In this article, it aims at the over-standard bearing vibration of the TRT generator unit of No. 1 blast furnace in Baotou steel after overhaul, analyzes the vibration of generator unit by collecting the four-channel time domain waveform and using the spectral analysis and relevant fault diagnosis theory, and introduces the field kinetic equilibrium technique in vibration processing of the generator. Finally, it comes to a conclusion that the main cause of the vibration is the effect of alignment and looseness, which leads to the oil film instability of the generator. The cause of oil film whirl and the influence of temperature on the medium and small generator alignment are expounded.

文章针对包钢1^#高炉TRT发电机组检修后起车轴瓦振动超标，通过四通道时域波形的采集，利用频谱分析及有关故障诊断理论，对发电机组振动进行了分析，在发电机振动处理过程引入现场动平衡技术，最后得出引起振动主要原因是对中及松动综合影响导致发电机油膜失稳。阐述了引起油膜涡动的原因及温度对中小型发电机对中的影响。
