The data related to mine resource reserves is extensive and subject to frequent changes. Traditional resource reserve management system typically handles singular data types, which leads to low operational efficiency among personnel and increases the risk of data loss. In response to national policies advocating for the use of three-dimensional digital methods in resource reserve management, and to address the challenges in controlling resource reserve data caused by weak informatization equipment and infrastructure, the Shitoumei No. 1 open-pit coal mine in the Santanghu mining area of Hami, Xinjiang, has actively promoted intelligent construction. The mine has implemented a three-dimensional dynamic management system for mineral resource reserves, designed using a combination of B/S and C/S architectures. This system is based on digital three-dimensional models that calculate and display dynamic changes in data during production processes in real time. The resource reserve management system operates on a logical architecture of data storage, platform services, and application services, enabling refined management across mining ledgers, data management and reporting, mining rights, exploration activities, and coal quality. Since its deployment, the system has been performing well, reducing the discrepancy rate in coal output design by 16%, achieving a 100% rate of centralized data control, and significantly enhancing the accuracy of resource reserve evaluations. The system has improved the overall efficiency of resource reserve management and advanced the informatization of open-pit coal mine reserve management within the company.

矿山资源储量数据冗杂、变动大,传统的资源储量管理系统数据类型单一,使得操作人员协作效率低,且存在数据流失的风险。在国家提出矿产资源储量三维动态管理大背景下,为及时掌握矿山生产矿量的准确信息,解决信息化装备及基础设施建设比较薄弱带来的资源储量数据管控难题,在新疆哈密三塘湖矿区石头梅一号露天煤矿推进智能化建设,采用B/S、C/S端结合的技术架构,设计矿产资源储量三维动态管理系统,基于数字化三维模型计算,对生产过程中各类动态变化的数据进行展示与实时更新。资源储量动态管理系统基于数据存储、平台服务和应用服务的逻辑架构,实现了从开采台账、数据管理与报表到矿业权、勘察工作以及煤质的精细化管理。自系统上线以来运行情况良好,采煤量设计偏差率降低了16%,数据集中管控率达100%;该系统对资源储量数据的评估更加精确,提高了资源储量管理工作的效率,促进了公司露天煤矿储量管理的信息化发展。

矿山资源储量数据冗杂、变动大,传统的资源储量管理系统数据类型单一,使得操作人员协作效率低,且存在数据流失的风险。在国家提出矿产资源储量三维动态管理大背景下,为及时掌握矿山生产矿量的准确信息,解决信息化装备及基础设施建设比较薄弱带来的资源储量数据管控难题,在新疆哈密三塘湖矿区石头梅一号露天煤矿推进智能化建设,采用B/S、C/S端结合的技术架构,设计矿产资源储量三维动态管理系统,基于数字化三维模型计算,对生产过程中各类动态变化的数据进行展示与实时更新。资源储量动态管理系统基于数据存储、平台服务和应用服务的逻辑架构,实现了从开采台账、数据管理与报表到矿业权、勘察工作以及煤质的精细化管理。自系统上线以来运行情况良好,采煤量设计偏差率降低了16%,数据集中管控率达100%;该系统对资源储量数据的评估更加精确,提高了资源储量管理工作的效率,促进了公司露天煤矿储量管理的信息化发展。

The data related to mine resource reserves is extensive and subject to frequent changes. Traditional resource reserve management system typically handles singular data types, which leads to low operational efficiency among personnel and increases the risk of data loss. In response to national policies advocating for the use of three-dimensional digital methods in resource reserve management, and to address the challenges in controlling resource reserve data caused by weak informatization equipment and infrastructure, the Shitoumei No. 1 open-pit coal mine in the Santanghu mining area of Hami, Xinjiang, has actively promoted intelligent construction. The mine has implemented a three-dimensional dynamic management system for mineral resource reserves, designed using a combination of B/S and C/S architectures. This system is based on digital three-dimensional models that calculate and display dynamic changes in data during production processes in real time. The resource reserve management system operates on a logical architecture of data storage, platform services, and application services, enabling refined management across mining ledgers, data management and reporting, mining rights, exploration activities, and coal quality. Since its deployment, the system has been performing well, reducing the discrepancy rate in coal output design by 16%, achieving a 100% rate of centralized data control, and significantly enhancing the accuracy of resource reserve evaluations. The system has improved the overall efficiency of resource reserve management and advanced the informatization of open-pit coal mine reserve management within the company.

