Taking the deposit west of P0 line in Mengqigur, Xinjiang as the research object, aiming at the problems such as large variation coefficient, buried depth, complex occurrence conditions and difficult large-scale development of the ore body, the integrated mode of “exploration and mining combination” was adopted, which combines exploration drilling and production drilling, had made the utilization rate of exploration drilling reach 61%, saved the input cost of drilling and improved the quality of resources. The construction period of the deposit was shortened, the vegetation damage was reduced, and the green and sustainable development of the mine was achieved. The technology has remarkable economic and environmental benefits, and provides a new method for the development of complex sandstone in-situ leaching uranium ore.

以新疆蒙其古尔P0线以西的矿床为研究对象,针对其矿体变化系数大、埋藏深、赋存条件复杂、规模化开发困难等问题,采用勘探钻孔与生产钻孔相结合的“探采结合”一体化模式,使勘探钻孔的利用率达到了61%,节约了钻孔投入成本,提高了资源质量,缩短了矿床建设周期,减少了植被破坏,做到了矿山绿色可持续发展。该技术经济效益及环境效益显著,为复杂砂岩地浸铀矿开发提供了新思路、新方法。

以新疆蒙其古尔P0线以西的矿床为研究对象,针对其矿体变化系数大、埋藏深、赋存条件复杂、规模化开发困难等问题,采用勘探钻孔与生产钻孔相结合的“探采结合”一体化模式,使勘探钻孔的利用率达到了61%,节约了钻孔投入成本,提高了资源质量,缩短了矿床建设周期,减少了植被破坏,做到了矿山绿色可持续发展。该技术经济效益及环境效益显著,为复杂砂岩地浸铀矿开发提供了新思路、新方法。

Taking the deposit west of P0 line in Mengqigur, Xinjiang as the research object, aiming at the problems such as large variation coefficient, buried depth, complex occurrence conditions and difficult large-scale development of the ore body, the integrated mode of “exploration and mining combination” was adopted, which combines exploration drilling and production drilling, had made the utilization rate of exploration drilling reach 61%, saved the input cost of drilling and improved the quality of resources. The construction period of the deposit was shortened, the vegetation damage was reduced, and the green and sustainable development of the mine was achieved. The technology has remarkable economic and environmental benefits, and provides a new method for the development of complex sandstone in-situ leaching uranium ore.

铀是重要的核工业原料,中国已探明的铀资源储量仅占全球资源量的4%左右,且禀赋较差[1]。中国多数铀矿床存在单个矿块面积小、资源分布零散、矿体变化系数大等问题,开采难度较大[2-4]。因此,采用多学科、多技术、多方法手段,创新思路,解决复杂砂岩铀矿的开发难题,是实现可地浸砂岩型铀资源高效、规模化开发的必要手段。
目前,地浸技术已逐步成为中国天然铀生产的主要方式[5-7]。伊犁地区埋深400 m以内的可地浸砂岩型铀资源已基本处于开发状态或开采尾声阶段,后续可浸矿块较为分散、不连续,矿块规模较小。为了开发零散不连续、变化系数大、埋深更大(埋深500 m以上)的矿体,以有关理论研究、试验及现场数据为基础,提出了探采结合技术。该技术旨在根据钻孔施工的目的与作用不同,将钻孔设计、综合测井、切割开窗二次成井等技术相结合,转化利用钻孔工程,使钻孔具有勘探和开采双重功能,通过勘探与采冶紧密结合,降低深部资源及零散资源开发时钻孔工程的成本。
蒙其古尔铀矿床P0线以西三工河组下段、三工河组上段、西山窑组下段和西山窑组上段矿体平均厚度均大于3 m,矿体平均品位均介于0.040 0%~0.150 0%,矿体平米铀量均大于3 kg/m2
三工河组上段与西山窑组下段矿体规模均为中小型,矿体长度均小于1 km,矿体宽度为50~320 m(大部分矿体宽度小于200 m),矿体形态为卷状、似层状、板状,厚度变化较稳定,矿化连续性一般。根据《地浸砂岩型铀矿地质勘查规范》(EJ/T 1157—2018),将工作区勘查类型划分为Ⅲ类(表1)。
三工河组下段含矿含水层的地下水水位埋深和承压水头见表2。勘探区各含矿含水层的渗透系数为0.06~2.42 m/d,其中西山窑组上段以及靠近断层两侧含水层的渗透性较差,其余含矿含水层的渗透性均较好;矿层渗透性大于或接近围岩的渗透性;含矿含水层承压性较强,单位涌水量较大;含矿含水层地下水矿化度一般为0.48~3.60 g/L;水温为7.5~20.5 ℃。矿床水文地质条件属于第二类型,即属于水文地质条件中等的矿床。另外,地下水pH一般为6.90~7.70,接近于中性,该条件具有耗酸量小、地下水的氧化-还原电位易被改变等特点。
探采一体化是在铀矿资源详查及勘探阶段,勘探钻孔布置与生产钻孔布置相结合,钻孔设计位置同时满足勘探及采冶需求。为避免因矿体规模小、分布独立、平米铀量低等问题,出现勘探钻孔“一次成井”后难以利用的情况,拟定探采一体化钻孔布置流程。
地质人员系统研究矿体地质情况,分析评价矿体发育的整体稳定性,综合分析矿块后期开发利用的可靠性及经济性。
根据生产钻孔井型井距要求设计施工,将生产钻孔平面布置与勘探钻孔平面布置叠合,并尽量提高勘探钻孔转化为生产钻孔的利用率,同时满足在抽注情况下浸出剂覆盖率最大化,投资最小化。
相对位置较近的生产钻孔与勘探钻孔按照“不大于工程控制间距10%”的原则,在平面图上适当调整部署设计的勘探钻孔位置,使得勘探钻孔与生产钻孔的设计位置在平面图上能够重合,达到同时满足勘探及采冶需求的目的。
对一定井型而言,井距的变化范围受到矿床矿石渗透性、品位、矿体厚度、埋深等自然条件的限制[8]。因此,在满足矿床地浸开采的基本条件下,对某一指标进行合理优化,确定井距,力争达到较好的经济效益。本次设计矿块位于扩大试验18#采区东侧,22号线~24号线,S1~S3矿块,该矿块主要矿体为三工河组上段。
单位面积内钻孔的数量称为网度,井距越小,井网密度越大。5点型、7点型、行列式井型的井距与井网密度的关系[9]分别用式(1)~式(3)表示。

