The fine management model was introduced in a “CO2 + O2” in-situ leaching uranium mine in Inner Mongolia, and the processes of adsorption, leaching, acidification and precipitation which affect the quality of production were carefully managed. The preparation of eluent was optimized from “settling mother liquor + sodium bicarbonate + hydrochloric acid + sodium chloride” to“settling mother liquor + sodium bicarbonite + water”, the pH of eluent was maintained at 9.5 ~ 10.0, and reducing the accumulation of chloride ion in the system. The peak mass concentration of uranium in the eluate was increased and maintained at 80~130 g/L. The amount of hydrochloric acid added in the acidification process is automatically controlled, the pH is accurately controlled in 4.5~4.6, and the ratio of carbon to uranium in the qualified liquid is further reduced. Adjust the flow rate of leachate to keep the average mass concentration of uranium in 30~70 g/L, to reduce the influence of mass concentration of uranium on product quality. Control slurry precipitation time, to improve slurry pressure filtration effect. After the optimization of production parameters, the moisture content of the product decreased by 8.50%, the uranium content increased by 2.88%, and the product quality was improved as a whole.

在内蒙古某“CO2+O2”地浸铀矿山引入精细化管理模式,对影响产品质量的吸附、淋洗、酸化沉淀等工序进行精细管理。淋洗剂配制由“沉降母液+碳酸氢钠+盐酸+氯化钠”优化为“沉降母液+碳酸氢钠+清水”,维持淋洗剂pH为9.5~10.0,降低了系统氯离子积累;提升淋洗合格液中铀质量峰值浓度,并将其维持在80~130 g/L;自动控制酸化过程的盐酸添加量,精准控制pH在4.5~4.6,进一步降低合格液中的碳铀比;调整淋洗合格液的流量,保持淋洗合格液平均铀质量浓度为30~70 g/L,降低合格液铀质量浓度对产品质量的影响;控制浆体沉淀时间,提升浆体压滤效果。优化生产参数后,产品水分降低了8.50%,铀含量提升了2.88%,产品质量整体提升。

The fine management model was introduced in a “CO2 + O2” in-situ leaching uranium mine in Inner Mongolia, and the processes of adsorption, leaching, acidification and precipitation which affect the quality of production were carefully managed. The preparation of eluent was optimized from “settling mother liquor + sodium bicarbonate + hydrochloric acid + sodium chloride” to“settling mother liquor + sodium bicarbonite + water”, the pH of eluent was maintained at 9.5 ~ 10.0, and reducing the accumulation of chloride ion in the system. The peak mass concentration of uranium in the eluate was increased and maintained at 80~130 g/L. The amount of hydrochloric acid added in the acidification process is automatically controlled, the