In order to reduce project construction and land acquisition costs, and shorten the project construction cycle, a in-situ leaching mine adopts a quasi-closed circulation system. Compared with traditional in-situ leaching uranium mines, the liquid distribution tank is cancelled and replaced with a liquid collection tank. As the main power source in the quasi-closed circulation system, the liquid distribution pump is prone to tank overflow when it runs unstable, resulting in imbalanced pumping volume in the circulation system and affecting the production progress of the mining area. By adopting measures such as automated real-time monitoring and optimizing the adjustment mode of the mixing pump, the operational stability of the mixing pump in the quasi-closed circulation system of in-situ uranium leaching has been effectively improved.

为降低项目建设和征地成本,缩短项目建设周期,某地浸铀矿山采用准闭路循环系统;与传统地浸采铀矿山相比,准闭路循环系统取消配液池,将集液池改为集液罐。配液泵作为准闭路循环系统的主要动力来源,当其运行不稳定时,易发生冒罐事件,导致循环系统抽注液量不平衡,影响矿区生产进度。通过采用自动化实时监测及优化配液泵调节方式等措施,有效提高了配液泵在地浸采铀准闭路循环系统中的运行稳定性。

In order to reduce project construction and land acquisition costs, and shorten the project construction cycle, a in-situ leaching mine adopts a quasi-closed circulation system. Compared with traditional in-situ leaching uranium mines, the liquid distribution tank is cancelled and replaced with a liquid collection tank. As the main power source in the quasi-closed circulation system, the liquid distribution pump is prone to tank overflow when it runs unstable, resulting in imbalanced pumping volume in the circulation system and affecting the production progress of the mining area. By adopting measures such as automated real-time monitoring and optimizing the adjustment mode of the mixing pump, the operational stability of the mixing pump in the quasi-closed circulation system of in-situ uranium leaching has been effectively improved.

