Three kinds of reasons for mill scale accumulation are found by analyzing the phenomenon that mil scale is often occurred in vibrating screen of straightening machine. According to years of work experience, the corresponding measures have been taken, that is, two link stopper are welded on the outer side of lower roll box, so that the vibrating screen can be quickly cleaned online. In addition, the original design vibrating screen is horizontal. In order to make the mill scale slip out of the chute rapidly, the exit of vibrating screen is lowered by 20 mm. It is not only to prolong the mill scale cleaning cycle, but also reduce the downtime and improve the equipment operation rate. And after the transformation, effect is obvious.

通过对矫直机振动筛经常发生氧化铁皮堆积现象的剖析，查明了氧化铁皮堆积的3种原因。并根据多年的工作经验采取了相应的措施，即在下辊盒外侧焊接两个档块，便于在线快速清理振动筛。原设计振动筛是水平的，为了使氧化铁皮快速溜出溜槽，特将振动筛出口侧降低20 mm，改造后效果明显，不仅延长了氧化铁皮清理周期，而且减少了停机时间，提高了设备作业率。
