The characteristics of flame rigidity weak and flame instability are generally existed in regenerative heating furnace. In order to optimize the combustion condition of heating furnace, in the paper, the model of regenerative heating furnace is established by mesh generation of simulation software. The combustion condition in the furnace is analyzed and studied, and the most optimized parameters of regenerative heating furnace are obtained.
