With the continuous development of network technology, wireless communication technology has been widely applied and has attracted the high attention from uranium mines. The current development status of various mainstream wireless communication technologies was analyzed, the integrated performance comparison of several commonly used short-range wireless communication technologies was conducted, the current situation of uranium mine network construction was elaborated. Based on the distribution characteristics and network application requirements of uranium mining industrial facilities in China, three wireless technologies, Wi-Fi, GPRS, and ZigBee, were selected for on-site application research. The network transmission of automatic control in mobile control rooms, remote monitoring of well washing vehicles, leakage alarms of wellhead devices, and equipment inspection signals were achieved.

随着网络技术不断发展,无线通信技术得到广泛应用,并受到铀矿山企业的高度关注。对多种主流无线通信技术的发展现状进行了分析,对常用的几种短距离无线通信技术进行了综合性能比较,阐述了现阶段铀矿网络建设情况;结合中国铀矿山工业设施分布特点及网络需求,选取Wi-Fi、GPRS、ZigBee无线技术在现场开展应用研究,实现了移动集控室自动控制、洗井车远程监控、井口装置泄漏报警、设备巡检信号的网络传输。

With the continuous development of network technology, wireless communication technology has been widely applied and has attracted the high attention from uranium mines. The current development status of various mainstream wireless communication technologies was analyzed, the integrated performance comparison of several commonly used short-range wireless communication technologies was conducted, the current situation of uranium mine network construction was elaborated. Based on the distribution characteristics and network application requirements of uranium mining industrial facilities in China, three wireless technologies, Wi-Fi, GPRS, and ZigBee, were selected for on-site application research. The network transmission of automatic control in mobile control rooms, remote monitoring of well washing vehicles, leakage alarms of wellhead devices, and equipment inspection signals were achieved.

