In response to the problems of high cost and low reuse rate of wired networks, small coverage range and high interference of wireless networks, the in-depth research was conducted on the existing network system in uranium mines, and demand analysis was carried out based on the actual needs. With the goal of full coverage of wireless local area networks for signal wireless transmission, positioning, and remote monitoring of underground personnel and equipment, and on the basis of unified network transmission protocol, the applicability of wireless network transmission technologies such as 5G and Wi-Fi was analyzed. Suitable equipment and working frequency bands were selected, and a network testing platform was built for wireless signal transmission rate and delay experiments to verify the applicability of underground wireless technology applications. The result can guide the construction of underground networks in uranium mines and provide reliable network support for underground production equipment monitoring, environmental monitoring, positioning, communication and important data transmission.

针对铀矿山井下有线网络铺设费用高、重复利用率低,以及无线网络覆盖范围小、干扰多等问题,对铀矿现有网络系统进行深入调研;并结合实际情况进行需求分析,根据对井下人员、设备的信号无线传输、定位、远程监控等要求,以无线局域网全覆盖为目标,在统一网络传输协议的基础上,开展了5G、Wi-Fi等无线网络传输技术井下适用性分析,遴选出了合适的设备和工作频段,并搭建网络测试平台进行了无线信号传输速率、延时实验,验证了井下无线网络技术的适用性。研究结果可指导铀矿井下网络建设,为井下生产设备监控、环境监测、定位、通信等重要数据传输提供可靠网络支撑。

In response to the problems of high cost and low reuse rate of wired networks, small coverage range and high interference of wireless networks, the in-depth research was conducted on the existing network system in uranium mines, and demand analysis was carried out based on the actual needs. With the goal of full coverage of wireless local area networks for signal wireless transmission, positioning, and remote monitoring of underground personnel and equipment, and on the basis of unified network transmission protocol, the applicability of wireless network transmission technologies such as 5G and Wi-Fi was analyzed. Suitable equipment and working frequency bands were selected, and a network testing platform was built for wireless signal transmission rate and delay experiments to verify the applicability of underground wireless technology applications. The result can guide the construction of underground networks in uranium mines and provide reliable network support for underground production equipment monitoring, environmental monitoring, positioning, communication and important data transmission.

