During the straightening process of H-beam, the rolling reduction of each straightening roll of straightener directly affects the residual stress and bending of H-beam. In order to reduce the residual stress and bending, meeting the national standard, the orthogonal experiment simulation is carried out on straightening process. According to the experiment, the effect of work rolls on the residual stress and bending of H-beam is obtained, and the optimal scheme for rolling reduction during H-beam straightening is found out.
