为贯彻《铀矿高质量勘查开发的发展规划纲要(2020—2035)》,尽快摸清铀资源状况,中国铀业大力推进探采一体化技术[1]。探采结合是指借助采掘工程开展生产勘探,使探矿工程与采矿生产相结合[2]。目前探采结合技术已在宝鸡二里河铅锌矿、阿勒泰蒙库铁矿、丹东四道沟金矿、邯郸西石门铁矿、冷水江锡矿山锑矿等矿山中得到实践,并取得了良好的效果[3-7]
地浸采铀钻孔工程的探采结合,是在地质勘查进行到一定程度后,为进一步控制矿体规模进行加密勘探时,通过合理的钻孔设计,依托“开窗式”钻孔施工工艺[8],将部分加密勘探钻孔作为生产钻孔使用,以期减少重复施工钻孔的费用,达到节约钻孔资金,提升采矿经济效益的目的[9]。蒙其古尔作为第一批应用探采结合施工方式的地浸砂岩型铀矿床,为探采结合技术在砂岩型铀矿的应用进行了有益尝试。
蒙其古尔铀矿床是中国首个特大型砂岩型铀矿[10],是中国绿色铀矿大基地,隶属于新疆中核天山铀业有限公司,2012—2016年在P0线以东P0—P55线相继投产两期工程,逐步形成了千吨级天然铀生产基地。在蒙其古尔铀矿床P0线以西地区,于2021—2022年在勘探阶段采用探采结合手段,为矿床开发利用和矿山设计提供地质依据,并实现了勘探钻孔和生产工艺钻孔的有机结合和综合利用。
蒙其古尔铀矿床中新生代盖层由中-下侏罗统水西沟群、中侏罗统头屯河组、上白垩统东沟组、古近系-渐新统安集海河组、新近系上新统和第四系组成[11],其不整合覆盖于石炭系或二叠系中酸性火山岩、火山碎屑岩之上,缺失三叠系和上侏罗统。中-下侏罗统水西沟群由下至上可分为3组,其中三工河组与西山窑组为湿润气候下发育的1套灰色含煤碎屑沉积,岩性以砂砾岩、含砾砂岩、砂岩为主,夹有泥岩、粉砂岩、煤,是铀矿体的主要赋存部位。
矿床总体位于伊犁盆地南缘斜坡带东段构造相对活动区内,属于次级构造扎吉斯坦向斜南翼的组成部分[12]。区内地层先后经受了6期构造运动,发育于矿床南北两侧的F1、F3阻水逆冲断裂组合,对补-径-排水动力机制、层间氧化和铀矿化形成具有重要意义。
蒙其古尔铀矿床P0线以西探采结合工程,基本工程间距为100 m×(50~25)m。结合生产钻孔布置参数(抽注孔间距35 m,“七点型”或“五点型”井型)布设勘探钻孔,通过适当平移勘探孔位置或调整生产孔井型、井距,确定探采结合钻孔施工位置及钻孔类型。通过生产勘探与采矿密切配合,充分利用已有工程进行探矿,并使新布置勘探工程最大限度被采矿利用,完成勘探钻孔及生产钻孔的施工,取得矿床开采最佳效益。钻孔施工包括开孔前的准备及一次钻进成井两部分,具体流程见图1
蒙其古尔铀矿床P0线以西矿体规模较小,且分布零散,为便于零散矿体的开发利用和探采结合钻孔的合理布设,以“五点型”和“七点型”相结合的形式布置钻孔井型,在局部矿体边界布置不完整井型。
综合考虑矿体渗透系数、经济、探采结合、井场服务年限等因素,对于面积较小的矿块,一般采用“五点型”井型。“五点型”井型由矩形排列的4个注孔与处于中心位置的1个抽孔组成,依据蒙其古尔铀矿床可行性研究阶段的地浸条件试验和工业性试验,抽注孔采用35 m间距,相邻注孔采用50 m间距。因勘探线间距为100 m,勘探钻孔的孔距为50 m;以勘探钻孔作为注液孔,钻孔基本无须调整即可满足《铀矿地质勘查规范》(DZ/T 0199—2015)的要求(图2)。
对于面积较大的矿块,一般采用“七点型”井型(图3)。“七点型”井型,抽注孔间距为35 m,与勘探钻孔50 m基本工程间距的布置在契合度上存在偏差,需要将勘探钻孔孔位进行微调,来满足《铀矿地质勘查规范》(DZ/T 0199—2015)的要求。在后续生产中,可根据实际情况将“七点型”井型灵活转化为“五点型”井型。