网络通信技术的不断发展,使得矿山井下信息化程度进一步提高,推动了矿山信息化、智能化建设。矿山井下环境恶劣、多径效应明显、电磁波传输损耗大、干扰因素多,因此矿山井下通信大多以有线通信为主。井下有线通信具有技术成熟、可靠性高等特点,主要介质有光纤、网线;井下无线通信复杂,其适用性存在局限。但有线通信的固定布线和不可移动性,不能完全满足矿山数据通信需求;无线通信技术可作为矿井有线通信的辅助手段[1],弥补有线通信在移动工作面、人员定位、移动设备信号采集、远程控制、应急救援等应用场景的不足。
随着4G、5G、Wi-Fi等技术的成熟和广泛应用,在井下选择合适的无线技术,可进一步提高井下安全和信息化、智能化开采水平[2-3]。井下无线通信理论研究不成熟,相关研究资料和成果较少。因此,需参照地面无线通信技术研究理论,深入研究井下电磁波传输特性。
以某铀矿井下为研究背景,对井下电磁波传输理论、损耗因素等展开分析,根据铀矿井下环境的特殊性,对各种无线技术进行适应性分析,最终选择适合的无线技术并进行实验,旨在证明井下无线技术的可行性。
与国内外其他相近矿山行业相比,中国硬岩铀矿山在信息化、网络化建设方面还存在一定的差距,相关技术标准体系也不健全[4]。硬岩铀矿山大多以有线网络为主,现役铀矿山已建成独立的千兆主干有线网络,并覆盖了主要巷道,供井下六大系统,以及自动化、信息化系统使用。从地表到井下的主干光纤网络推动了铀矿的信息化发展;但综采面、川脉等区域没有网络连接,不能满足人员/设备精准定位、设备远程遥控、无人驾驶等需求。
铀矿与煤矿、金矿等相比,巷道狭窄,资源体量小、经济效益不明显,尽管5G技术在其他矿山领域广泛应用[5-8];但硬岩铀矿在网络通信系统建设方面投入资金较少,5G在铀矿山的应用受到制约。为了满足未来铀矿数字化、智能化建设要求,需逐步开展井下网络全覆盖研究工作,遴选成本低、性能好、适用性强的无线设备,构建有线和无线相结合的一体化网络,满足井下生产、运输等设备的高移动性及巷道不断推进与扩展的网络需要,解决井下网络覆盖难、成本高、维护复杂等问题。
井下无线网络除满足传输速率高、时延小、并发数量大、性价比高等要求外,还应满足矿井中的特殊要求,如频段不宜过高、具备一定绕射能力、便于扩展、具有良好的抗干扰能力等。根据实际调研,现阶段铀矿井下网络需求主要有以下几方面:
1)井下无线语音视频。用于铀矿井下工作、维修、巡检、抢救等人员的手持终端语音通信联络及视频监控,通过调度台实现向井下人员传达通知、命令等。
2)井下无线人员定位。用于铀矿井下网络覆盖范围内的人员实时定位、监测、跟踪,准确定位目标对象,实现井下人员安全监控管理。
3)井下无线远程控制。建设高带宽、低时延、快速漫游的无线通信网络,同时具有高密度无线接入和高容量无线业务能力,为未来井下智能巡检机器人、铲运车、凿岩车、装药车、有轨机车等移动智能设备的相关视频、控制、语音信号传输,以及井下各种传感监测数据的上传,提供高带宽可靠网络通道,从而实现实时定位、无线远程控制、无人驾驶和数据实时监测。
根据铀矿井下环境特点及电磁波传输理论,深入分析拱形巷道无线传输衰减因素,综合考虑传输速度、覆盖范围、业务需求,遴选出适合铀矿井下的无线网络传输技术及工作频段。根据无线信号传输速率、网络可靠性实验结果可设计井下无线网络拓扑结构。
根据电磁波传输理论,电磁波传输方式有直射波、反射波、绕射波和散射波。直射波在视距范围内从发射点直线发射到接收点,近似自由空间传播,衰减较慢。当电磁波碰到比其波长大的物体时(如巷道壁、顶板),电磁波会发生反射;在不同密度介质的分界面,一部分反射,一部分穿过界面,反射波不发生半波损耗,分界密度差决定反射量。当电磁波遇到不规则薄边或尖角阻碍时,发生绕射,阻碍表面产生二次波,在非视距范围可绕到障碍物背面继续传播。高频电波幅度、相位、极性、阻碍物尺寸决定是否会发生反射或绕射;阻碍物尺寸和波长属同一量级时发生绕射,强度与反射波相同。当阻碍物表面凹凸不平,且相对于波长较大时,发生散射;散射体包括粗糙表面、小物体和其他不规则物体,如井下粗糙巷道面、粉尘等。
地表无线网络可视作自由空间传输,井下无线网络可视作非自由巷道传输。在传输过程中,电磁波损耗可分为自由空间和非自由巷道内传输损耗。井下通常为巷道式环境,常见巷道有矩形和拱形,硬岩铀矿井下多为拱形巷道(图1)。
