Dexing Copper Mine integrates the organization and management of the mining production process with modern mining technologies. Through the DIMINE 3D mining software, digital modeling and updates of the resources in certain mining areas have been completed. However, issues such as data silos in the existing CAD-based geological and surveying system, data integration challenges, and the absence of a database version in the early stages of the DIMINE software continue to constrain the mine's progress toward intelligent mining. To promote smart mining, enhance the efficiency and economic viability of mining processes, and address fundamental aspects of geology, surveying, and mining in intelligent mining construction, the functionalities of the original system were analyzed, researched and optimized. A customized development was carried out based on the DIMINE software system to achieve full coverage of the existing geological and surveying platform's functions and data at Dexing Copper Mine, ensuring the preservation of historical data and meeting the operational requirements of geological and surveying tasks.

Dexing Copper Mine integrates the organization and management of the mining production process with modern mining technologies. Through the DIMINE 3D mining software, digital modeling and updates of the resources in certain mining areas have been completed. However, issues such as data silos in the existing CAD-based geological and surveying system, data integration challenges, and the absence of a database version in the early stages of the DIMINE software continue to constrain the mine's progress toward intelligent mining. To promote smart mining, enhance the efficiency and economic viability of mining processes, and address fundamental aspects of geology, surveying, and mining in intelligent mining construction, the functionalities of the original system were analyzed, researched and optimized. A customized development was carried out based on the DIMINE software system to achieve full coverage of the existing geological and surveying platform's functions and data at Dexing Copper Mine, ensuring the preservation of historical data and meeting the operational requirements of geological and surveying tasks.

矿山智能化建设涉及矿山地质、测量、采矿等基础环节,实现地质、测量、采矿的信息化可为智慧矿山建设提供数据支撑。以三维软件系统为支撑,推进智慧矿山建设,实现矿山地质、测量、采矿业务间的数据共享和矿山数据统一管理,推动技术管理工作的进步和提升,可为智慧矿山提供基础的资源开采环境数字化底座。
