In the paper, it is introduced the engineering practice of preparing concrete with refractory brick as coarse aggregate and slag powder as mineral admixture through taking the heat resistance concrete for ground of electrolytic cell workshop of Baotou Aluminium Manufacturer as the research subject. The functions of refractory brick and slag powder for heat resistance concrete are evaluated through comparing the intensity differences of concrete with every mix proportion after burning of high temperature with the heat-resisting ability of normal concrete. Compared with normal concrete without slag powder, its working performance and mechanical performance are higher, the heat resisting property is improved greatly and the practicability of concrete is guaranteed.

文章以包头市铝厂电解池车间地面的耐热混凝土作为研究对象，介绍了利用耐火砖为粗骨料、矿渣粉为掺和料配制混凝土的工程实践。通过耐火砖和矿渣粉在混凝土中不同的作用，以及各个配合比的混凝土在高温灼烧后的强度差值来比对普通混凝土的耐热能力，评价耐火砖和矿渣粉在耐热混凝土中的作用：其工作性能和力学性能与普通未掺矿渣粉的混凝土相比较高，耐热性能有了很大的提高，而且还保证了混凝土的实用性。