电磁波在井下巷道传输,存在大量反射、散射、绕射,导致传播环境复杂多变,包括路径传播损耗、慢衰落损耗、快衰落损耗。阴影效应、多径效应、时延扩展都能引起电磁波能量、相位、延时、幅度发生变化,造成传输损耗,降低传输性能。拱形巷道内的水平极化和垂直极化电磁波传输衰减公式[9]

式中:ah—水平极化衰减率,dB/m;av—垂直极化衰减率,dB/m;W—拱形巷道宽度,m;H—巷道高度,m;εr—介电常数,F/m;Z—传输距离,m;λ—波长,m。
电磁波在井下巷道传输,对较高频率电磁波形成有效波导,频率越高衰减越小。不同频段电磁波衰减率曲线见图2。巷道高度为3.5 m,宽度为4 m,介电常数为10。可以看出,在低频处,随着频率增大,衰减急剧减小;在高频处,随着频率增大,衰减变化幅度较小;水平极化衰减小于垂直极化衰减。
井下巷道截面要满足技术和经济要求,其尺寸不是固定的。当传输频率一定时,巷道面积越大,传输衰减越小。当巷道等效半径与波长的比大于10时,电磁波在任何巷道截面中的传输衰减都小[10]
铀矿井下巷道壁粗糙面会造成电磁波散射,引起漫反射,导致损耗[11]。频率越高,由粗糙引起的损耗越小;巷道面越粗糙,损耗越大[12]
斜巷道无线信号多径效应更严重[13]。随着频率增大和倾斜角增加,电磁波衰减增大。一般通过调节天线仰角可减小电磁波衰减。
频率越高,粉尘浓度越大,电磁波衰减越大。空气湿度与电导率成正比,湿度越大,电磁波衰减越大,湿润巷道壁也会造成衰减。在巷道弯曲处,频率越高,衰减越大,直角弯衰减最大。
根据衰减分析,井下环境复杂,影响因素多。工作频段、粗糙度、空气湿度等都会对无线传输造成损耗,损耗越大,传输距离越短。因此,需要考虑多种影响因素,合理设置无线基站,选择最佳工作频段[14],优化网络结构,既要保证传输的带宽、速率、稳定性、覆盖范围,还要考虑建设成本。
结合井下无线传输过程理论分析及场景需求,主要对5G和Wi-Fi 6技术进行对比分析(表1)。
5G是最新一代蜂窝移动通信技术,具有传输速率高、传输时延小、通话质量高等优点;Wi-Fi 6是无线接入技术,具有传输速率高、系统简单、成本低等优点[15]。在矿山应用场景中,上行数据量需大于下行数据量,井下人员、移动设备的移动速度慢,矿用5G和Wi-Fi 6带宽均能满足要求。5G时延小、移动性强,可实现跨区网络无缝切换;Wi-Fi 6平均时延为20 ms,跨区连接慢。与Wi-Fi 6相比,5G系统复杂,部署成本和运维成本高。
为了满足铀矿井下台车、机车等的远程遥控[16]、无人驾驶,以及视频、智能传感器、定位等重要数据的可靠传输,综合考虑传输速度、覆盖范围、时延、部署成本等需求,对于铀矿井下主巷道,采用2.4G/5.8G双频Wi-Fi 6无线网络全覆盖,确保2个频段的利用率最大化[17],同时满足近距离高带宽要求和远距离传输需求;对于分支巷道、动态变化的工作面,采用移动式自组网设备进行组网,方便灵活调整和扩展。
使用Wi-Fi 6产品搭建地表、井下实验平台,通过手持终端、移动摄像头完成无线网络速率、延时、基站间漫游测试,以验证Wi-Fi 6在铀矿井下的适用性。
移动摄像头距基站200 m时,连接视频信号,信号强度-53 dBm,传输速率达389 Mbps。移动摄像头距基站50~70 m时,信号强度为-30~-40 dBm,传输速率达600 Mbps。测试结果见图3
将2台基站布置于相距70 m的位置,用1台交换机和电脑互联,1台移动摄像头首先与1号基站进行无线连接,测试其信号传输延迟;然后以6 m/s的速度将摄像头快速移动至2号基站,监测其移动过程中基站连接切换延时;之后再将摄像头从2号基站移动至1号基站,具体测试数据见图4
从测试结果看出,移动摄像头通信延迟基本在3 ms,基站漫游切换连接时,延时在15 ms。实验证明了Wi-Fi 6在保证信号强度的前提下,终端距离基站在50~200 m时,传输速率达300 Mbps以上,传输延迟小,基站可无缝漫游。在测试范围内,Wi-Fi 6可保证无线信号的可靠、稳定、低延时传输。
使用井下矿用手持电话,通过信号强度查看软件,对不同位置进行无线覆盖距离、信号强度、延迟测试。2.4 GHz选取1、6、11信道、5.8 GHz选取149、153、157、161、165信道。在手持电话上利用ping工具ping主机服务器地址,并通过Web登录AC的方式查看WirelessAccessPoint(AP)到手持电话的信号强度、信道等实时信息。测试实验数据见表2,距离在100~150 m时,延迟小于20 ms,满足信号实时传输、设备远程遥控等应用场景要求。平巷直线段信号基本不受距离影响,单体无线基站覆盖距离达100 m;通过在弯道处增加热点,保证天线可互视,则能实现信号稳定传输。
铀矿井下无线传输受工作频率、巷道粗糙度、斜坡、湿度等多种因素影响,传输距离较短,损耗较大。在实际应用中首先要考虑网络建设成本,虽然5G技术先进,但由于成本约束,无法在铀矿井下进行大面积推广应用;应遴选合适的技术,如Wi-Fi 6,选择适合井下的工作频段,合理规划网络结构,克服井下有线网络固定布线和不可移动性问题;并根据业务需求设置基站,构建井下覆盖范围广、投资少、安全可靠的网络,为未来铀矿井下智能装备信号高速采集传输、设备远程遥控、无人驾驶等智能化应用场景提供网络支撑。
