The internal castable of two high temperature expansion joints in inlet and outlet of CDQ device primary dust collector is seriously eroded and damaged due to the high temperature, air flow, coke powder scouring and other effects, eventually resulting in high temperature deformation of external stainless steel, and causing leakage in the negative pressure area of circulation system, which becomes the weak link that restricts the production of CDQ. The paper analyzes the cause of damage to high temperature expansion joints and carries out the corresponding transformation. Through the production test in the past three years, the feasibility of the transformation has been proved and the experience has been accumulated for prolonging the interval time between the intermediate maintenance and halt production of CDQ device and prolonging the service life.

干熄焦装置一次除尘器出、入口两个高温膨胀节因受高温、气流、焦粉冲刷等影响，内部浇注料严重侵蚀和损坏，最终造成外部不锈钢高温变形，并造成循环系统负压区出现泄漏，成为制约干熄焦生产的薄弱环节。文章通过对高温膨胀节损坏原因分析并进行相应的改造。近三年的生产检验，证明了改造的可行性，为延长干熄焦装置中修停产间隔时间以及延长使用寿命积累了经验。
