In the paper, a new fault diagnosis method for gearbox combining with the kurtosis of fast spectrum and 1.5 dimension spectrum is proposed aiming at the problem that the initial failure of gearbox is difficult to be recognized. Firstly, the maximum frequency band of kurtosis for original signal is filtrated with kurtosis of fast spectrum, and then the filtrated frequency band is analyzed with 1.5 dimension spectrum. Finally, the positions of faults for gearbox are determined by analyzing prominent components in the spectrogram so as to take precautions in advance. The method is with the analysis validation by project cases, it is fully proved that the fault information could be effectively extracted with this method, which plays a certain guiding role in engineering applications.

针对齿轮箱早期故障难以识别的问题，提出了一种快速谱峭度和1.5维谱相结合的齿轮箱故障诊断新方法。该方法首先运用快速谱峭度筛选原始信号的最大峭度频带，然后对筛选的频带进行1.5维谱分析，最后通过分析谱图中突出成分以确定齿轮箱故障部位，以提前做好预防措施。通过工程案例对该方法进行分析验证，充分证明该方法能够有效提取故障信息，对工程应用有一定指导作用。
