The method and practice of applying automatic inspection technology in an in-situ leaching uranium mine were studied. The advanced technologies, such as unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV), infrared thermal imaging and laser scanning, were adopted, which can realize automatic inspection and monitoring of mine operation. Mine inspection by advanced UAV replaces traditional manual inspections. In the process of UAV inspection, infrared thermal imaging technology is used to dynamically monitor the orifice and overhead lines, and abnormal conditions can be found in real time. The laser scanning technology is realized by using the load lens, which can accurately scan the physical characteristic structure of the mine surface. The UAV inspection technology not only improves the level and efficiency of mine inspection, but also reduces the human and material costs of mine inspection and supervision, and provides reference for related fields.

研究了无人机巡检技术在某地浸铀矿山的应用方法。采用无人机、红外热成像和激光扫描等先进技术,实现对矿山运行情况的无人机巡检和监测,由无人机巡检取代了传统的人工巡检。结果显示,采用红外热成像技术对孔口、架空线路等情况进行动态监测,能实时发现异常情况;利用负载镜头实现激光扫描技术,能够对矿山地表物理特征结构进行精准扫描。无人机巡检提高了矿山的巡检水平和效率,降低了矿山巡检和监管的人力和物力成本,研究结果可为相关领域提供参考。

The method and practice of applying automatic inspection technology in an in-situ leaching uranium mine were studied. The advanced technologies, such as unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV), infrared thermal imaging and laser scanning, were adopted, which can realize automatic inspection and monitoring of mine operation. Mine inspection by advanced UAV replaces traditional manual inspections. In the process of UAV inspection, infrared thermal imaging technology is used to dynamically monitor the orifice and overhead lines, and abnormal conditions can be found in real time. The laser scanning