地浸采铀工艺常被应用于砂岩型铀矿床,该工艺是把含有CO2和O2的浸出剂通过配液泵由注液井注入到含矿层中,使其随着水力梯度的作用向矿层渗流[1],进而氧化、溶解铀,再由抽液井中的潜水泵把含铀溶液提升至地表。地浸采铀具有投资少、工艺简单、生产成本低、投资见效快、资源利用率高和环境污染小等优点[2],在该工艺中注液量平稳是提升矿床浸采率和产量的重要保证。
以内蒙古某地浸矿山为研究对象,在抽、注液准闭路循环系统中,配液泵作为系统的主要动力来源,在备用吸附塔接入及配液泵轮换运行过程中存在运行不稳定的现象,对矿山生产浸出及安全环保有一定的影响。笔者通过对现场设备运行状态及工艺操作过程的检查和研究,采用多项优化方式,以提高配液泵的运行稳定性。
该矿山在开放式抽注液系统的基础上取消了配液池,将集液池改为集液罐。当浸出液通过浸出液处理厂房的离子交换系统后[3],直接由配液泵将吸附尾液增压注入含矿含水层,形成抽注液准闭路循环系统,其工艺流程见图1。一期项目同时投入2台配液泵来保证循环系统中的注液压力及注液量。
该地浸铀矿山配液泵房内共有5台LOWARA e1610系列卧式离心泵,均为单级双吸式离心泵。单级双吸式离心泵叶轮安装在泵壳内且紧固在泵轴上[4],电机直接带动泵轴,叶轮随着泵轴转动。液体从入口进入叶轮中心区域,高速旋转的叶轮在离心力作用下将液体甩出,在叶轮中心形成低压区[5];在大气压作用下,液体不断流向低压区,实现液体加压输送。配液泵参数见表1
该系列离心泵具有以下优点:1)采用卧式安装,安装方便,泵房空间利用率高;2)便于检维修,在检维修过程中不需拆除管路,只需吊出泵盖,维修效率高[6];3)采用卧式灌浆框架安装及紧凑型设计,可润滑轴承,进一步提高泵的稳定性。
相较于传统开放式地浸采铀抽注液系统,抽注液准闭路循环在减少配液池的情况下,缩短了项目建设周期,减少了项目征地及建筑费用,通过控制集液泵出口压力可保证准闭路循环系统的稳定性,降低配液泵的电能消耗。
原地浸采铀准闭路循环系统存在泵体出口流量和压力不稳定的情况[7],可能是由于在泵体处存在气体且无法排出,形成气体空腔所致。
配液泵气堵现象通常是由配液泵进口处气体溶解度降低,在内部被压缩产生气泡[8],气相与液相未融合无法同时输送导致的。
该地浸矿山配液泵处的气体主要源自离子交换塔上部、过滤器上部、抽注液主管管顶、管道变径和转弯处、半开的阀门处等[9]。该地浸矿山浸出液处理厂房的吸附塔采用双塔串联运行方式,各组吸附塔的吸附尾液汇流至注液主管,加入CO2后,经配液泵输送至注液井。在生产运行过程中,当进行备用吸附塔接入或配液泵轮换时,存在吸附原液过流受阻、吸附尾液供给不足的问题;这使得气泡随之增多,导致配液泵形成气堵,进而注液流量降低,配液泵出口压力下降,准闭路循环系统的稳定性被打破。配液泵气堵前后的进出口压力及流量变化情况见表2
当发生配液泵气堵时,泵出口压力由1.69~1.72 MPa降至1.30 MPa左右(图2),使采区瞬时注液流量下降了500 m3/h。这导致在抽注液闭路循环系统中,瞬时抽液量远大于瞬时注液量,进而造成以下影响:1)抽注液量不平衡,集液罐的水位快速上升,易超过安全运行水位(2.5~4.5 m)而形成冒罐,对罐外造成污染;2)在对发生气堵的配液泵进行排气处理期间,需要对抽液泵单井降频运行,由于涉及的井数较多,操作耗时较长,对矿区生产月度指标影响较大;3)气堵严重时形成的气塞,在准闭路循环体系内会产生水锤现象,进而对承载流动配液的管道、容器、泵体产生冲击力,易拉裂管道焊接处,损伤配液泵叶轮,导致转子变形、弯曲。
通过搭建配液泵变频器远程式自动化系统、泵体智能维护云平台方式对配液泵数据进行实时采集、分析,达到运行监测、故障预测及健康管理等目的。优化集配液泵调节方式,保证配液泵进口压力不低于0.2 MPa,从而提高配液泵的运行稳定性。
该地浸矿山共配备5台配液泵(2用3备),采用周期性轮换运行[10],实施预防性保养,每周期为15 d。通过控制单台配液泵运行时长,减少配液泵的运行疲劳,避免在长期使用过程中,由于磨损、腐蚀、污损、老化等原因,出现过水量不足,气团进入泵体引起气堵等情况;也可减少水泵运行磨损及配液泵汽蚀问题的发生;有利于恢复配液泵零部件性能,避免备用泵长期不运行发生设备老化问题。
对停息期的配液泵进行检查保养:1)检查配液泵管路及结合处、螺塞、皮垫等部位松动情况;2)检查叶轮间有无杂物及其磨损情况;3)检查电缆线路老化情况,对水泵轴承进行黄油润滑处理。
配液泵进口端吸附尾液流量供给不足问题,主要发生在供电恢复后重新启动配液泵、配液轮换运行、备用吸附塔接入系统等点位。针对该问题,对配液泵调节方式进行了规范和优化。
1)对配液泵的启动进行优化。当吸附尾液输送至配液泵进口端且保持配液泵进口压力不小于0.2 MPa时,再启动配液泵;然后将配液泵出口压力调至1.71 MPa,加注CO2、O2。这有效避免了直接启动配液泵,造成配液主管产生负压。
2)在备用吸附塔接入系统时,对配液泵进行频率调节。调节过程需要实时关注配液泵进口压力;当配液泵进口压力小于0.2 MPa时,通过提升原液泵频率增加吸附流量。
与传统的设备监控管理软件相比,iPHM架构可提供轻量级应用[11](图3)。通过传感器将配液泵运行、振动、环境等相关数据采集至工业大数据平台,依托智能分析算法,提供设备的状态检测、故障诊断与分析,配液泵智能监测平台可实现:1)配液泵状态实时监测,减少现场人员巡检的工作量,降低泵体运行噪声对人体的伤害;2)配液泵故障提前预警,及时处理配液泵潜在问题;3)调度中心运行人员远程故障诊断分析,提高诊断效率及准确度。
通过平台可及时、准确监测配液泵的生产参数,当配液泵出口压力出现明显波动时,调度中心运行人员可使用自控平台(图4),远程调节配液泵及井场潜水泵的运行频率[12];当水量波动较大时,通过上位机变频器一键给定频率、一键启停等功能,实现变频器快速调节,缓解因压力波动对配液泵驱动端造成的损伤。
对配液泵采取上述措施后的运行情况进行了统计,累计完成18次周期性轮换及预防性保养、74次吸附塔备用塔接入工艺操作,未出现注液泵前端压力低于0.2 MPa的情况,未发生液泵气堵情况,配液泵进出口压力满足生产运行要求(图5)。
配液泵作为地浸采铀准闭路循环系统中的关键设备,发挥着至关重要的作用。通过对停息期的配液泵进行预防性保养、运行期的配液泵实时监测,以及备用泵和备用吸附塔切换期的操作优化等措施,保证了配液泵的稳定运行。
