Non-oriented silicon steel is the core material for manufacturing iron core of motor as well as its performances directly determine the efficiency and service life of motor. Texture is one of the key factors affecting performances of non-oriented silicon steel, so it is necessary to research its evolution laws for improving product performances. In this paper, the textures of hot rolled plates, cold rolled plates and annealed plates with non-oriented silicon steels of different chemical compositions are detected as well as evolution laws of textures for non-oriented silicon steels with different production processes are studied with X-ray diffractometer. The results showed that there were no significant effects of chemical compositions on main texture types and strength of each texture was slightly improved by increasing Si content. The main texture type of hot rolled plates is Goss texture as well as the main texture types are α texture and γ texture after the treatment of pickling and tandem cold rolling process with total reduction ratio of over 80%. In the annealing process, the main textures of grain are γ texture and a small amount of Goss texture with the process of recovery, recrystallization and grain growth. The transformation of texture types with different production processes is related to different grain and matrix orientations. The texture types and strength of finished products could be optimized through the coordinating cooperation of such processes as hot rolling, cold rolling and annealing.

无取向硅钢作为制造电机铁芯的核心材料，其性能直接决定电机的效率和使用寿命。织构作为影响无取向硅钢性能的关键因素之一，研究其演变规律对于提高产品性能十分必要。文章利用X射线衍射仪对不同化学成分无取向硅钢热轧板、冷轧板及退火板织构进行检测，研究无取向硅钢不同生产工艺过程织构的演变规律。研究结果表明，化学成分对主要织构类型无显著影响，提高Si含量各织构强度略有提高。热轧板主要织构类型为Goss织构，经过总压下率为80%以上的酸轧工艺处理后，织构类型主要为α织构和γ织构。退火工序中晶粒经过回复、再结晶和晶粒长大过程，主要织构为γ织构和少量Goss织构。不同生产工艺织构类型的转变，与不同取向晶粒与基体取向有关。可通过热轧、冷轧及退火工艺的协同配合，优化成品的织构类型及强度。