technology is realized by using the load lens, which can accurately scan the physical characteristic structure of the mine surface. The UAV inspection technology not only improves the level and efficiency of mine inspection, but also reduces the human and material costs of mine inspection and supervision, and provides reference for related fields.

保障安全生产是矿山生产过程中的重要任务之一[1]。矿山所处位置一般地形复杂,远离城市,人口稀少,交通不便。通常,担负着矿区整体生产用电的矿区输电线路距离长、塔杆基本处于庄稼地中,巡检不太方便;而输电线路的稳定运行是矿区电力系统安全运行的重要保障[2-3]。长期暴露在复杂环境中的输电导线、绝缘子电力杆塔及其他金具易产生磨损、锈蚀、材料老化等问题[4-5],需要运维人员耗费大量时间去巡检。抽注液井口装置一般是带压的,当井内压力太大时,会导致孔口连接密封不严,出现渗漏问题,或者导致孔口装置破损问题发生。安全巡检在矿山运行和安全管理中不可或缺,其主要作用是检查矿山设备及设施的运行情况,及时发现并排除安全隐患,保障矿山生产顺利进行。
目前,地浸采铀矿山巡检方式主要包括人工巡检、半自动化巡检。人工巡检耗时费力,需多人参与才可提高巡检效率,巡检方式较单一,巡检人员主要使用望远镜与相机等设备进行观察与检查;受人为查找方式的局限,当巡检线路增长时,不易满足巡检需求;且巡检数据管理分散,巡检复杂地形时存在安全隐患,人工巡检时效无法保障[6]。半自动化巡检主要以工业控制画面中的参数实时反馈方式进行,若现场存在异常,则派人对异常点进行核实。半自动化巡检所用人力虽少;但对风险可预见性不足,很难发现隐藏的设备设施安全隐患问题。
采用无人机巡检技术对矿山巡检和追踪监测,可有效降低人员工作强度,提高安全性,且其巡检效率比人工巡检效率提高了数十倍[7]。笔者以北斗、无人机、红外热成像和激光扫描等先进技术为依托,设计无人机巡检模式,旨在对地浸铀矿山无人机巡检技术进行研究,为矿山巡检和生产管理提供可行的技术支持和应用模型支撑,特别是实现对地浸铀矿山在孔口跑冒滴漏和塔杆架空线路异常(绝缘瓷瓶破碎、线杆鸟窝筑巢等)的自动巡检。
无人机的硬件设计包括主要硬件设计和辅助设计,主要硬件设计以无人机本体为主,辅助设计以无人机搭载的禅思H20T四传感云台相机为主。无人机硬件实现巡检关键的“行走”与“观察”。
在该地浸铀矿山中,采用大疆行业级无人机经纬M300 RTK作为主要设备载体,实现巡检过程中的行走(图1),M300 RTK空机质量(含双电池)6.3 kg,最大起飞质量9 kg,最长飞行时间55 min。在矿山巡检中,无人机主要采用机器视觉技术,通过高清摄像头拍摄照片或视频进行现场监测。无人机自身搭载的陀螺仪等多种安全传感器模块,为无人机飞行时提供安全保障,避免炸机事故发生。上述搭载的安全模块为巡检管理平台提供安全可靠的数据采集来源,可提高巡检水平和精度,保障无人机飞行的安全稳定。
无人机巡检辅助设计选用禅思H20T四传感云台相机的红外镜头。红外镜头防护级别为IP44,可在-20~50 ℃环境中工作,人眼安全等级达到Class 1M,可实现对现场的观察、判断及数据采集。红外热成像技术利用物体发出的红外辐射进行图像热成像[8],红外热成像仪可以检测孔口设施附近温度变化,如井口抽注液管线出现跑冒滴漏情况后,会产生不规则环状扩散式温度圈;通过监测到的温度变化并配合地埋管线走向可进行漏液点定位。该技术在矿山无人机巡检中起着重要的作用。
在自然界内,绝大多数物体自身温度都高于绝对零度,表面会产生实时红外线辐射。借助红外线热成像技术,可以完成相关辐射线、红外信号光电性的识别,以精准判断被测物体表面的温度。在完成各项判断后,可以将辐射信号转化为可被辨认的电信号,经过几次转换可使用热成像仪分析得到温度分布情况,绘制红外成像图谱[9]。红外热成像应用效果对比见图2
