The fracture of throat protection plate and the furnace top sealing cover spray coating off in No.7 blast furnace of Baotou Steel are usually required for repair in a 10-day period. In order to save time meanwhile without furnace cooling down, a series of special measures such as burden distribution, forced ventilation, positive pressure respirator are taken to work into the furnace under harsh environment with high temperature and gas, which saves time, creats high efficiency and creats a new thought for the blast furnace maintenance.
