In this paper, the application of medium and low temperature denitration technology after wet desulfurization of ore sintering flue gas is studied with the pilot test by taking the flue gas after wet desulfurization in an iron and steel plant as the object of study. The 20-hole modified vanadium-based honeycomb-type catalyst is selected, average value of NOx at outlet at 230~240 ℃ is 35 mg/m³, which could meet the requirements of ultra low emissions. After 3 months of stable operations, there is no downtrend for catalyst activity, pressure differential of system is stable and there is no blockage. Compared with the medium and high temperature selective catalytic reduction (SCR) by estimation, the consumption of blast furnace gas could be reduced by about 30%, which verifies its feasibility.

文章研究了中低温脱硝技术在烧结烟气湿法脱硫后的应用，以某钢铁厂湿法脱硫后烟气为对象开展中试试验。选用20孔改性钒基蜂窝式催化剂，在230~240 ℃时，出口NOx均值达到35 mg/m³，满足超低排放要求。稳定运行3个月后，催化剂活性没有呈现下降趋势，系统压差稳定，无堵塞情况。经估算，与中高温SCR相比，可降低高炉煤气消耗量约30%，验证了其可行性。
