After the exploration and summary of the production process of 200, 000 tons silicon steel in Sheet Plant of Baotou Steel, factors such as the quality of steel plate cleaning, the annealing temperature of annealing furnace and the thickness of coating film are the key factors affecting the performance of silicon steel finished products. The cleaning quality of the cleaning section before optimization is an effective method to reduce the probability of furnace accretion for furnace roller. The annealing temperature of the annealing furnace at 750~950℃ is the core technology to refine the grain of steel plate, adjust the microstructure and eliminate the defects of microstructure. Uniform coating film, reasonable thickness and guaranteed in 3.2~3.5g/m² are important measures to ensure the corrosion of silicon steel sheet from various corrosive mediums.
