In the paper, it is introduced the experimental study on adding ore fines of Roy Hill in sintering is carried out with sinter pot as well as the quality indexes and pyrometallurgical performances of agglomerate with different proportions are systematically studied. The study results showed that the ore fines of Roy Hill could substitute the Australian ore fines to be used in sintering productions and it was recommended that the proportion should be controlled within 20% on the premise of guaranteeing the stability of quality indexes and pyrometallurgical performances of agglomerate.
