The metallographic structure of hot-rolled TC4 titanium alloy seamless tubes with different specifications was studied with the light microscope and scanning electron microscope as well as the mechanical properties of titanium alloy tube were tested. Moreover, the effects of different heat treatment and pickling processes on the microstructure and properties of tube were also studied. It was found that the differences of as-hot-rolled microstructure of titanium alloy tubes with different specifications were significant as well as the outer diameter and wall thickness of the head of tubular billet after perforation were larger than those of the tail. The annealed microstructure obtained by the two-phase region annealing process at different temperatures did not change significantly. Although the oxidation products on the surface of titanium tube could be effectively removed with the pickling process, the time parameters of pickling process were very important, otherwise, the surface quality of titanium tube would be deteriorated.

采用光镜、扫面电镜研究不同规格的热轧TC4钛合金无缝管的金相组织，并对钛合金管材进行力学性能测试，此外还研究了不同热处理及酸洗工艺对管材组织性能的影响。研究发现，不同规格的钛合金管材热轧态组织差异显著，而且穿孔后的毛管头部的外径和壁厚都比尾部的大。经不同温度的两相区退火工艺后得到的退火态组织没有显著变化。酸洗工艺虽然可以有效去除钛管表面氧化产物，但酸洗的时间参数十分重要，否则会造成钛管表面质量恶化。
