Purpose/Significance

This research aims to explore the potential relationship between technical topics through the multi-topic association relationship, integrate the multi-topic association relationship to supplement the potential information, and explore the potential evolution path of frontier interdisciplinary technical topics.

Method/Process

Based on patent technology citations and cooperation relationships, this study proposed to strengthen relationships and new relationships for technical topics and used the entropy weight method to integrate multi-relation. Combining topics clustering and similarity measurement, this study measured the strength of technology paths and identified the evolution paths of technology topics.

Result/Conclusion

Using “graphene sensing” as an example, this study identifies three potential main paths of technological topics related to biomolecule separation, purification and sensing, glucose detection and control, and photoelectrochemical sensing, proving the effectiveness and feasibility of our method. The study also shows that multi-relation fusion has a positive supplementary effect on the study of topics evolution; keywords reflect the relationship between topics at the semantic level; and the overlap of weak relationships between technical topics is helpful to explore the potential main paths of technological topics.

目的/意义

通过多元主题关联关系挖掘技术主题间潜在关系,融合多元关系补充潜在信息,挖掘前沿交叉技术主题演化潜在路径。

方法/过程

基于专利技术引文与合作关系,提出技术主题强化关系与新增关系,利用熵权法融合多元关系,结合主题聚类与相似度计算,测度技术路径强弱关系,识别技术主题演化路径。

结果/结论

以“石墨烯传感”领域进行实证,识别出包含生物分子分离纯化与感测、葡萄糖检测与控制、光电化学传感等技术主题的3条潜在主路径,验证了本文方法的有效性与可行性。研究表明,多元关系融合利用对主题演化研究具有较好补充效果;主题词可在语义层面反映出主题间关系走向;技术主题间弱关系的增叠有助于挖掘技术主题演化潜在主路径。

目的/意义

通过多元主题关联关系挖掘技术主题间潜在关系,融合多元关系补充潜在信息,挖掘前沿交叉技术主题演化潜在路径。

方法/过程

基于专利技术引文与合作关系,提出技术主题强化关系与新增关系,利用熵权法融合多元关系,结合主题聚类与相似度计算,测度技术路径强弱关系,识别技术主题演化路径。

结果/结论

以“石墨烯传感”领域进行实证,识别出包含生物分子分离纯化与感测、葡萄糖检测与控制、光电化学传感等技术主题的3条潜在主路径,验证了本文方法的有效性与可行性。研究表明,多元关系融合利用对主题演化研究具有较好补充效果;主题词可在语义层面反映出主题间关系走向;技术主题间弱关系的增叠有助于挖掘技术主题演化潜在主路径。

Purpose/Significance

This research aims to explore the potential relationship between technical topics through the multi-topic association relationship, integrate the multi-topic association relationship to supplement the potential information, and explore the potential evolution path of frontier interdisciplinary technical topics.

Method/Process

Based on patent technology citations and cooperation relationships, this study proposed to strengthen relationships and new relationships for technical topics and used the entropy weight method to integrate multi-relation. Combining topics clustering and similarity measurement, this study measured the strength of technology paths and identified the evolution paths of technology topics.

Result/Conclusion

Using “graphene sensing” as an example, this study identifies three potential main paths of technological topics related to biomolecule separation, purification and sensing, glucose detection and control, and photoelectrochemical sensing, proving the effectiveness and feasibility of our method. The study also shows that multi-relation fusion has a positive supplementary effect on the study of topics evolution; keywords reflect the relationship between topics at the semantic level; and the overlap of weak relationships between technical topics is helpful to explore the potential main paths of technological topics.