式中:L—抽出井与注入井的井间距离,m;fb—井网密度,用单位面积内钻孔的数量表示,即抽注单元面积的倒数,井/m2;R—注入井与注入井的井间距离,m。
根据原地浸出采铀的特征、约束条件,影响井距的主要因素包括资源约束条件、浸出率约束条件、浸出液约束条件和经济极限约束条件[10]
资源约束条件:

式中:X(St)表示不同井距在服务年限内的生产能力;BE表示在服务年限内可回收的资源量。
浸出率约束条件:

式中:X(E)表示不同井距与浸出率的关系,地浸采铀一般以金属浸出率大于75%为标准。井距与浸出率的关系受矿石渗透性的影响,在一定渗透性条件下,可以通过溶浸运移软件模拟得到井距与浸出率的关系。
浸出液ρ(U)约束条件:

式中:X(ρ)表示浸出液ρ(U)与井距的变化关系;ρ表示浸出液ρ(U)峰值,当井距增大到一定程度后,浸出液ρ(U)峰值将不受井距的影响。
经济极限约束条件:

式中:X(fb)为井网密度经济极限关系;fmin为井网密度的经济极限,它表示地浸矿山总产出等于总投入,即总利润为零时的井网密度。
地浸铀矿床井网密度经济极限与平米铀量、浸出率、金属回收率和单位产品利润成正比,与抽注液单元的钻井投资、地面建设投资开发年限的
1/2次方呈反比。

依据2.2.1步骤及约束条件及当前待设计矿块基本参数,选择几种可能合理的井距,以及适用的井型,并根据式(9)~式(11)[11]计算得到抽注液井数目(表3)。
对于5点型:

对于行列式:

式中:NC—抽液井数,个;NZ—注液井数;S—矿块面积,m2;L—抽液井与注液井间的距离,m;R—注液井与注液井间的距离,m。
利用圈定溶浸范围对不同井型井距的流网进行模拟计算[12]

在进行浸出剂覆盖率计算时,井距最大为50 m,渗透系数在0.3~0.8 m/d。在25~50 m范围内,浸出剂覆盖率最小值见表4。可以看出,5点型、7点型、行列式1、行列式2等井型结构(图1)均满足约束条件(浸出剂覆盖率≥75%)。选择5点型、7点型、行列式1井型进行后续分析。
以5点型35 m井距为例,5点型不同渗透性、井距下覆盖率曲线见图2。可以看出,其浸出剂覆盖率可达80%,与文献[13]结果一致。
根据上述结果,可计算矿块所需的浸出剂量[14]