三维矿业软件的应用推动着矿山信息化、智能化进程。早期以Datamine公司的Datamine采矿软件[1-2]、达索公司的Surpac矿业软件[3]和Whittle Four-D优化设计软件[4]等为代表,进行矿山数字化和智能化管理,开发了大量引领矿山行业发展的解决方案。目前,以DIMINE[5-6]和3DMine[7-8]为代表的矿业软件,在国内形成了相对完善的三维矿业软件产业链。
与二维制图设计相比,在DIMINE三维矿业软件基础上开发的地测系统工作效率更高。然而,要实现德兴铜矿现有地测平台[9-12]功能与数据的全覆盖,满足地测业务相关工作要求,原CAD地测系统仍存在系统二次开发、维护不便,与矿山智能化建设融合困难,存在信息孤岛等问题。另外,与二维作图设计相比,DIMINE三维矿业软件工作效率有所提升;但因早期无数据库版本,且无法和日常炮孔质量数据很好融合,导致在矿山地测采业务上有一定应用但还无法发挥三维专业软件的优势,实际业务应用没有实现全覆盖。
针对原系统存在的问题,结合德兴铜矿的生产实际,为有效提升德兴铜矿智能化建设[13-16]水平,对原系统功能进行分析、研究和优化,在DIMINE软件系统基础上进行定制开发,旨在提高数字采矿软件应用的便捷性和业务覆盖度,为矿山生产经营决策提供可靠依据。
2000年,德兴铜矿技术员基于CAD开发了一套地测系统,可进行炮孔数据管理、绘图及区块矿量计算、图表输出,并在CAD软件中编制矿山月度采剥计划、周采剥计划;此系统提高了地质算量及计划编制的工作效率。2012年,德兴铜矿引进了DIMINE数字采矿软件系统2010版,期间经过1次版本升级,目前采用的DIMINE数字采矿软件系统为2016版。
通过使用DIMINE软件,德兴铜矿已完成了铜厂、富家坞2个矿区的资源数字化建模及更新,并开展矿山中长期规划和各类矿山设计工作,在矿山日常地质、测量、采矿业务上进行了诸多尝试,将DIMINE2016升级为DIMINE2022,实现与生产技术协同平台的对接,能够更好地推动矿山生产技术业务协同开展,同时实现矿山业务数据的标准化存储。
德兴铜矿现有地测平台使技术人员进行地质算量及计划编制的工作效率有一定提升;然而矿山地测业务急需在测量业务、勘探业务、地质业务、矿点预报、采场现状动态更新及品位控制体系模型构建功能方面进行优化。因此,要实现现有地测平台功能与数据的全覆盖,满足地测业务相关工作要求,仍存在以下问题:1)系统CAD版本限制。基于CAD开发的原地测系统只能在低版本CAD软件上使用,极大地限制了系统功能的升级与优化。2)数据孤岛现象。系统维护和数据对接及升级存在空档期,形成数据孤岛,与矿山智能化建设融合困难。3)二维绘图算量工作繁琐。基于传统二维绘图算量思维的系统开发,人工录入数据及绘图工作繁琐,影响工作效率。4)DIMINE三维矿业软件缺陷。与二维作图软件相比,DIMINE三维矿业软件设计效率较高,自引进以来,在德兴铜矿广泛应用于矿体建模、露天开采境界圈定、排土规划和设计、露天采场道路设计等;但早期无数据库版本,且无法和日常炮孔质量数据有效融合,还没有充分发挥作为三维专业软件的优势。
构建面向地质、测量、采矿技术业务环节的生产技术协同平台。协同平台以B/S+C/S架构[17-18]部署,通过协同平台与数字采矿软件的兼容对接,为技术人员提供统一的数字化作业环境,实现地质、测量、采矿专业技术业务协作开展、技术成果协同共享、技术流程规范管理。
基于协同作业方式进行地测业务功能定制优化开发。在数字采矿软件升级和技术协同平台[19-20]搭建后,为提高数字采矿软件应用的便捷性和业务覆盖度,结合当前使用的CAD地测系统业务功能与DIMINE软件中的地质、测量相关功能,进行优化开发,以满足地测技术人员使用需求。
原CAD地测系统仅利用平面算量进行测量,通过DIMINE软件实现了三维算量测量功能,主要进行测量验收和对测量数据的维护和管理。
铲装线是后期进行采出量核实的依据,需进行维护管理。收集的铲装线基本信息,需实现加载并上传到服务器;同时根据当前年份、台阶、图号、月份,从数据库将铲装线加载到当前图纸中。
支持爆破后裂线绘制,根据年份、台阶、图号等条件,将爆破后裂线高程和标注保存至后台数据库,已保存的数据可根据相关条件加载到当前图纸中。爆破后裂线可根据实测炮孔数据自动生成,通过设置台阶的高度和矿石的体重,支持根据不同月份的爆破后裂线来计算区域内的矿量和品位。
根据年份、台阶、图号等条件,将验收范围线高程和标注保存至后台数据库,已保存的数据可根据相关条件加载到当前图纸中。
设置网格大小、距离反比参数、选择范围和高程数据,对范围平均高程进行计算。框选一个区域,确定中心点坐标,生成图形中心坐标十字线。可单独封闭范围,可随时定义中心坐标。
根据年份、月份、台阶、图号等条件,将地形图保存至后台数据库,已保存的数据可根据相关条件加载到当前视图中。
通过DIMINE软件实现勘探数据的维护和管理。加载勘探数据,按台阶将框选范围内勘探数据加载到视图中。通过自定义进行台阶标高设置,可按框选范围线计算台阶组合品位,并导出表格。
原CAD地测系统通过图层对数据进行存储,DIMINE软件通过要素进行管理,实现对测量炮孔,组合样炮孔,地形线,组合样,矿体线的数据管理和算量。
根据年份、台阶、图号等条件,将岩性线和标注保存至后台数据库,根据相关条件将已保存的数据加载到当前视图中。
能够对爆堆岩粉样进行组合样圈定,在组合样范围线中心创建一个虚拟的组合样,在其上可录入组合样品编号及组合样化验品位数据;组合样范围线可记录基本信息,并保存至数据库中。支持对数据修改、覆盖与删除,同步数据库。在任意圈定区域内,可根据爆堆组合样的试验结果进行计算(各组合样所占面积进行加权平均),得出圈定区域内的品位信息。
根据实验室提供的氧化铜品位,系统会自动计算氧化率(氧化率=氧化铜/铜×100)并保存到炮孔数据库中。根据圈定的范围线,依据岩粉样加权平均计算矿岩量。
