In this paper, the influencing factors of coking coal in hot performance test are analyzed and they are mainly reflected in the process of smelting coke with coking coal, sample preparation method of coke and the hot performance test process of coke. The effects of the process of smelting coke with coking coal on hot performance of coke are mainly reflected in type of test coke oven, temperature control program, coal capacity, density of coal charge and mode of quenching coke. Sample preparation is a key operation in the hot performance test for smelted coke and its influence on test values is significantly. With other conditions the same, the stability of test values for hot performance test of coke with pure handmade sample is the best, but the values are higher. The effects of test process on hot performance of coke are mainly reflected in the number of sample, flat-temperature zone of oven, thermocouple of temperature control, reactant gas and standard screen.

文章分析了炼焦煤在热态性能检测过程的影响因素，主要体现在炼焦煤冶炼焦炭的过程、焦炭制样方式和焦炭热态性能检测过程。炼焦煤冶炼焦炭过程对焦炭热性能的影响主要体现在试验焦炉炉型、温度控制程序、装煤量及装煤密度和熄焦方式等。冶炼后的焦炭热态性能检测中制样是极其关键的一个操作过程，对检测数值的影响十分显著。在其他条件一致的情况下，纯手工制样焦炭热态性能检测数值稳定性最好，但数值偏高。检测过程对焦炭热性能的影响主要体现在检测试样的块数、炉膛恒温区、控温热电偶、反应气体和标准筛等。