随着矿山开采活动的深入和生产勘探工作的进行,矿产资源储量信息也处于动态变化中[1]。2020 年,中国发布的《固体矿产资源储量分类》将资源储量分类标准变更为推断资源量、控制资源量、探明资源量、可信储量和证实储量5类。2024年,国家自然资源部提出《固体矿山矿产资源储量三维动态管理技术要求》,针对矿产资源储量的变化,鼓励通过三维数字化方法持续开展矿产资源储量数据的统计计算、更新、审查与核实。因此,利用三维数字化和可视化技术实现对固体矿山矿产资源储量的精细、动态管理,并结合矿山基建探矿与生产探矿数据动态更新三维地质模型,以确保资源储量的准确性和时效性,成为矿山在资源储量管理领域进行探索的核心方向。
当前,资源储量系统动态管理的关键在于运用三维数字化技术和实时更新算法,对矿山生产中的各种变化数据进行自动化处理,其方法包括通过高精度的地质勘探数据的三维模型构建与更新、定期计算评估储量变化情况,实现自动生成数据报表、数据共享与协作等。早期许多矿山企业受技术限制和系统功能单一的影响,不能较好地实现数据的网络共享与分工协作,很大程度上阻碍了资源储量的高效管理;但随着信息技术的不断发展,越来越多的矿山企业开始探索利用更为智能化的手段来解决这些问题。康春德[2]通过建立地质资源模型,获得了乌山铜钼矿现有资源储量的空间分布情况、数量、品位及可靠程度,并在此基础上开发了地质资源管理系统;王素娜[3]针对原有煤炭储量管理系统的局限性,研发了具有系统配置、数据维护计算、用户管理等功能的全新储量信息管理系统,实现了矿井储量数据管理的高效化。矿山智能化作为当今矿业领域不断推进的主目标,以数字化形式开展矿产资源储量三维动态管理工作[4],可更好地实现资源储量管理的规范化、精细化、动态化和可视化[5-7],为矿山企业和自然资源主管部门准确、有效地管理矿产资源储量提供支撑,进而保证矿产资源得到最大化利用[8]
新疆哈密三塘湖矿区石头梅一号露天煤矿的信息化装备及基础设施建设比较薄弱,且传统的储量管理方法难以在质效性与时效性上满足当下矿山的管理需求,严重影响了生产数据的更新和开采计划的制定。因此,石头梅露天矿建设矿产资源储量三维动态管理系统(以下简称“资源储量管理系统”),利用三维数字化方法和可视化技术,实现矿产资源储量的数字化管理。
石头梅露天煤矿拥有丰富的煤炭资源储量,年设计产量超过1 000万吨,是“疆电外送”第三通道、“疆煤外运”和哈密北新型综合能源基地建设等重大战略可靠的煤源保障。在此之前,石头梅露天煤矿使用2012年左右开发的资源储量数据库,能够进行简单的资源储量计算和输出。随着矿山生产工作的不断深入,该方式逐渐暴露出版本更新不及时、数据共享效率低、业务覆盖范围有限等问题。资源储量管理系统的开发很大程度上可解决这些不足,其管理内容见图1
在资源储量管理系统中,三维模型建立是关键流程之一。首先,通过钻探和地球物理勘探收集矿区的矿层厚度、地层深度及岩性变化等地质数据。随后,利用空间插值算法将这些数据转化为三维地质结构模型,展示矿层和围岩的空间分布。在此基础上,三维地质属性模型进一步结合矿物分析数据和测井数据,通过同样的插值算法生成矿物质量和储量的空间分布图。通过对这些模型进行计算,可以得到资源储量统计体元集,并统计元集中体元的矿石量或有用组分量,实现计算过程可视化(图2)。
资源储量的准确计算有助于工作人员优化开采计划,实现资源的高效利用。矿产资源储量的矿石量和有用组分量的统计计算分别见式(1)~式(2)[9]

资源储量管理系统的业务主要面向矿山勘探与生产全过程,所获取的数据多基于矿山地质生产勘探资料、采矿生产的设计数据、实测数据[10],以此建立真实可靠的三维模型,并进行及时维护、更新;在逻辑架构上,分为数据层、平台层和应用服务层(图3)。
