The safe operation for pressure-bearing parts of waste heat recovery boiler is essential to the safe production of CDQ. Located in the waste heat boiler inlet, superheater is the most prone to leakage since it is the first to be eroded and worn by the high temperature recycle gas. In this paper, combined with the actual production of CDQ in Baotou Steel, analyzed the mechanism, reasons and practical measures of superheater tube burst to facilitate the superheater equipment to run well.
