The composition of desulfurizing waste liquid is stable, it is with toxicity and corrosivity as well as its treatment is so difficult that it belongs to the industry problem. In this paper, it is discussed the generation, characteristics and harms of secondary salt for desulfurizing liquid as well as the main treating methods for desulfurizing liquid currently used in the coking industry. Moreover, it is briefly analyzed such processes as the coal blending, salt extraction and acid manufacture.