pH is accurately controlled in 4.5~4.6, and the ratio of carbon to uranium in the qualified liquid is further reduced. Adjust the flow rate of leachate to keep the average mass concentration of uranium in 30~70 g/L, to reduce the influence of mass concentration of uranium on product quality. Control slurry precipitation time, to improve slurry pressure filtration effect. After the optimization of production parameters, the moisture content of the product decreased by 8.50%, the uranium content increased by 2.88%, and the product quality was improved as a whole.

精细化是一种生产管理方式,更是一种生产管理意识[1]。随着生产集约化、规模化的发展,以及生产工艺的优化,对生产管理的要求相应提高。现场管理人员的管理水平须与管理要求相匹配,精细化管理方式可为其提供更加科学的管理办法。以内蒙古某“CO2+O2”地浸铀矿山为例,通过引入精细化管理模式,进一步提升产品质量。
内蒙古某“CO2+O2”地浸铀矿山浸出液处理工艺流程的主要工序:浸出液→集液→过滤→吸附→饱和树脂倒运→淋洗→合格淋洗液酸化沉淀→沉降→压滤→“111”产品[2],其中吸附工序为两塔串联,淋洗工序采用两塔串联顺流带压淋洗。通过工艺优化,将集液池改为集液罐,取消配液池、合格液池和贫液池,增加树脂倒运工序,使用尾液缓冲罐储存尾液转型剂,树脂清洗后通过清洗罐进行储存、转运,提高了工艺管控过程的可量化性和精准性。浸出液处理工艺流程见图1
该地浸铀矿山生产的“111”产品质量要求达到一级品标准[3],产品指标见表1。影响产品质量的因素较多,产品中占比最大的为铀含量,水分及硫酸根含量次之。根据现场实际,产品中硫酸根含量低于1%,据此对产品主要成分占比重新进行统计,其铀含量占比69%、水分占比28%,其他杂项离子占比3%。
该地浸铀矿山生产产品的各项参数指标均在一级品指标范围内,但不同批次产品的铀含量、水分波动相对较大(表2)。可以看出,产品铀含量平均为65.31%,水分平均为28.81%;铀含量极差为2.62%,水分极差为2.66%,产品质量提升空间较大。
精细化管理能让管理人员找准问题,消除或降低相关因素对产品质量的影响。公司引入精细化管理,对重要生产工序严格把控,对可能给产品质量产生影响的因素采用鱼骨图、5Y2W2工具进行精细化分析,得出需关注的4大因素,分别为淋洗合格液组分、酸化沉淀工艺参数、浆体沉降条件和板框压滤条件。
合格液中铀质量浓度越高,单位体积内反应物越多,沉淀越快。合格液中铀质量浓度与产品水分变化趋势见图2。可以看出,合格液中铀质量浓度对产品水分的影响主要分为3个阶段:1)1—7月。合格液中铀质量浓度对产品水分的影响较大,合格液铀质量浓度越高,产品水分越低;合格液铀质量浓度越低,产品水分越高。2)8—11月。淋洗—沉淀系统中Cl-的不断积累,导致产品中Cl-含量相对较高[4]。淋洗合格液中除铀质量浓度的影响外,NaCl等强电解质含量也成为主要的影响因素。3)11—12月。淋洗系统、合格液酸化调整完毕,恢复对淋洗剂的稀释,合格液中铀质量浓度上升,产品水分下降。
合格液中铀质量浓度降低,ρ(Cl-)上升,影响浆体沉降,导致产品水分上升,合格液中NaCl与产品水分关系见图3。可以看出,在标记区间,合格液中ρ(NaCl)呈先下降、后缓慢上升的趋势,与产品水分变化趋势基本一致。这主要是由于将回用母液稀释后配制淋洗剂[5],使得前期淋洗合格液中ρ(NaCl)由68 g/L降至54 g/L;截至10月,淋洗—沉淀系统中Cl-继续积累,淋洗合格液中ρ(NaCl)恢复上升趋势,均值约为79.2 g/L,产品水分也呈上升趋势;11月,使用清水稀释母液后,淋洗合格液中ρ(NaCl)呈下降趋势,均值为33.94 g/L,产品水分也随之下降。
在合格液中先加入HCl进行酸化并去除合格液中的碳酸盐,当合格液酸化pH为4.5~4.8时,碳铀比(碳酸盐和铀的物质的量之比)达到0.1[6],合格液中的碳酸盐已基本去除,产品质量较稳定。现场合格液酸化pH控制在4.5~4.8,符合工艺要求。该因素并非影响产品质量的主要因素。
在酸化合格液中加入NaOH,与铀酰离子(U O 2 2 +)进行沉淀,生成重铀酸钠(Na2U2O7)[7]。当酸化合格液pH为12.5~13.0时,酸化合格液沉淀效果相对较好,产品质量较稳定。现场酸化合格液沉淀pH始终保持在12.5~13.0,均值为12.78,满足沉淀工艺指标。该因素并非影响产品质量的主要因素。
环境温度越高,浆体沉降效果越好,压滤产品水分越低[8]。与冬季(环境温度10~15 ℃)相比,在夏季(环境温度20~25 ℃)产品水分可下降约1.0%~1.5%。但当平均温度>15 ℃时,温度对浆体沉降和产品水分的影响程度有限,并不能使产品水分呈明显下降趋势。环境温度并非影响产品质量的主要因素。