无线通信是利用电磁波信号在自由空间中的传播特性,实现信息交换的一种通信方式[1]。无线通信技术具有使用便捷、扩展性好、成本低等特点,因此在工业领域应用广泛[2-4]。随着中国铀矿山自动控制水平的不断提升,对监控需求提出了更高的要求,有些监控受施工难度大、成本高、位置不断移动等现场条件限制,利用有线通信造价太高。而无线通信造价低、基础设施投入少、可移动性强,可为自控系统的应用及后期扩展提供网络支撑[5-7]。因此,研究无线通信技术在中国铀矿山的应用具有现实意义。
无线通信技术多种多样,通信范围从几米到几千米不等,通信速率也不同。常用的远距离无线通信技术有蜂窝移动通信、数传电台通信和卫星通信等[8]
蜂窝通信协议主要包括2G/3G/4G/5G,是使用最广泛的无线通信技术。SMS短信业务可通过手机等设备发送文本信息;与SMS相比,MMS彩信支持多媒体功能,如语音、因特网浏览、电子邮件、图片视频等多媒体信息传送[9]。基于GSM通信系统的GPRS是介于2G和3G间的无线分组交换技术,通常称为2.5G[10],GPRS具有实时、高速率、按量计费等特点,可与因特网互连。CDMA是基于多址技术和码分技术的、以扩频为原理的无线通信系统,信号抗干扰能力强、可支持多用户同时收发信息。目前主流蜂窝技术为4G和5G,5G是目前最新技术,上传峰值理论速率可达20 Gbps(合2.5 GB/s),比4G速度快10倍以上。
数传电台通信是采用数字调制解调、数字信号处理的一种无线传输电台,具有均衡软判决、前向纠错等功能[11]。该技术的实时性、稳定性、兼容性强,投资少,覆盖面积广,传输距离远,信号已从代码、低速数据发展到高速数据,可传输遥控遥测数据、动态图像等数据。通过与大数据分析、物联网等前沿技术融合,数传电台通信在环境监测、工控等领域的应用将更加深入广泛。
卫星通信是地球上无线通信基站间利用人造卫星为中介而进行的通信,是对地面微波通信技术的继承和发展,具有通信范围大、可靠性高、运行成本低等特点。该技术被广泛应用于军事、国际通信等领域,在日常移动通信、广播电视等方面也应用较多。近年,卫星通信正向高通量、低轨化、小型化方向发展。
目前,流行的无线通信技术主要有ZigBee、Bluetooth、Wi-Fi、UWB、NFC,其中ZigBee和Wi-Fi最具竞争力,应用广泛。
ZigBee源于蜜蜂群的通信方式,是一种短距离、低速率、低功耗、短延时的无线通信技术;目前主要应用于家庭和楼宇监控、工业自动化控制、智能标签、公共场所及农业领域信息检测与控制等领域,未来主要发展方向是与智能传感器的融合[12]
ZigBee,也称紫蜂,底层采用IEEE802.15.4标准规范,是速率、功耗较低的近距离双向无线组网技术,速率可达300 kbps;具有自组织特征,可嵌入各种设备,构建的无线传感器网络在自动控制和远程控制领域被广泛使用。
蓝牙(Bluetooth)是新式的无线传送协议,现阶段广泛应用于移动电话、计算机、打印机等设备之间的数据传输和灵活通信,能在百米范围内实现点对点或点对多点的数据和声音无线传输,在信息家电、汽车工业、无线办公环境、工厂自动化等领域应用较成熟[13]
蓝牙工作在2.4 GHz频段,使用IEEE802.11协议,速率可达几十Mbps,可将无线蓝牙信号接入各种工业现场总线及工业以太网。网络中蓝牙设备可分为主设备和从设备,主设备是主动发起连接要求的设备,当多个设备连接成1个皮网时,只有1个主设备;1个主设备最多可连接7个从设备维持活跃的通信连接并进行数据交换,同时可与200多个非激活从设备保持同步但不通信。根据TDMA原理及蓝牙设备平等性,网络中任一蓝牙设备既可作主设备又可作从设备,还可兼作主、从设备[14]
Wi-Fi是目前使用最广泛的一种无线局域网接入技术,具有速度快、免布线、易扩展、接入灵活等优点,目前在日常生活、工业、军事等领域被广泛应用。
Wi-Fi网络覆盖半径一般为100 m左右,是在覆盖范围内支持互联网接入的短程无线传输技术,通过Wi-Fi可将计算机、手机等终端以无线方式相互连接。Wi-Fi应用的射频模式主要有802.11a、802.11b、802.11g、802.11n、802.11ac和802.11ax。Wi-Fi 6采用MIMO-OFDM技术,传输速率最高可达9.6 Gbps,具有成本低、功耗低的特点[15]
UWB(Ultra Wideband)技术近年来得到了快速发展,因其高带宽、低功耗、高精度的特性,已在多个领域得到应用,包括无线音频、无线测距、智能交通等领域,也被广泛应用于安全监控、无线图传及物联网中的近距离通信。
UWB是一种通过冲击脉冲的陡峭上升和下降时间对数据进行直接调制的无载波通信技术[16]。该技术能够实现WLAN和WAPN无线互联,具有抗干扰能力强、传输速率高、发射功率小等优点,能在10 m左右实现百Mbit/s至数Gbit/s的传输速率。UWB无需载波,打破了过去任何一项传输技术的功耗和带宽成正比的定律。现阶段UWB主要应用于人员、设备的精准定位。