数据层是系统数据管理和信息处理的核心,主要由中心数据库组成,负责存储关键数据。中心数据库采用先进的数据备份和故障恢复策略,确保数据在任何情况下均有较高的可用性和安全性,提供统一的数据访问点,从而提高了数据管理的效率和准确性;还支持高效的数据查询和分析功能,能够处理复杂的数据请求,如资源量估算和三维数据的可视化,从而支持快速决策和报告生成。
平台层是资源储量管理系统中充当数据处理和可视化的中介,它通过利用三维数字化技术和可视化工具,将复杂的地质数据和矿产模型以图形化的方式展现,使用户能直观地理解矿产资源的空间分布和属性。同时,平台层具备提供实时数据处理和响应功能,能够根据地下作业的实时数据更新三维模型,实现对矿场状态的即时监控;而在数据服务方面,提供了标准化的数据服务接口,允许不同的应用和系统访问存储层的数据,支持数据的交互和整合,为数据应用的灵活性提供了坚实保障。
应用服务层直接服务于矿山企业的日常操作和管理,通过资源储量管理、报表输出、数据管理等功能确保了资源数据的可靠性、方案规划的合理性以及运营生产的高效性,可为矿山企业提供强大的决策支持。
资源储量管理系统采用先进的技术架构,可支持复杂的矿业数据管理、三维模型处理及资源储量的动态计算,该系统结合了浏览器/服务器模式(B/S)和客户端/服务器模式(C/S),实现了高效的数据交互,具有强大的处理能力和用户友好的界面,详细技术架构见图4
B/S架构为用户提供了通过网络浏览器访问系统功能的能力[11]。在资源储量管理系统中,B/S端实现了数据展示交互以及实时数据更新功能,用户可以通过Web浏览器访问系统,查看矿产资源的详细信息(如三维模型和相关的统计数据),有效简化了用户操作;而通过Web接口,系统能够实时更新数据,如资源储量的变动和开采进度,确保所有相关方都能获取最新的信息。在文档类功能上,系统支持在线生成各种报表,如资源储量报表、开采进度报表等,用户可以直接在Web端预览和下载这些报表。在资源储量管理系统中,C/S架构主要承担包括三维模型处理、资源储量计算、数据维护同步等较为复杂的数据处理任务,其集成了如DIMINE[12]、DATAMINE[13]和SURPAC[14]等地质采矿工具软件,在三维模型的创建维护、资源储量(生产矿量)的统计计算以及数据维护与同步上展现了优异的应用效果。通过B/S与C/S模式的有效集成,系统提供了灵活的数据处理和用户交互方式,未来系统还将重点关注提升用户体验和拓展系统功能,以满足日益增长的行业需求。
根据石头梅露天矿资源储量管理需要,本系统在功能设计总体上包括开采台账、基础数据管理、报表中心、矿业权管理、勘探工作管理和煤质管理等基本功能模块。
开采台账模块是系统中用于跟踪和管理矿山开采活动的关键组成部分,提供实时数据更新和历史数据维护,以支持日常生产运作和长期规划,台账页面见图5。开采台账模块主要功能:1)设计采煤量台账。允许用户更新和维护每月设计的采煤量,确保与实际开采活动的一致性。2)实测采煤量台账。记录每月实际采煤量,提供实时数据以评估开采效率和计划执行情况。3)开拓煤量台账。跟踪开拓活动中移动的煤量,支持开采前期规划和成本估算。4)回采煤量台账。自动计算基于开拓煤量和压覆数据的回采煤量,用于评估资源回收率和环境影响。
报表中心模块提供了高效的数据可视化和报告工具,通过资源储量报表、动用量报表、重算增减资源储量报表、年度查明矿产资源报表和保有资源储量报表,详细生成了矿山资源储量信息的总体情况和变化,并实现了多层级的查询和多元化的格式输出(图6)。
基础数据管理模块归集矿山地质勘查、采矿设计、采掘作业与测量验收各阶段产生的基础数据并进行上传、储存,实现系统数据初始化、参数配置与分类管理。该模块确保了所有相关数据的准确性、及时性和可访问性,支撑系统其他高级功能的整体运行。
1)矿山作业地点管理。负责维护矿山作业地点的详细信息,包括新增、编辑和删除作业地点。
2)矿山基本信息管理。允许用户录入和更新矿山的基础信息,如矿山名称、地理位置、矿种类、建矿日期和生产能力等,并支持相关文档和图像的上传和管理,确保所有关键信息的完整性和及时更新。