在该地浸矿山无人机巡检中,禅思H20T四传感云台相机的红外热成像模块主要应用于孔口、管道、电缆架空线路等位置的动态监测。在矿山实际巡检应用中,通过采用红外热成像技术能够实时发现温度异常区域,配合禅思H20T相机的激光打点测距,可精准定位问题点。激光测距校准定位见图3,定位误差值小于1 m。通过精确定位安全隐患位置,可提高矿山的安全生产水平。
此外,红外热成像技术还可较精准地定位矿山运行过程中可能存在的隐患和问题。在矿山监测过程中,如果出现温度异常,说明可能存在风险,需要及时处理以降低矿山的生产安全风险。例如:提前识别架空线路中电缆的异常发热引起的电缆断裂问题。
软件设计主要使用大疆智图(电力)离线版,运用该软件生成的三维激光点云模型,完成规划巡检路径,避免重复巡检,降低设备无效运行率。
软件设计流程:利用大疆禅思L1激光雷达测距镜头对整体巡检范围进行高精度地毯式三维扫描,DJI L1集成Livox激光雷达模块、高精度惯导、测绘相机、三轴云台等模块。同时,为保证影像分辨率,通常需要结合目标特点进行针对性的航线设计。针对线性地物,可以采用正射、俯仰、偏航等不同方向的照片保证模型完整性[10],将含有坐标信息的扫描文件(地理位置坐标、图像参数)导入大疆智图中。
激光扫描技术是利用激光产生的光束对目标物体进行扫描和测量,从而获取物体的形状、大小和表面特征等信息。使用直射式线激光三角法作为系统测量的基本方法,建立了线激光扫描3D轮廓测量数学模型。根据系统扫描测量原理和数学模型,运用激光扫描测量坐标系,获取3D轮廓点云数据[11]
从结构上讲,激光扫描主要包括激光发射器、扫描器和接收器等部分[12]。激光发射器发射激光光束,经过扫描器对物体进行扫描和测量,然后接收器接收光信号并将其转化为数据信号,最终通过计算机处理和分析得到物体的三维几何信息。与传统的地面测量技术相比,激光扫描技术具有快速、精准、无接触和多角度等优点,能够高效获取矿山地表物理特征的精确数据。
在矿山无人机巡检前期路线规划中,选用大疆行业镜头L1,运用激光扫描技术能够实现对矿山地面设备设施、植被等物体的三维地形测量;并能够快速获取地形状况、坡度和高度等数据(图4a),形成激光三维点云(图4b)。图中颜色变化反映物体的高度。
自动采集形成的数据与传统手工和机械绘制数据相比,无人机的摄影测量更易掌握,数据更准确。这些数据都是由对应公式推导出来的,可为以后的3D建模工作提供参考,确保三维模型能更真实地反映地形、地貌[13];也可为后续的巡检路线规划提供基础地形数据,便于后期对巡检线路进行二次调整。
无人机巡检系统主要由飞行主体设备、北斗高性能服务平台、生产巡检平台构成。飞行平台的定位数据由北斗卫星提供,以大疆经纬M300 RTK无人机为依托,先将无人机采集的画面、位置数据通过无线频段传输至遥控器上;再将遥控器数据通过4G/5G移动传输至北斗高性能平台,进行数据接入、存储、处理及分发;最终将整理后的数据分发至生产巡检平台,供数据大屏及PC端等设备展示和分析诊断使用(图5)。
将设计好的巡检路线文件下载至遥控器中,使用搭载禅思H20T四传感云台相机的无人机对矿山进行巡检作业,采用D-RTK 2移动站进行精确北斗定位,将获得的红外热成像数据和即时影像数据传输到监控中心的生产巡检平台。巡检作业人员通过遥控器进行激光打点,对存疑位置进行标记,记录其具体坐标,便于隐患排查。现场人员使用A、B遥控器对巡检中的轨迹进行干预,最大程度保证巡检效果。在巡检结束后,统一将巡检图片数据上传至生产巡检平台,将存疑问题二次核实标记并处理,从而实现巡检作业的流程化处理。
无人机正常飞行作业时,可通过设备内部协议将矿山的巡检实时画面传回监控中心,足不出户完成现场运行监管,并实现对井口、塔杆监测的自动化管控。巡检平台效果展示见图6。无人机在飞行期间不需配备专人进行监管,如发生意外可自主执行应急措施,返回起飞点,以确保无人机飞行安全和稳定。
无人机安全飞行参数设置要求:无人机返航高度大于巡检区建筑物的最高值;D-RTK 2移动站设置为广播模式,以便于快速为无人机提供定位服务。其余设计参数见表1
使用无人机对矿山进行巡检,通过红外热成像技术对孔口、管道、电缆架空线路等情况进行监测,采用激光测距对现场异常点进行精准定位。
