In the paper, the influences of circulating water temperature and water quality on the economic benefits of coke dry quenching are analyzed. It is concluded that the circulating water system for coke dry quenching is fatal to its economic benefits through comparing various process parameter indexes of the system before and after overhaul, which aims to improve the economic benefits of coke dry quenching device by strengthening control of the system.