3)三维模型数据管理。对资源储量统计计算所需的三维模型进行分类和维护,包括地质结构模型、开拓范围模型和地表模型等,通过提供模型数据的版本控制和在线预览功能,实现精确的资源评估和矿场优化设计。
4)预警配置。能够设置各种预警条件,如服务年限、矿权有效期和安全指标,实现关键参数的自动监控。
在资源储量管理系统中,综合管理功能扮演着至关重要的角色[15],确保矿山运作的资源使用和合规性在更高程度上满足生产要求。
矿业权管理模块的设计旨在确保所有矿业权相关的法律和监管要求得到满足[16],同时提供有效的管理工具来支持矿山的合规操作,负责管理和维护矿山的采矿权和探矿权信息,矿权管理页面见图7。对于采矿权和探矿权信息管理,用户可以对采矿权和探矿权的权证编号、有效期、矿区范围、相关的合法文件和图件等详细信息进行录入、更新和维护,并可根据特定的时间段和矿权类型生成实时数据报表。
勘探工作管理模块负责对矿山勘探工作信息的管理维护,包含项目基本信息的录入、编辑、展示及相关文档、图件、附件的管理,通过详尽记录和更新勘探数据和项目进展,帮助矿山优化资源评估和开发计划。项目基本信息管理功能通过维护勘探项目的基本信息,提供了一个集中平台来管理所有勘探项目,使资源分配和项目监控更高效[17];而项目成果管理功能通过对勘探报告、样品分析结果和地质图等勘探项目成果进行记录和更新,确保所有勘探成果都被适当地记录和归档,提高数据的可追溯性和利用率。与此同时,煤质管理功能模块在确保生产过程中原材料质量符合标准的基础上,进一步扩展了数据管理的范围。煤质管理功能模块通过对生产过程中煤样的采集、化验、质量分析,以及煤炭产品最终质量的监控分析,按月生成化验汇总报告,确保煤炭生产出售符合相关标准,对于维护矿产品质标准、满足市场需求和实现环保目标至关重要[18]
为确保矿山各类动态数据的精准采集和传输,在石头梅露天煤矿资源储量三维动态管理系统的建设过程中,矿区部署了相应关键硬件设施。
为确保数据采集的准确性和实时性,矿区内安装了包括激光测距仪、地质雷达和3D扫描仪在内的大量高精度传感器,用于实时采集矿层地质数据、生产情况以及矿石品位的变化。
为保证数据传输的稳定性和快速性,矿区内部署了高速光纤网络,并结合5G无线通信技术,构建了覆盖矿山各区域的物联网网络。
为提供足够强大的数据存储和计算支持,矿区建设了高性能的数据处理中心,配备了服务器集群和大容量存储设备,用于处理采集到的海量数据。
2024年3月,石头煤一号露天煤矿开始对矿产资源储量三维动态管理系统进行测试,并于5月正式上线。自系统上线以来,整体运行情况良好,简化了数据、资源和矿业权管理等流程,提高了矿山运作效率,系统应用优势主要表现在:1)采煤量设计偏差率降低了16%,极大减轻了由于采煤量设计不准确带来的生产调度不匹配问题,5—6月石头煤一号露天矿采场装车、开采效率均有提升;2)降低了矿山工作人员的操作难度,数据丢失、记录不准确等问题显著减少,数据集中管控率达到100%,避免了后期繁杂的追溯处理流程;3)系统运作环境稳定,测试期及应用期未出现失灵现象,数据管理与调用清晰迅速,实现了矿山“智能、安全、提效”的生产目标。
矿产资源储量三维动态管理系统运用三维数字化方法和可视化技术,结合三维地质模型、设计采出模型和采矿工程模型等成果,实现矿产资源储量的动态管理。资源储量管理系统采用B/S与C/S端结合的方式,按逻辑划分为数据层、平台层和应用服务层,分别实现了数据的高效存储、平台管理和业务功能化。
资源储量管理系统提供了丰富的功能模块,在数据和资源管理上均体现出强大的业务适用性,为矿山提供了一个全业务智能一体化平台,可提升矿山的生产效率,以及矿山的智能化、安全化水平。
随着矿山开采技术和信息化技术的不断发展,增添时间维度的四维资源储量管理系统也将成为资源储量管理领域的重点研究课题之一,尽管在矿山类别上存在一定限制,但其未来在露天煤矿中的应用仍然有许多方向值得深入探索。
