Crusher bin is to store materials after crushing and enter the feeding bin through material self weight, playing a role of intermediate store, buffer and balanced operation and so on. Ensuring the normal operation of the system, design a better wear resistance and shorter replacement time liner to protect equipment at the same time to complete the rated output. The designed suspension composite liner is divided into wear plate and bottom plate, and needs a certain time to be replaced in early time but it just needs changing wear plate in the future.

破碎机料仓是对破碎以后的物料进行储存，通过物料的自重进入给矿的料仓，起到一个中间储存、缓冲和均衡作业等作用，由于生产量较大，物料在下滑时对衬板磨损比较严重，而更换衬板需要大量的维修时间，且存在一定安全隐患。在保证系统正常运行，设计一种耐磨性较好、更换时间较短的衬板，保护设备的同时完成规定的产量。设计以后的悬挂组合式衬板分耐磨板与底板，在先期更换时需要一定时间焊接底板，在以后的更换中只需更换耐磨板。
