In response to the large amount of uranium containing wastewater generated during the mining and processing of uranium resources, two types of edible mushroom processing waste, Velvet Antler Mushroom Feet (VAMS) and Red Bamboo Fungus Cap (BFP), were used as biological adsorbents to investigate their removal performance of U (VI) in aqueous solutions. The effects of acidity, adsorption time, initial uranium concentration, solid-liquid mass-volume ratio, coexisting ions and temperature on the U (VI) adsorption performance of edible fungus processing waste were systematically investigated by the static batch method. The results show that under the conditions of pH=5.0 and temperature of 25 ℃, the maximum adsorption capacities of VAMS and BFP for U (VI) are 24.34 mg/g and 23.88 mg/g, respectively, with removal rates reaching 97.7% and 91.8% accordingly. Moreover, Ca²⁺ has the strongest interference effect on the adsorption of U (VI).VAMS and BFP reach equilibrium at 2 hours and 4 hours, respectively, and conform to the pseudo-second-order kinetic model and Freundlich isotherm model. This indicates that the adsorption process is mainly dominated by multi-molecular layer chemical adsorption. The thermodynamic parameters (ΔG<0, ΔH>0) confirm that the adsorption is a spontaneous endothermic reaction. Combined with the characterizations of SEM-EDS, FT-IR and XPS, the adsorption of U (VI) by VAMS mainly relies on the coordination of hydroxyl groups on the material surface, while the adsorption of U (VI) by BFP mainly depends on the coordination of nitrogen-containing functional groups on the material surface. The research results not only indicate that edible mushroom processing waste has good adsorption performance for uranyl ions, but also realize the resource utilization of agricultural waste, providing a low-cost and environmentally friendly adsorption material for the treatment of uranium containing wastewater, which has important application value.

针对铀矿资源开采、加工等过程中产生的大量含铀废水，采用鹿茸菇菇脚（VAMS）和红托竹荪菌盖（BFP）2种食用菌加工废弃物作为生物吸附剂，探究其对水溶液中U（Ⅵ）的去除性能。通过静态批次法系统考察了酸度、吸附时间、铀初始浓度、固液质量体积比（简称固液比）、共存离子和温度对食用菌加工废弃物吸附U（Ⅵ）性能的影响。结果表明：在pH=5.0、温度25 ℃条件下，VAMS和BFP对U（Ⅵ）的最大吸附容量分别为24.34 mg/g和23.88 mg/g，去除率分别达97.7%和91.8%，且Ca²⁺对U（Ⅵ）吸附的干扰作用最强。VAMS和BFP分别在2 h、4 h达到吸附平衡，并且符合准二级动力学模型和Freundlich等温模型，这表明该吸附过程是以多分子层化学吸附为主；热力学参数（ΔG<0，ΔH>0）证实该吸附是自发吸热反应。结合SEM-EDS、FTIR和XPS表征，VAMS对U（Ⅵ）的吸附主要依赖于材料表面羟基的配位作用，BFP对U（Ⅵ）的吸附主要依赖于材料表面含氮官能团的配位作用。将食用菌加工废弃物用于吸附水溶液中的U（Ⅵ），除对铀酰离子有较好的吸附性能外，还实现了农业废弃物的资源化利用。食用菌加工废弃物为含铀废水治理提供了一种低成本且环境友好的吸附材料，具有重要的应用价值。
