The causes for such rolling instabilities of medium and high grade non-oriented silicon steel in the hot continuous rolling process as poor strip shape, drift and scrap steel are analyzed. Starting from the influence mechanisms of stable rolling, the quick open control strategy of reheating furnace is developed by analyzing such five influencing factors as the rolling phase change zone, temperature difference of the same plate by slab reheating, strip shape of rough rolling, deformation resistance and finishing rolling speed models; the rolling phase change point is calculated and the pass distribution of rough rolling is optimized; the stability of medium and high grade non-oriented silicon steel in rolling process is improved by considering the influences of all elements on deformation resistance model of finish rolling and changing the control mode of finish rolling speed.

对中高牌号无取向硅钢热连轧过程中板形变差、甩尾、废钢等轧制不稳定性原因进行分析。从稳定性轧制影响机理出发，通过分析轧制相变区、铸坯加热同板温差、粗轧轧制板形、变形抗力模型、轧制速度模型五个方面的影响因素，开发出了加热炉踏步控制策略；计算出了轧制相变点，优化了粗轧轧制道次分配；考虑了所有元素对精轧变形抗力模型的影响以及改变了精轧轧制速度控制方式，提高了中高牌号无取向硅钢的轧制过程稳定性。
