The well washing process of in-situ leaching uranium mine is an important means to increase the amount of drilling water. However, a large amount of impurities such as sediment in the well washing wastewater cause the bag filter and adsorption tower pressure to rise, which indirectly affects the production progress. Based on the principle of centrifugal force, a sand removal device for well washing wastewater was developed and applied in a certain in-situ leaching uranium mine. The results show that it can reduce the pressure of bag filter and adsorption tower, reduce the frequency of filter bag replacement, increase the adsorption water and increase production capacity. The sand removal device of the well washing wastewater has a certain popularization value in the drilling and well washing technology of in-situ leaching uranium mine.

地浸采铀矿山洗井工艺是提高钻孔水量的重要手段,但洗井废水中的大量泥砂等杂质导致袋式过滤器及吸附塔塔压升高,间接影响了生产进度。运用离心力作用原理,研制了一种地浸采铀矿山洗井废水除砂装置,并在某地浸采铀矿山进行了应用研究。结果表明,其可降低袋式过滤器压力及吸附塔塔压,减少过滤袋更换频次,提升吸附水量,增加产能。该洗井废水除砂装置在地浸采铀矿山钻孔洗井工艺中有一定的推广价值。

地浸采铀矿山洗井工艺是提高钻孔水量的重要手段,但洗井废水中的大量泥砂等杂质导致袋式过滤器及吸附塔塔压升高,间接影响了生产进度。运用离心力作用原理,研制了一种地浸采铀矿山洗井废水除砂装置,并在某地浸采铀矿山进行了应用研究。结果表明,其可降低袋式过滤器压力及吸附塔塔压,减少过滤袋更换频次,提升吸附水量,增加产能。该洗井废水除砂装置在地浸采铀矿山钻孔洗井工艺中有一定的推广价值。

The well washing process of in-situ leaching uranium mine is an important means to increase the amount of drilling water. However, a large amount of impurities such as sediment in the well washing wastewater cause the bag filter and adsorption tower pressure to rise, which indirectly affects the production progress. Based on the principle of centrifugal force, a sand removal device for well washing wastewater was developed and applied in a certain in-situ leaching uranium mine. The results show that it can reduce the pressure of bag filter and adsorption tower, reduce the frequency of filter bag replacement, increase the adsorption water and increase production capacity. The sand removal device of the well washing wastewater has a certain popularization value in the drilling and well washing technology of in-situ leaching uranium mine.

