The accuracy of hydraulic conductivity holds great significance for the subsequnce research and exploitation of the in-situ leaching sandstone-type uranium deposit. Taking the in-situ leaching technology of sandstone-type uranium deposit as the research object, based on the current research status of hydrogeological well completion technology and hydraulic conductivity calculation methods at home and abroad, this paper analyzes the influencing factors of hydrogeological well completion quality on hydraulic conductivity calculation. Through VB visual programming software, the loopholes of human error in calculation and curve drawing are made up, and the calculation of hydrogeological parameters of deposit is more concise, efficient and accurate.

The accuracy of hydraulic conductivity holds great significance for the subsequnce research and exploitation of the in-situ leaching sandstone-type uranium deposit. Taking the in-situ leaching technology of sandstone-type uranium deposit as the research object, based on the current research status of hydrogeological well completion technology and hydraulic conductivity calculation methods at home and abroad, this paper analyzes the influencing factors of hydrogeological well completion quality on hydraulic conductivity calculation. Through VB visual programming software, the loopholes of human error in calculation and curve drawing are made up, and the calculation of hydrogeological parameters of deposit is more concise, efficient and accurate.

随着“双碳”目标的推进,对核能发电的需求量大幅上升,对铀资源保障的要求更高[1]。目前,中国具备经济可采价值的铀资源主要为地浸砂岩型铀资源,渗透系数是判定矿床经济可采价值的重要因素之一[2],提高渗透系数的准确性对砂岩型铀矿床研究和开发具有深远意义。
渗透系数主要通过施工水文地质井,并进行水文地质试验的方法获得。根据井流公式,渗透系数的主要影响因素有出水量、含水层厚度、水位降深等,其中出水量和含水层厚度为天然因素,但其极易受成井质量的影响[3-5]。因此,优化水文地质井成井工艺,提高成井质量和克服人为因素干扰,提高计算准确性,是目前中国地浸采铀研究的一项重要工作[6-9]
水文地质井成井质量对利用水文地质试验确定矿床渗透系数的准确性起主导作用。逆向注浆技术、开窗式切割技术在地浸采铀钻井中的研发和应用,推动了中国地浸采铀技术的进步,提高了成井质量[10-11]。但是,影响水文地质井成井质量的因素较多,笔者主要从井管安装、填砾、注浆、洗井等方面进行阐述。
井管的完整性、过滤器的孔隙率和位置是影响水文地质井成井质量的重要因素[12],其中过滤器的孔隙率直接影响水文地质井出水量的大小。
某铀矿床1#水文地质井,采用交织式缠丝包网(20目尼龙网)过滤器。下管时泥浆置换不彻底,孔内浆液黏度较大、悬浮颗粒较多、底部沉砂逐渐增高,使井管下放受阻,采用井管侧方下放填砾管并注入稀泥浆循环的方法解决。洗井时,缠丝底部的尼龙网过密,使得过滤器周围和地层中的黏粉质在外部逐渐堆积、不易进入管内,多次洗井均未达到预期效果,出水量受到严重影响。
因此,井管安装前必须检查井管完整性、过滤器孔隙率、泥浆置换情况,井管间连接必须做好密封,下放井管过程严禁猛拉、猛放,以免损伤管体。
填砾的主要目的是增大过滤器及其周围有效孔隙率,减小地下水水流阻力,防止洗井时过滤器周围坍塌出现大量涌砂现象,进而增大出水量。
某铀矿床4#水文地质井,前期填砾时砾料下沉速度较慢;采用重新换浆并时刻观察孔口返浆现象的方法,发现当孔内泥浆密度在1.08 g/cm3左右时,填砾效果较好;但填砾20 min左右时再次出现“通水不通砾料”现象,通过重新切割喷出砾料的管口,又可顺利填砾。经分析,前期填砾效果不好的主要原因是孔内浆液密度大,导致泵入压差过小、水流速度过缓,砾料运行和下沉速度缓慢;后期填砾效果不好的主要原因是喷出砾料的管口切割不规范,导致管口包裹砾料并在里面堆积、不便于砾料流出。
因此,填砾前应彻底换浆,及时判断最佳填砾时机,采用边冲、边投、边提的方法,使砾料在过滤器周围有序排列,严禁粗砾和细砾混投。
注浆的主要目的是止水和固井,防止因相邻含水层之间发生水力联系而导致出水量偏大[13]。某铀矿床7#水文地质井,下放活塞时,未发现任何卡顿和受阻现象;提拉活塞时,在砾料和水泥分界面以上3.25 m处瞬间卡死,使用“深井录像系统”观看发现此处井管破损严重。经分析可知,注浆时,使用高泵压且未及时提拔注浆管可导致井管发生局部挤压变形(图1);洗井时,使用高档位提拉活塞使其通过变形处时瞬间拉裂(图2)。因此,注浆时应严控浆液浓度、注浆起始位置和速度、注浆管提拔情况,避免发生质量问题[14-15]
洗井的主要目的是彻底清除孔内泥浆,破坏井壁泥皮,排出渗入含矿含水层中的细分散颗粒[16-17]。根据地层结构和井管材料,一般选用单活塞、双活塞、送水活塞进行洗井,常用活塞和空压机联合方式进行洗井。送水活塞能及时排出进入管内的黏粉质,洗井效果好。空压机洗井,前期作用主要为通过震荡使砾料重新排列并进一步破坏泥皮;后期作用主要为通过大流量排水使管内外的水头差增大,同时加快流速进而排出渗入含水层的细分散颗粒[18-19]
某铀矿床8#水文地质井,洗井时出现大量涌砂且出水量逐渐减小。其主要原因是在采用空压机洗井时风管的出风口长期置于过滤器附近,破坏了过滤器周围的岩层且岩层局部坍塌;其次为填砾的初始位置位于过滤器顶界面以上,导致底部浓泥浆置换不彻底和砾料充填不密实。因此,洗井时应注意活塞大小、活塞提放速率、空压机风管下放位置等事项。
渗透系数计算的准确性与水文地质试验方法和公式选取及参数取值密切相关,且均是人为可控的因素。目前,运用计算机进行渗透系数计算的软件主要有AquiferTest,其为英文版,对计算者的英语水平要求较高。通过VB可视化编程软件与渗透系数计算理论充分结合,可有效提高参数计算的实用性和准确性[20]
砂岩型铀矿床中常见的水文地质试验为单孔(完整井)稳定流抽水试验、多孔(完整井)非稳定流抽水试验、单孔(非完整井)稳定流抽水试验、多孔(非完整井)稳定流抽水试验。
依据承压含水层单孔稳定流的裘布依公式[21]63,使用迭代法计算渗透系数。