原CAD地测系统通过图纸进行信息显示,DIMINE软件通过数字化数据管理矿点信息。具体优化:1)矿点预报信息上传。提供信息输入界面,输入矿点相关信息,并将数据上传到服务器数据库中,包含文档上传、下载。2)取样分布图。按照年份、月份、台阶范围查询矿点分布情况,并以文字描述形式绘制在当前图纸内。3)矿点样数据的利用开发。根据矿点样的数据能够生成磨矿时间等值线图,并能将数据赋值到块段属性中参与配矿。
分析解算铲装设备的高精度定位点云数据,系统进行点云数据分析、过滤、最大外包等计算,自动输出采场现状模型及修整台阶线,对采场地表及爆堆模型动态更新。最大外包是指设备进行挖掘和装载作业时能够挖掘到的最远水平距离。DIMINE软件实现了自动更新和三维显示的功能,优化了原CAD地测系统只能手动更新的缺陷。
每隔一段时间采集卡调系统中电铲的定位数据,然后根据电铲定位坐标、方位角、铲斗距驾驶室的距离,换算铲斗的点云数据,由于出矿位置的点比较规律、密集,故根据点的密集程度判定是否无效,点少且没有闭合规律的则为无效点。流程见图1
开发定时动态更新爆堆形态模型功能。基于铲装设备高精度定位数据换算铲斗的点云,系统进行点云数据分析、过滤、最大外包等计算,形成当前铲装区域爆堆的坡底台阶线;台阶线与爆堆模型进行布尔运算,得出剩余爆堆实体及范围。爆堆更新流程见图2
利用采空区域点云数据及采空范围与原始现状地表模型进行运算,通过电铲轨迹范围线对台阶线进行布尔运算,实时调整地表形态以反映采场的最新变化,生成新的采场三维地表模型,达到更新的效果。地表模型更新过程见图3
原CAD地测系统主要通过平面炮孔进行品位计算,DIMINE软件主要通过离散化的块段模型控制品位信息。德兴铜矿不同阶段矿山开采的品位模型分为地质勘探资源模型、台阶预测品位模型、品位控制模型。利用地质统计学技术将品位模型建立并保存到数据库中,开发数据统计分析及模型更新功能,保证各阶段品位模型统一并处于持续更新中,可调用不同时间和阶段的品位模型,满足矿山地质、采矿应用。建立由地质勘探资源模型、台阶预测品位模型、品位控制模型构成的品位控制体系。
该模型根据历史钻探钻孔的分析数据建立并可及时更新,其估算精度相对较低,主要用于矿山全寿期开采规划及采矿境界设计,不宜用于近中期排产计划及指导台阶或爆区开采设计。
利用已开采的上部台阶爆破孔岩粉样试验数据,以及下部台阶的历史勘探与加密钻孔数据资料,开展下部待开采台阶的模型建设,模型数据准确性更高,能为台阶区块划分及爆破技术优化创造较好条件,可用于矿山中短期计划编制。
品位控制模型根据一个区块内爆破孔的岩粉样试验数据建立,矿体分布模型精确,主要用于爆破设计、铲装设计、配矿设计等,直接服务于采矿生产。
在DIMINE软件系统基础上进行定制开发,实现了德兴铜矿现有地测平台功能与数据的全面覆盖,保证了历史成果,满足了地测业务相关工作要求。
地测业务系统的功能模块见表1
该功能用于铲装线的维护和管理,铲装线可在属性栏选择或输入采区、年份、月份、台阶,以及图号等信息,并上传到数据库;同时能够根据采区、年份、月份、台阶,以及图号等查询条件从数据库查询并下载铲装线到三维视图中。在输入界面中,采区、年份、月份、台阶和图号为输入/选择;在查询界面中,在可设置采区、年份、月份、台阶和图号等搜索条件进行查询,最终将铲装线数据保存到数据库中作为输出。UI交互界面操作见图4~图5
该功能用于查找用户选择范围内的指定高度的勘探数据,并显示在三维视图窗口。选择方式包括框选、绘制范围线和基于已有范围线3种。标高包含“从”和“至”2个参数。UI交互界面操作见图6。点击功能按钮,弹出动态参数栏,设置参数;按选择方式在三维视图中进行相应的操作,点右键,输出结果。
爆堆组合样管理功能实现对爆堆岩粉样进行组合样圈定。在属性输入界面中,年份、月份、台阶、采区、组合样编号为输入/选择,样品原号为下拉框,数据来自于lims系统,当选择一个样品原号后,铜、金、银、钼、硫、砷、锑、铋、氧化铜、氧化率等品位信息可自动查询填充,最终将爆堆组合样数据保存到数据库作为输出。UI交互界面操作见图7~图8
矿点样信息录入功能用于矿点样信息的维护。在输入界面中,采区、年份、月份、台阶和样品原号为输入/选择,最终将矿点样数据保存到数据库中作为输出。UI交互界面操作见图9
地表运算更新功能利用铲车一段时间内的定位数据来更新现状地表,其输入模式与剩余爆堆实体更新相同。铲车定位数据查询界面和剩余爆堆实体更新功能界面相同,地表模型更新和台阶线更新功能界面相同。加载铲车定位数据到三维视图;利用台阶线更新功能,完成地表更新。
地质勘探资源模型是根据勘探钻孔数据建立的品位分布模型,主要用于矿山全寿命周期开采规划及采矿境界设计使用。UI交互界面见图10
输入模式包括:1)约束设置。设置单元块尺寸和估值约束条件。2)边界尺寸。从块段模型中读取。3)内部尺寸。从块段模型中读取。4)变量。通过下拉选取需要估值的元素,估值结果需要写进块段模型。5)距离幂估值参数。设置距离幂估值法需要的参数。6)幂次。距离幂次反比法估值的幂次设置。7)估值样品最小值。参与估值的最小样品数。8)估值样品最大值。参与估值的最大样品数。9)参与估值的最小最大样品数。10)椭球体参数。包括搜索半径和搜索角度。最终将模型更新结果保存到块段模型中作为输出,品位控制体系模型处理过程如下:1)选择块段模型,设置估值约束。2)选择勘探钻孔样品数据,下拉选择需要估值的元素。3)设置估值参数,开始估值。
在DIMINE软件系统基础上进行定制开发,实现了测量业务功能、勘探业务功能、地质业务功能、矿点预报功能、采场现状动态更新、品位控制体系模型构建等模块的地测业务系统分析、研究及优化,突破了原基于CAD地测系统的限制,实现了数据融合及德兴铜矿地测平台功能与数据的全面移植,满足了地测业务相关工作要求。