沉淀浆体泵入沉降槽,进行老化沉淀。当老化沉淀时间≥24 h时,浆体具备压滤条件;当老化沉淀时间≥36 h时,浆体沉淀相对密实,效果更佳。现场进行30次浆体压滤试验,根据浆体沉降状况,其中第24~26次压滤时,浆体沉降时间略大于24 h;其余次压滤时,浆体沉降时间≥36 h。浆体压滤后产品水分、铀含量变化见图4。可以看出,与浆体沉降时间≥36 h相比,当浆体沉淀时间略大于24 h时,压滤得到产品的水分含量上升,铀含量下降,产品质量受到影响。浆体沉降时间为影响产品质量的主要因素。
在板框压滤过程中,油缸压紧后压力为16 MPa,压滤机进料压力为0.6 MPa,压滤结束后进气压风时间≥12 h。压风结束后,沥干板框内少量存水(沥水时间≥5 h),然后进行卸料。以上参数主要为板框设备及空气压缩控制参数,为最佳运行参数,对产品质量产生积极影响。
现场原淋洗系统采用A、B线,根据树脂饱和情况调整淋洗运行情况,可同时淋洗,也可单独淋洗。淋洗方式为上进液两塔串联顺流带压淋洗,单塔淋洗合格液体积平均为90 m3,铀质量浓度峰值平均为85 g/L;淋洗合格液储存在4台合格液储罐内,储罐间串联。根据淋洗曲线可知,淋洗峰值出现在淋洗合格液体积为20~60 m3范围内,出现在体积为40 m3时的占比为44.44%;峰值范围以外淋洗液铀质量浓度平均为20 g/L,其体积占比达55.56%。从5台饱和树脂淋洗情况的统计结果(图5)可看出,淋洗曲线符合淋洗规律,淋洗效果良好。
基于对淋洗规律的认识[9],在淋洗过程中使用精细化管控:1)分阶段调节淋洗流速。淋洗初期控制流速为5~7 m3/h,淋洗峰值期控制流速为8~12 m3/h,淋洗后期控制流速为7~9 m3/h;淋洗后使合格液充分混合。2)A、B线同时淋洗。两条线同时淋洗,将A线淋洗峰值合格液与B线淋洗非峰值合格液同时进入同一台合格液储罐,并及时进行酸化处理。3)串通淋洗合格液储罐。在淋洗完成后将4台储罐串通阀门开启,进行混合均匀。
淋洗过程精细化管控见图6,1~23次为精细化管控前酸化合格液ρ(U)变化规律,高浓度、低浓度均比较突出;9~44次为精细化管控后酸化合格液ρ(U)变化规律,ρ(U)整体控制在30~70 g/L,控制效果明显。
系统中氯离子最终会在沉淀母液中聚集,可通过沉淀母液回用过程中ρ(Cl-)的变化情况反映系统中氯离子累积情况(图7)。可以看出,沉淀母液共回用31次,在第1~13次沉淀母液回用中,ρ(Cl-)的变化幅度保持在3~5 g/L内;从第13次以后,母液中ρ(Cl-)累积速度提升。说明随着系统运转时间增加,ρ(Cl-)会在系统中累积且累积量呈快速上升趋势。
根据物料守恒规律,进、出系统的氯离子量保持平衡。引入系统的Cl-包括淋洗剂配制添加氯化钠和调节pH时添加盐酸[10],合格液酸化添加盐酸,以及浸出液中的Cl-;离开系统的Cl-包括转型外排Cl-,产品中Cl-,以及外排母液中Cl-
影响ρ(Cl-)增加的主要工序为淋洗剂配制和合格液酸化,针对这2道工序进行精细化管理。管理措施:1)调整淋洗剂配制方式。当系统运行13 d左右,沉淀母液中ρ(Cl-)达到80 g/L时,停止添加氯化钠和盐酸,采用加碳酸氢钠将沉淀母液中的余碱(氢氧化钠)反应消除[11];继续添加过量碳酸氢钠直到淋洗剂中ρ(HC O 3 -)达到16~20 g/L、pH至10.0左右。2)分析沉淀母液中ρ(Cl-)。当ρ(Cl-)超过100 g/L时,添加清水进行稀释,保证沉淀母液中ρ(Cl-)在80~100 g/L,符合工艺参数要求。3)检测酸化沉淀后浆体中的相关离子含量。静置5~6 h,使浆体分层,采用防腐蚀离心泵抽取上清液,并向抽取上清液完成的沉淀搅拌罐加入同体积清水进行缓慢搅拌混合[12],降低氯离子、二氧化硅、硫酸根及其他杂质离子含量。
通过以上措施,降低系统中ρ(Cl-),最终使回用沉淀母液中ρ(Cl-)从120~130 g/L降至80~100 g/L(图8)。
合格液酸化过程中需添加盐酸,在实际过程中尽管酸化pH控制在4.5~4.8之间,符合工艺要求;但添加完盐酸、关闭盐酸泵后,因变频盐酸泵的频率会缓慢降至0 Hz,关泵后管线中的盐酸也会进入酸化罐;且操作人员沟通存在时间差,使得pH控制存在一定延迟。
精细化管控措施:1)利用对讲机沟通,降低通话延迟时间;2)接入自控系统[13],使用自控开关添加盐酸,降低操作延迟;3)自控设置pH为4.6,最终生产实际pH控制在4.5~4.6。
当前生产中浆体沉淀时间控制在24~36 h,通过试验确定沉降36 h以上的产品质量最佳[14]
精细化管控措施:现场使用4台浆体沉淀分离罐进行浆体沉降,第1天使用1、2号沉淀分离罐进行压滤,压滤完成后将酸化合格液提前转运至1、2号分离罐;第2天使用3、4号沉淀分离罐进行压滤,压滤完成后将酸化合格液转运至3、4号分离罐。如此循环使用[15],使得压滤浆体沉降时间达到36 h以上。
实施以上精细化管理措施后,对产品铀含量、水分进行统计(表3),产品铀含量为66.32%~68.53%,水分为25.66%~27.36%。与实施精细化管理措施前相比,产品铀含量提升了2.88%,水分降低了8.5%,产品铀含量极差从2.62%降低至2.30%,水分极差从2.66%下降至1.70%,产品质量整体提升,产品质量稳定性更佳(表4)。
通过引入精细化管理,产品铀含量提升了2.88%,水分降低了8.50%,产品质量提升效果明显。在确保生产产品合格的同时,将精细化管理模式融入现场生产管理中,提升了管理人员技术水平,为矿区发展奠定了坚实基础。参考文献:
