The secondary transfer production of railway rock is an important link of production process in Baiyunebo Iron Mine. Due to production constraint, route condition, influence of external environment and so on, the laying period of each rock dumping route is different, and the laying period of some routes is postponed to winter, which is unfavorable to production. In this article, through the measures of regulating the yield, governing the single end, extending the routes, adjusting the width of track and relaxing the ditch-pond, the laying of winter is postponed to summer and autumn to save costs, improve productivity and ensure safe production.