钻孔井管采用UPVC超强度采铀套管,在潜水泵下放处安装φ160 mm×15 mm的加厚管,其余位置安装φ152 mm×12.8 mm井管,管箍为φ166 mm×18 mm UPVC管,丝扣处采用生料带密封,同时涂抹704胶,井管安装至过滤器上端1 m处。为了方便注浆,在井管末端预留“马蹄口”形状的注浆口。
内置过滤器管柱由导向悬挂密封装置、引管、固定装置、过滤管、投砾装置、沉砂管组成。主体部分过滤管为316L不锈钢夹网过滤器(图4),包含内、中、外三层结构,内层为φ90 mm×5 mm的316L不锈钢花管,花管上均匀分布φ12 mm的圆孔,孔间距18.26 mm,每周12个孔,相邻两排的3个孔呈等边三角形分布,孔隙率为23.54%;中层为40目的316L不锈钢过滤网,网孔规格0.38 mm×0.38 mm,孔隙率为27.9%;外层为φ96 mm×1.5 mm的316L不锈钢割缝管,缝规格1.5 mm×10 mm,缝间距3 mm,每周均布67条缝,孔隙率为30%。
开窗式切割工艺钻孔施工工艺包括一次成井和二次成井。其中,一次成井主要由钻进、测井、井管安装、注浆工序组成;二次成井由切割、内置过滤器安装(含投砾)、洗井工序组成(图5~图6)。两次成井流程依次进行,但相互独立。探采结合钻孔仅进行一次成井工艺施工,二次成井施工与采区其他生产钻孔统一完成。
填砾式钻孔施工工艺的过滤器安装必须与井管安装同步进行;开窗式切割工艺的过滤器安装可在井管安装与注浆工序完成的一次成井后单独进行[13]。开窗式切割工艺的两次成井流程的相对互独立性,为探采结合的有效实施创造了先决条件,使得过滤器位置设计可在采区开拓期间统一进行。
2021—2022年新疆中核天山铀业有限公司在蒙其古尔铀矿床P0线以西,北东向长3.5 km、北西向宽2.5 km、面积7.3 km2的范围内,共施工了勘探孔及生产孔107个,累计钻探工作量近3.9万m。其中被预测为工业矿孔的概率很大或能构筑周边抽注单元,可以实现综合利用的探采结合钻孔有79个,工作量近2.9万m,单价880元/m。经计算,若单独施工勘探孔的话,总施工钻孔数可减少至83个,节约工作量约0.9万m,单价714元/m;但后续将勘探孔作为生产孔,需对其中约55个勘探孔进行一次成井工艺施工,工作量近2.0万m,单价560元/m。
利用探采结合方式将原有施工2个钻孔(共约12 d)的工时缩短为施工1个钻孔(约7 d)的工时,总体工时由单独施工勘探钻孔的828 d减少至施工探采结合钻孔的721 d,累计减少工时13%,生产效率得到显著提高。
探采结合钻孔同时具备了勘探与开采的属性,与单独施工勘探孔及生产孔相比,每米工程单价降低约400元,本项目累计节约资金超700万元,经济效益显著。同时,探采结合项目缩短了生产时间,减少了钻孔数量,降低了人、机、物等安全风险隐患,降低了安全风险投入。
项目施工区域多分布于草场,对环境具有一定的短时破坏效应。采用探采结合方式施工,钻孔数量减少、施工区域变小,相应降低了对草场的破坏效应。道路、泥浆坑等区域由原有310 m2(勘探孔+生产孔)降至200 m2,占地面积减少35%,具有较好的环保效益。
蒙其古尔铀矿床P0线以西的探采结合工程既达到地质探勘目的,又满足矿冶生产需要。依托“五点型”“七点型”井型布设及“开窗式”钻孔施工工艺,做到了时间效益、经济效益、环保效益的优化。合理应用探采结合技术,能使探矿与采矿紧密结合,提高钻孔施工效益。
