In the paper, the size composition and chemical component of a single ore, optimization for the number of layers of windrow for blended ore, BLOCK mode of windrow, multi-stage variable flow and control of running speed for stacker are systematically studied based on the factors affecting the blending efficiency of blended ore. The practicability, economical efficiency and operability are discussed as well as the work modes of windrow for different single iron charges are put forward, which could provide the production data at site for further improving the stability ratio for component of blended ore and reducing the fluctuation for component of sinter caused by composition segregation.