因此所需浸出剂量(W)=1.87×377 20×6×4=1.69×106 t。
在不同井型、井距条件下,对矿块的日抽液量进行计算,结果见表5
根据浸出矿块所需的总浸出剂量和不同井距条件下的矿块日抽液量,可计算出不同井距条件下的服务年限及生产能力;并对不同井型井距的井场投资、生产能力、服务年限进行估算。
5点型、7点型、行列式1型在不同井距下的约束条件关系见图3~图5(K为曲线斜率)。可以看出,行列式1型不太适用于当前矿块条件,投资成本随井距的变化降低幅度不大,且生产能力远低于5点型、7点型,服务年限也较长。因此,行列式1型的井型布置后续不再讨论。
5点型关系曲线,在井距35~40 m时投资成本斜率变化较大,再扩大井距对投资成本的降幅程度不高;在保证合理服务年限和生产能力的条件下,以35 m井距最为适宜,能够在较小的投资成本下,保证最大的生产能力,并缩短服务年限。7点型关系曲线,在井距35~40 m时投资成本变化较大。在钻孔投入总数相近的情况下,5点型35 m井距拥有更多的抽液钻孔,其生产能力及服务年限要明显优于7点型35 m井距,略优于7点型40 m井距。通过上述判断可得出,5点型35 m井距为该矿块较理想的井型井距。
浸出液ρ(U)平均为67.51 mg/L,根据当前水文地质参数计算得出抽液量。不同降深下抽液量的预测结果见表6
5点型35 m井距较为适合该矿块的地质及水文地质参数。以22号线与24号线的探采结合勘探孔为基准线,抽液孔与注液孔间距为35 m,抽液孔与抽液孔间距、注液孔与注液孔间距均为50 m,进行布置;再依据各勘探孔与详查孔的见矿情况,对部分单元进行适当调整,形成生产井设计图(图6)。综合考虑矿体的走向形态变化,将部分钻孔剔除,重新规划井型结构(图7)。由于矿体变化系数较大,属于Ⅲ类矿体,所以施工时必须依据实际见矿情况,逐步向外推进,并根据实际矿体形态作出调整。
依据上述设计方法,将井型、井距确定后的井网填充至各矿块,按照生产井型的需要,在勘探标准允许范围内,调整P0线以西部分勘探钻孔,并适当调整井型、井距,以满足勘探需求,最终形成探采工程联合布置总设计图。其中有部分矿块适合7点型,部分矿块存在30、40 m等不同井距;根据生产各类约束条件和《地浸砂岩型铀矿地质勘查规范》(EJ/T 1157—2018),使勘探钻孔工程设计与生产钻孔工程设计相适应,最终达到探采结合工程相互利用转化的目的。
将探采结合概念引入地浸铀矿山中,使勘探钻孔工程与生产钻孔工程有机结合,1套钻孔具有勘探与生产双重属性与功能。根据勘探与采冶工程的不同要求,总结了探采结合面钻孔工程布置方法,形成了适用于地浸采铀的探采结合技术。该技术可根据新的钻孔和物探参数,以及更新的矿体形态,作出探采工程调整。
在探采结合过程中,生产井网已初步形成,已完成矿块内钻孔的裸孔钻进与水泥固井等一次成井工作。因此,在生产采区开拓时,仅需要对生产井网进行微调,并对探采结合钻孔二次成井,省去了设计阶段和部分钻孔的裸孔钻进、套管安装、水泥固井等工作,缩短了采区建设周期。
以蒙其古尔P0线以西首采段开拓采区18#采区为例,该采区共计9抽16注,25个钻孔,平均单孔一次成井施工需3 d,二次成井施工需2 d,该采区共计有6个探采结合钻孔。因此,探采结合减少一次成井施工时间后,进行了施工周期统计(表7)。可以看出,3台钻机同时施工,可节约时间24.66%;勘探工作区域共设计6个采区,311个钻孔,其中探采结合钻孔共66个,3台钻机同时运行,可缩减工期达100 d。可见,工程量越大,探采结合技术所取得的时间收益越大。
探采结合技术能缩短采区建设周期,节省钻孔施工成本。本次勘探区域共布置勘探钻孔107个,其中有66个钻孔可以转化为生产钻孔,转化利用率达61.68%,相当于节约了66个生产钻孔的施工成本。这些勘探钻孔在采区开拓期间均可作为浸采单元的生产钻孔使用,节省了采区开拓期间部分钻孔一次成井施工工艺的经济投入。在本次工程应用区域,按照孔深220 m、一次成井单价560元/m计算,可节约813.12万元。
采用探采结合方式施工钻孔,钻孔施工数量减少,施工区变小,对牧民的草地破坏量相应减少,道路、泥浆坑等区域面积由约310 m2(勘探孔+生产孔)降至约200 m2(探采结合),66个探采结合生产钻孔可使草地植被的破坏面积减少约7 260 m2,具有较好的环保效益。
蒙其古尔P0线以西矿床采用探采结合设计方法是切实可行的,可缩短建设周期,提升经济效益和环保效益;且工程量越大,效益越可观。本次共施工107个钻孔,可利用的探采结合钻孔(Ⅰ类孔)66个,钻孔工程转化利用率达61.68%。
在工作区域至少达到详查或相当于详查的工作程度,在基本掌握矿床规模、储量、产状、形态和矿床开采技术条件等情况下,才可将勘探与生产设计有机结合。