运用VB可视化编程软件进行界面设计(图3),定义变量并为相应变量赋值,用Do Loop循环语句实现迭代计算。部分核心程序如下:

塔木素铀矿床某水文地质井,含矿含水层厚度为42.40 m,井半径为82.5 mm。以定流量369.44 m3/d进行单孔稳定流抽水试验,对应稳定降深为15.27 m。采用VB可视化编程软件计算的渗透系数为0.663 8 m/d,消除了手工迭代计算时有效值取舍不当和人为失误引起的误差。
承压含水层完整井采用多孔非稳定流抽水试验的渗透系数计算方法,主要有半对数图解法和配线法。
1)半对数图解法
当≤0.01时,依据承压含水层多孔非稳定流(定流量)的雅格布公式[21]95,对其作相应转化,便可计算渗透系数。

运用VB程序从5个方面编程:1)PictureBox、Image等设计程序界面(图4);2)赋值语句和line命令设计半对数坐标;3)Open和Input读出数据并赋予动态数组,Split (C, D)函数和Pset投点绘制试验曲线;4)MouseDown命令读值,line命令画线和删线;5)Command命令计算渗透系数。部分核心程序如下:

依据承压含水层多孔非稳定流(定流量)的泰斯公式[21]90和标准曲线,绘制试验曲线,通过配线任选一匹配点读取相应的数值,代入转换后的公式便可计算渗透系数。

运用VB程序从5个方面编程[22]:1)PictureBox、Image等设计程序界面(图5);2)赋值语句和line命令设计双对数坐标并绘制标准曲线;3)Open和Input读出数据并赋予动态数组,Split (C, D)函数和Pset投点绘制试验曲线;4)Move命令实现两曲线的重合(配线前为图6,配线后为图7);5)MouseDown命令读取配合点,Command命令计算渗透系数。部分核心程序如下:

塔木素铀矿床某组水文地质井,含矿含水层厚度为42.40 m,观测孔与抽水孔间距为28 m。抽水孔以定流量369.44 m3/d进行抽水时,观测孔降深(h)与时间(t)的对应关系见表1。采用VB可视化编程软件对数图解法和配线法计算的渗透系数分别为1.46 m/d(图4)、1.38 m/d(图5),消除了手工计算、曲线绘制及配线、对数坐标读值等易引起误差的人为因素。
承压含水层单孔(非完整井)稳定流抽水试验的计算依据和VB程序设计思路,与单孔(完整井)稳定流抽水试验相似,不再具体阐述。
纳岭沟铀矿床某水文地质井,含矿含水层厚度为39.40 m,井半径为122.5 mm。以定流量123.18 m3/d进行单孔稳定流抽水试验,对应稳定降深为15.87 m。采用VB可视化编程软件计算的渗透系数为0.46 m/d(图8),消除了在“系数A-а曲线图”读取A值及数据处理的人为误差。
承压含水层多孔(非完整井)稳定流抽水试验的计算方法和VB程序设计思路及代码编写,与单孔(完整井)稳定流抽水试验相似,不再具体阐述。
巴音青格利铀矿床某组水文地质井,含矿含水层厚度为48.55 m,观测孔与抽水孔间距为25 m。抽水孔以定流量233.76 m3/d进行抽水,对应的稳定降深分别为12.04、6.09 m。采用VB可视化编程软件计算的渗透系数约为1.37 m/d(图9),消除了数据处理的人为误差。
在查取K=$\frac{0.16Q\left[\mathrm{l}\mathrm{n}\frac{{r}_{1}}{{r}_{w}}+0.5({\xi }_{\mathrm{w}}-{\xi }_{1})\right]}{M({S}_{w}-{S}_{1})}$(图9)公式中补充水流阻力值(ξ1)时,r1的取值应是抽水孔与观测孔距离(图10)而不是观测孔半径[23],即巴音青格利铀矿床该组水文地质井ξ1通过查表[21]159正确取值应该为0.27,而不是9.90,否则将求得错误的渗透系数(0.74 m/d)。
水文地质井的成井质量是提高水文地质试验可靠性的前提,是计算渗透系数准确性的重要保证。成井时应严控各环节的注意事项,避免涌砂、井管破裂、洗井不彻底等影响水文地质井出水量的问题发生。
采用VB可视化编程软件计算渗透系数,借助语言程序弥补了计算和曲线绘制时易引起人为误差的问题,有效地提高了数据的处理效率及实用性,使矿床渗透系数的计算更简洁、高效、准确。计算时应准确理解各参数的意义和取值,确保渗透系数计算的准确性。