地浸采铀矿山通常采用洗井来提高抽注液井水量,洗井产生的废水中含有大量的泥砂、岩屑、岩粉以及细小颗粒杂物[1-7]。某地浸铀矿山利用袋式过滤器对洗井废水进行机械过滤;但无法将废水中的杂物过滤干净,间接影响了生产进度。
针对地浸废水除砂,前人往往采用沉降池或固定式旋流除砂器进行固液分离[8];但以上2种装置移动性差,不适用于地浸采铀矿山井场生产实际。为解决上述问题,开展了地浸铀矿山洗井废水除砂装置的研制,旨在解决袋式过滤器压力高、滤袋更换频繁,以及吸附原液混浊度高等问题,进而实现降低吸附塔塔压、提升吸附水量的目的。
地浸采铀矿山已投入使用的生产井在运行期间,均会发生不同程度的堵塞,导致抽、注液量下降。造成生产井堵塞的原因很多,主要包括化学堵塞、机械堵塞、气体堵塞和与离子交换有关的堵塞等[9-10]。当生产井发生堵塞时,常采用空压机洗井和空压机加酸方式洗井。在用空压机进行洗井时,平均单井产生洗井废水量约20 m3
某地浸采铀矿山洗井主要是通过向抽注液井内加压加酸,驱使管柱内液体及一部分气体进入矿层,在过滤器和砂体的分散作用下,过滤器近井地带形成气液混合体;井管泄压后,在承压水头的作用下,气液混合物进入井管;气液混合物在喉道流动过程中,将细小机械堵塞物包裹、携带、运移,达到解堵目的[11]
在该地浸采铀矿山洗井现场地表,配备了1个集水槽和1台袋式过滤器。洗井废水在压力作用下通过出水管进入集水槽,废水中的大颗粒杂质自然沉降,废水中的细砂及悬浮物经泵抽入袋式过滤器进行初步过滤;过滤出水输送至采区集控室抽液主管,汇总至集液池,然后进入浸出液车间处理后回用[12-13]。洗井废水处理流程见图1
在洗井时,高速流动的液体将井底泥砂冲散,借用压缩空气动力将冲散的泥砂带至地面,泥砂在洗井废水槽内积累;水槽废水中的细砂及悬浮物在潜水泵的抽力作用下进入袋式过滤器,使袋式过滤器压力升高至0.5 MPa。通过过滤袋的污染物进入吸附原液集液池,增加了吸附原液浊度,使吸附塔塔压升高至0.37 MPa。
研制一种地浸采铀矿山洗井废水除砂装置,通过除砂装置有效分离沉降废水中的泥砂,进而降低袋式过滤器的运行压力,减少过滤袋的更换频次,降低集液池中水的浊度,并提升吸附塔的吸附水量[14]
综合考虑安装使用、除砂效果、沉积泥砂处理、安全环保等因素,确定了洗井废水除砂装置的设计基本要求:1)除砂装置的结构简单,尺寸适当,便于移动和快速安装拆卸,不妨碍正常洗井作业;2)装置的焊接应严实紧密,能经受住洗井废水进入除砂装置时的最大压力;3)装置应具有良好的密封性,避免洗井废水及泥砂发生渗漏;4)装置加工简单,现场放置稳固。
借鉴旋流除砂器工作原理[15]设计洗井废水除砂装置。除砂装置主要包含进出水、离心和沉砂清理三部分,利用离心力原理将洗井水中的液体与泥砂进行分离。除砂装置(图2)采用3 mm铁皮焊接,内壁光滑,装置呈漏斗型;对装置内部进行精细打磨,减少流体旋转摩擦力,提高废水中泥砂的沉降效果;在装置底部加装排砂装置,使用排砂铲将沉砂通过排砂口排出,沉砂集中收集至蒸发池进行处理。
在洗井作业过程中,将除砂装置与洗井废水出水管连接,洗井废水进入除砂装置的筒体,实现泥砂沉降分离,分离得到的清水进入集水槽后再利用袋式过滤器进行二次过滤。当装置底部沉积的泥砂较多时,打开排砂装置清理。
除砂装置进出水部分ϕ300 mm,其下端连接离心筒,侧面设置进水管。除砂装置进水管与洗井废水出水管相连,使洗井废水进入除砂装置内;除砂装置上端设置排水管,除砂后的清水通过排水管进入集水槽。将排水管设计在进水管上方,可使洗井废水进入装置后达到更好的除砂效果。
除砂装置离心部分整体设计成漏斗形状,上段筒体ϕ300 mm,中段进行匀速缓冲,漏斗下口ϕ100 mm,漏斗下口接沉砂清理部分。对离心装置内部进行精细打磨,减少流体旋转摩擦力,充分利用离心力将洗井水内液体与泥砂进行分离。
装置沉砂清理部分主要为横置铁管(铁管直径ϕ100 mm),用于储存泥砂;在铁管两端设置开关,并设置排砂铲及排砂塞。当沉砂管内的泥砂较多时,打开排砂塞,使用排砂铲清理。这种沉砂清理结构可有效避免泥砂散落。
某地浸采铀矿山在原洗井集水槽前端加装废水除砂装置(图3)进行洗井作业。将除砂装置的进水管接至洗井废水出水管,在空压机的作用下,洗井废水自生产井排出后以0.2~1.2 MPa的压力通过除砂装置进水筒后进入离心筒;在离心筒中通过离心力的作用,使洗井废水中的泥砂沉降到沉砂管中;上层清水自除砂装置排水管排入集水槽,然后利用袋式过滤器进行二次过滤;通过排砂塞观察发现沉砂管中的沉砂达到一定量时,打开排砂塞,推动排砂铲,使泥砂排出。
除砂装置的除砂效果明显。洗井废水直接经袋式过滤器过滤后,水质仍有浑浊;经除砂装置及袋式过滤器处理后,水质得到明显改善(图4)。对100口井进行了洗井废水除砂试验,每口井除砂约0.5 m3;加装除砂装置后袋式过滤器压力由0~0.5 MPa降至0~0.3 MPa,过滤袋更换频次由每天1次降低至3天1次;集液池中水的浊度也得到降低;吸附塔压力由0.37 MPa降至0.35 MPa,提升了吸附水量,增加了产能。
研制的地浸采铀洗井废水除砂装置,实现了对洗井废水中泥砂的高效分离,降低了袋式过滤器的运行压力及吸附塔的塔压,减少了过滤袋更换频次,提升了吸附水量,增加了产能。该装置可广泛应用于地浸采铀矿山洗井工艺中。参考文献:
