The work of dry dedusting instead of wet dedusting for No. 1 and No. 2 converter in CSP Plant of Baotou Steel has been completed in 2006. In view of the problems existed in equipment of 210t converter dry dedusting system, such as failure, failure of multiple parts and the low efficiency of equipment operation and so on, after a long period of exploration, measures to reduce the equipment failure and equipment operation rules have been found out, and some equipment have been effectively improved and transformed to reduce the equipment accident time and improve the efficiency of dust collector.