NFC(Near Field Communication)技术被广泛应用于各种场合,包括移动支付、门禁卡、智能标签、智能家居控制等,因其便捷性和高效性,还被用于公共交通、医疗健康、零售业等领域。
NFC是一种主要用于手持设备的短距离数据通信技术,允许电子设备间进行非接触式点对点数据传输[17]。该技术由非接触式射频识别(RFID)及互连互通技术整合衍生而来,在单一芯片上集成感应式读卡器、感应式卡片、点对点通信功能,NFC设备在彼此靠近时进行数据交换。
对5种常用无线通信技术的安全性、传输速率、通信距离、频段、优缺点以及应用领域进行了对比分析,结果见表1
针对铀矿山不同需求,根据通信范围和通信速率要求,采用不同无线技术方案,实现移动式模块化集控室自动控制、洗井车远程监控、井口装置泄露报警和设备巡检等无线通信技术应用。
铀矿资源分布不连续,井场生产面积大,多个采区及抽注单元之间相距较远,因此对应的集控室、洗井车等工业设施也呈现点多、移动等特点。
铀矿现有通信网络主要包括以有线网络构建的自动化控制网络、视频监控网及办公管理网,部分生活区域具有Wi-Fi无线覆盖网络,但生产区没有无线网络。
随着铀矿信息化建设需求,各种智能装备、先进技术需要应用于现场,如泄露监测装置、移动巡检、移动监控等,原有有线网络无法满足要求;因此迫切需要构建无线网络系统,提升铀矿信息化水平。
主要采用2种方式建立覆盖井场采区的无线网络:1)建立覆盖采区和厂区的无线网络,实现Wi-Fi全覆盖;2)在井场集控室自动化系统光纤有线以太网基础上增加无线网络,实现有线和无线网络的互通互联。
现场生产相关设备可通过4G/5G接入互联网,实现数据交换。GPRS支持分散数据采集,可在端到端分组转移模式下进行数据发送和接收,从而节省网络资源;支持TCP/IP协议,有较强的计算机网络兼容性,可实现数据的快速远传;支持个人业务如移动商务、移动办公、定位服务等,可实时向中心汇报自身位置。
根据ZigBee自组网、功耗低、成本低、保密性好、可扩展性强等技术优势,结合矿山具体需求实现现有电子设备间短距离无线数据传输和人员定位。
结合铀矿山工业设施分布特点,在移动式模块化集控室自动控制、洗井车远程监控、井口装置泄露报警和设备巡检等子系统,选取ZigBee/Wi-Fi与现有光纤网络结合,实现各子系统无线远程监测监控功能。
移动式模块化集控室自动控制主要完成集控室内抽注液过程流量、压力等数据的采集,抽注液流量的调节,以及相关执行机构的控制等功能,该自控系统由PLC控制系统和通信设备构成。通过Wi-Fi和原有有线光纤网络的互联互通,实现调度监控中心对移动式模块化集控室的远程监控。
该方案无需架线挖沟,线路开通速度快,可随时架设、随时增加链路,安装、扩展方便,故障排除快,线路恢复时间短。与传统有线网络相比,无线网络在一些特殊地理环境条件下更具有优越性,网络连接原理见图1
洗井车在各采区移动,采用Wi-Fi建立覆盖目标采区的无线网络,实现与原有集控室有线光纤网络的互联互通。洗井车移动到相应采区后,自动连接该采区无线网络,并通过该采区的自动化和视频监控有线网络与监控中心进行实时通信,实现洗井车的阀门、液位、压力、温度、酸度等信号的远程监控和视频监控。网络方案见图2
当抽注孔发生泄漏时,井口装置泄漏报警信号需自动传送到调度监控中心,以供及时处理,降低损失。由于每个采区有数十甚至数百口井,有线方式需要开挖大量沟槽进行线缆敷设,存在建设周期长、投资成本高等问题,而无线通信技术可弥补有线传输的不足。
在采区通过无线网络和原有集控室的有线网络对接,并在井口安装泄漏感应传感器把信号发送到就地无线基站,运用覆盖采区的无线网络将信号传到最近的集控室,最终通过集控室的有线光纤网络把信号传到调度监控中心。
设备巡检要求对设备的运行状态和巡检人员的巡检轨迹及巡检情况进行实时监控,并在生产管理系统进行自动统计、分析。针对上述要求,可采用电子标签,利用手持设备读取当前设备信息,或者直接使用设备现有条码或二维码准确识别当前所处位置和设备名称。建立基于GPRS或Wi-Fi网络的在线巡检管理系统,工作人员携带手持终端按预先计划进行巡检,手持端采集数据通过网络自动传输到系统管理平台。通过管理平台,系统将设备状态、运行参数、人员位置等信息自动汇总,从而避免了人为因素的影响,保证了采集数据的客观真实。管理部门可对汇总数据进行分析、统计,为设备管理和安全运行提供支持。
无线通信技术已广泛应用于企业办公、智能家居、智能制造等领域,但在中国铀矿山室外大范围的工业应用研究还处于起步阶段,对于网络的适应性、稳定性、安全性需开展进一步的现场试验和研究。中国地浸采区分散,为确保通信设备在室外运行的稳定性,在设计和实施中需要采取适宜的防雷措施。
