶输送线输送机载荷≥0.5 t,托盘输送线输送机载荷≥2 t。
取样设备为新研发设备,由自动启封盖装置、自动取样装置、电子天平、样品暂存装置组成,最大工作效率为0.5桶/min。自动取样设备对取样线上的天然铀贮存桶进行自动启盖、自动取样、样品自动称重、自动封盖,并将取样信息实时上传至仓储系统。桶的规格不同,其所带螺栓、桶盖也不同,因此启封盖装置须具有自适应性;在运输中桶可能变形,自动启封盖装置须具有检测功能,并设置对应拆装方案;自动取样装置须关注取样精度。因此,设计取样装置采用将天然铀钻取到固定容积空间,或采用螺旋钻取给料配合实时称重方式。因在钻取过程中天然铀密度有变化,因此采用固定容积方式其精度并不准确;而实时称重方式是基于对质量的直接测量,可作为优先推荐方案。
自动表面污染检测系统为新研发设备,对停在表污检测工位的物料桶进行表面污染检测,并将表面污染信息实时传输至仓储管理系统,其最大工作效率为2桶/min。检测方案可采用多自由度机械手抓取表面污染检测设备逐个位置进行检测,但该方案检测效率较低。由于天然铀桶为标准结构形式,因此可选择采用多个探头组成的固定形状,对桶进行旋转检测,这样可大幅提高检测效率。
叉车主要用于掏箱区、装箱区与单桶辊道输送线间的天然铀贮存桶转运,为提高工作效率,考虑1次搬运2桶;叉车配备抱桶专用工具,额定载重≥2 t。
正面吊可实现较大范围和灵活的带箱移动。由于天然铀多采用火车装载集装箱运输,需满足集装箱的抓取、搬运和存放,同时为减少设备种类数量,因此选用载重≥45 t的正面吊[11]
天然铀在库内贮存时间长,主要通过火车运输来料。因火车租赁费较高,为节省运行成本,且避免天然铀夜间在火车上存放的安全风险,建议出入库效率按最大来料数量在一个工作日内完成入库进行设计。天然铀入库关键路径为表污检测工位、辊道输送机、拆码垛工位、轨道台车、堆垛机。根据上述设备的工作参数,天然铀库基本可实现2桶/min的入库效率。若提高总体出入库效率,需考虑进行方案调整:一是增加入库线上表污检测设备和拆码垛设备,以并联模式运行;二是轨道台车和堆垛机的输送效率与其输送距离相关,在输送距离固定,可采用多台设备串联的方式运行[12],以降低单台设备的覆盖距离,增加整体输送效率。
在天然铀贮存设施运行前,应着重分析新工艺、新设备的安全性,辨识主要安全问题并提出对应预防措施。使用正面吊对集装箱搬运、天然铀立体贮存时,存在起重、机械伤害和高处坠落风险,可能造成天然铀密封破损或人员伤害。
由于对集装箱的搬运采用正面吊,存在摔、砸、碰、挤、撞、压等起重伤害风险,进而造成天然铀密封破损或人员伤害。因此,需关注正面吊设备的可靠性,设备应设超载限制器、起重控制器[13]、行程限位器和自动联锁装置,且在合适位置配置视频设备辅助驾驶,避免搬运集装箱时驾驶视线受阻。
设施主要设备有输送机、拆码垛机、轨道台车等,运行中存在桶跌落和人员伤害风险。因此,输送机应设防跌落报警及挡停板,保证物料运输至合适位置且不掉落地面;堆垛机夹具设自锁装置,起升、下降、输送设置安全行程,防止设备超限;轨道台车设防滑限位装置和安全行程限值。
由于立体货架层高较大,若堆垛机放置不稳、托盘存放失稳、地震等工况,存在桶跌落风险。货架应设安全背网,且托盘上下设限位装置,防止桶从托盘掉落或托盘从货架的整体掉落;堆垛机应设货位虚实探测器、极限限制开关、断绳保护装置、载货台防护网,防止桶在堆垛机运行过程中的跌落。
除对上述设备的配置和可靠性要求外,工作人员应在运行中加强设备维护、合规操作,保证设施的整体安全运行。
由于天然铀库一般存量较多、体量较大,除智能化立体库的整体设计外,还应重点考虑降低能耗和提高效率。因此,根据使用环境、使用工况,对具体的方案提出了如下建议。
1)立体库体量大,由于天然铀在-40℃下性质不发生变化,根据大部分地区极限最低温度均在-40℃以上的情况,可考虑立体库内不采暖。仓储设备采用低温设备,虽增加设备投资;但大大节省了运行成本,总体资金投入少。
2)根据相关标准[14]要求,立体库的通风均采用3次/h的换气频率,运行成本较高。因该立体库内可实现自动化操作,无需人员停留,因此其上部主要空间的通风换气次数可考虑降低为1次/h。
3)天然铀取样可采用视觉识别[15]、激光测距、机械手辅助、开盖工装、自动机械钻取的自动取样设备,以代替人工操作。
4)智能化立体库的自动取样设备工作效率较低,会降低天然铀的入库效率。因天然铀每批入库频率较低,可采用部分天然铀取样,其余天然铀直接入库的方式,保证在短时间内实现天然铀的快速入库,减少人员总工作时长;后续待无天然铀入库操作时,对未取样天然铀从立体货架自动取出,执行取样操作,从而实现天然铀的全检。
5)对天然铀桶进行贴码,采用仓储管理系统记录其存储位置,实现一键读取对应桶位置及具体参数;同时采用射频识别(RFID)技术[16],将信号基站安装于堆垛机上,无须搬运桶,随堆垛机即可读取桶的位置,从而实现快速自动盘存。研究了RFID读取器在天然铀桶上粘贴、焊接、磁吸3种固定方式,由于部分运输至贮存库的天然铀桶表面出现锈蚀,粘贴不紧固,而焊接形式会破坏桶表面结构,因此选择磁吸方式为RFID读取器的固定方案。
通过对智能化立体库技术在天然铀贮存中的应用分析,提出了天然铀智能化立体库方案,配备轨道台车、辊道输送机、堆垛机等自动化存储设备,结合仓储管理系统,进行立体仓储、自动存取、实时查询、快速盘存、智能化设计,实现了库内自动化操作,提升了工作效率,降低了工作人员辐照剂量水平,提高了天然铀贮存库的单位空间利用率。