该地浸铀矿山通过无人机拍摄的照片、红外热成像图像,以及激光扫描地表物理特征数据等收集了大量的巡检数据,并进行了有效处理和分析。通过对无人机拍摄的照片进行图像分析和处理,得到矿山内部及周边区域的实时图像信息,可快速发现矿区内的异常情况;通过将不同时间段拍摄的照片进行比对,可以直观地了解矿区内不同时间段的变化。对红外热成像图像进行处理和分析,可以更加准确地发现管道、电缆、孔口等的异常情况;将正常情况下的图像和温度分布与异常情况下的图像和温度分布对比,可精准地定位异常情况的位置,并找出原因。
孔罩箱内部井口装置正常运行时,因抽注液管内有约8 ℃的水在流动,四周地表温度较低,热量会散出,形成温度圈(图7a)。当出现渗液时,水会以扩散形式蔓延,向一侧偏移(图7b),图7b图7c为一组红外热成像、实景对比图。通过分析红外热成像画面中温度分布情况,即可判断该孔是否出现渗液问题。因为图像中含有孔口设施附近温度变化信息,如井口抽注液管线出现跑冒滴漏现象后,会产生不规则环状扩散式温度圈,并有逐步偏移的趋势;且这种温度圈和周围地表环境温度形成温差,与井口装置温度相接近(图7b)。
在架空线路巡检时,主要进行外观检查:检查塔杆、绝缘子、导线、地线,以及接地网等设备的外观。特别注意观察是否有变形、锈蚀、烧伤、断裂或损坏等情况;同时,也应对各部瓷件进行脏污、裂纹和损坏情况的检查。瓷瓶绝缘子是检查的关键项之一,绝缘子是一种特殊的绝缘控制装置,其承受着高电压、大电流,且所处环境易受高温、酸碱等侵害,因此在对架空线路进行定期巡检时,对绝缘子的安全隐患进行排查是保证安全生产的重要一环[14-15]
在巡检过程中会发现瓷瓶绝缘子发黑、破碎及瓷瓶绝缘子绑线存在问题。如图8中,a为完整的绝缘子;而b为绝缘子绑线松脱,导线无法妥善固定绝缘子。
对294个抽注孔进行人工巡检和无人机巡检,人工巡检分别为单人一组和三人一组,单次只能检查1个孔;无人机巡检1次可进行7个孔的巡检,进行42次定点检查即可完成全部巡检作业。巡检单次耗时主要包含检查抽注液孔用时,暂不考虑人工巡检在路途中的耗时。不同巡检方式耗时对比见表2
表2可看出,在巡检孔数、巡检人数相同的情况下,无人机巡检效率提升明显、耗时大幅下降;在巡检孔数相同的情况下,当人工巡检人数明显高于无人机巡检人数时,完成294个孔的巡检时间相差44.52 min,无人机巡检消耗的时间和人力成本均明显降低。
在地浸采铀行业巡检作业中,井口安装的牢固性是极其重要的巡查点,以往的井口巡查工作是由人工走遍矿区完成整体巡检操作,巡检成本高、效率低;而且极易受恶劣气候和井口安全隐患的影响,操作人员安全风险大。而采用无人机巡检可以有效降低操作费和人工费,在没有任何约束的情况下,无人机可以进行各种巡检工作,减轻现场巡检的作业压力;同时可克服恶劣气候的影响,能在不同气候、温度条件下工作,确保现场日常巡检工作的正常进行。
利用无人机开展自动化巡检工作,可有效提高信息的精确度,保证资料的安全性,确保各关键点的巡检质量。采集到的大量资料信息会被传输至计算机,通过计算机并配合其他软件,以真实信息为基础,相关工作人员既可对生产巡检作业进行实时监控,又可分析各种信息,从而保证巡检达到预期效果。
现阶段矿区无人机巡检采用红外热成像和激光测距等技术,能够对矿山的运行情况进行实时监测,并初步识别异常情况,提高了巡检的准确性和质量。红外热成像技术能对基站、管道、电缆及其他设备的温度变化进行实时监测,后期由人工完成对异常问题的复核,并通知有关责任科室(部门)。无人机巡检技术有利于及早发现问题,并及时进行维护。
利用无人机、红外热成像、激光扫描等先进技术,实现了某地浸铀矿山的无人机巡检和监测。无人机巡检技术成本低,效率高;红外热成像技术实现了对矿山孔口、管道、电缆架空线路等的动态监测,可及时发现异常情况;激光扫描技术实现了对矿山地表物理特征结构的精准扫描,为矿山巡检和安全管理提供了可靠数据支持。该地浸铀矿山应用无人机巡检技术,提高了效率,降低了人力和物力成本。
建议逐步扩大无人机巡检技术的应用范围,将人工智能和大数据分析技术引入该巡检系统,进一步提高巡检的准确性和效率;深入研究新型无人机的性能和巡检效果,优化红外热成像和激光扫描技术的数据处理和分析方法,进一步提升技术的实用性和稳定性。
