The essence of prestressed string method to repair bending of crane main bea is to use the steel strand to transform the steel structural girder into the prestressed string steel structural girder. It has advantages that the elastic strength amplitude of steel can be sufficiently and repeatedly utilized, thereby improving the bearing capacity of structure. Through more than four years practice after repair in Rail and Beam Plant of Baotou Steel, the application of this method is the good solution to solve the problem in bending of crane main bea, and provides technical support for repairing and recycling of bridge crane that exists girder bending defect, saving the cost of maintenance, restoring and enhancing crane performance and ensuring safety production.
