In the paper, it is introduced PLC intelligent temperature control system is applied in Sintering furnace, aiming at the needs of control accuracy, high control and stable constant temperature environment in the process of permanent magnetic material production, meanwhile the temperature can be controlled within the error range of ±5 ℃. Use PID controller embedded in PLC and external temperature control circuit to achieve automatic temperature control.