技术创新推动经济发展与产业变革,是实现高水平科技自立自强的重要路径。前沿技术代表了技术创新发展方向,对新兴产业发展具有引领作用,通常具有探索性、先导性、前瞻性等1-2。交叉领域的融合创新是实现创新突破的重要途径,多种战略性新兴技术产业的创新突破来源于交叉领域3-4。技术发展过程虽复杂多变,但往往具备一定的发展轨迹与规律5-6。探究技术演化路径有助于识别并追踪技术发展趋势,为技术创新规划与部署提供指引参考7。随着专利技术情报分析的不断深入,基于单一关系的技术演化识别已难以满足现实需求8。为了更加有效准确地识别技术主题演化趋势,本文面向前沿交叉技术领域,通过融合技术主题多元特征与关系,挖掘潜在技术主题关联,以期实现前沿交叉技术主题路径的精准识别与预测。
在技术主题研究领域,前沿技术强调具有较明显的关注度9,并具备一定的新颖性10。前沿技术相对具体,更强调技术感应力11-12,因此,前沿技术主要指一段时间内研究关注度较高、增长速度较快、具备一定市场潜力的技术领域13。此外,在前沿技术研究领域,科技发展已呈现深度交叉融合趋势,技术的交叉可具体表现为技术会聚、融合、借鉴、集成等不同形态,其本质可认为是技术领域中知识间的交叉组合14,学界多从跨领域视角开展研究15-16。“交叉前沿”是指多个领域在知识生产或科学发现中产生交叉关联,并处于领域内最新、最具前瞻性的研究方向和成果17。综上,本文认为前沿交叉技术具有跨领域特征,主要指具备一定前瞻性与新颖性且在领域内具有较高关注度的技术。
在技术主题识别层面,当前主要方法包括专家评估判断与客观数据分析18。其中,客观数据分析法利用大量科技文献数据信息,与自然语言处理、文本挖掘、引文分析等1217计算机技术相结合,在前沿交叉识别中得到广泛应用19。特征测度方法在文本主题分类与识别等领域取得了较丰富的应用成果,如高频词能在一定程度上体现主题特征影响力20-21。然而,单一特征视角具有研究局限性,因此学者们陆续从不同视角提出多类指标以综合测度主题特征22。其中,基于综合度量的特征选择(Comprehensively Measure Feature Selection,CMFS)23综合了类内外领域特征,领域表征力相对较好,实验证明可作为对高频特征的有益补充。在高新颖性、高增长性层面,Kleinberg J提出的突发监测算法(Kleinberg Algorithm,KB)24应用较广。在交叉性层面,Technical Interdisciplinary(TI)指标25综合考虑了跨领域主题特征与影响力大小,具有较好的测度意义。
前沿交叉技术主题关系研究多从以下3个视角开展。一是主题词共现关系,是文献主题关联的最直接表现。金可怡等26基于SAO结构,通过构建加权共现网络实现技术关联机会发现。王金凤等27结合主题模型与共现网络分析,利用多维空间专利地图实现技术机会识别与评价。二是引文网络关系,体现技术流纵向传播与继承,也包含技术间横向交叉与渗透,被视为研究创新扩散路径的优良途径。如蒋依晓等28利用专利引文网络构建了3个阶段递进型关键核心技术识别方法。三是合作关系,“跨领域”合作是创新扩散的重要路径,被视为技术交叉主题识别的重要线索。如唐恒等29利用“作者—主题模型”对专利说明书进行挖掘,解析企业与技术主题间的关联。然而当前研究多聚焦已有合作关系的挖掘,现实中并非所有技术合作都能快速转化为专利合作申请,探查非直接合作者之间的主题关联更有利于发现潜在技术交叉融合,目前学界较少关注。
相比基于单一关系的技术主题路径识别,多元关系融合能补充更丰富的主题特征及深度关联,提高技术主题路径识别的准确性。例如,Janssens F等30将文献间基于词的关系与基于文献耦合的关系相融合,利用Fisher的逆卡方方法构建新关系数据集,有效揭示了领域主题。侯艳辉等31利用图卷积神经网络模型,融合文本语义特征与引文结构特征,通过融合异构数据构建专利向量,实现技术演化路径识别。其中,关系矩阵融合算法是实现多元关系融合的重点,学界常采用加权法32、证据理论33、模糊集方法34、神经网络方法35等,以加权法较为经典,可保留原有网络结构,结果可解释性较强,故应用广泛。
技术主题路径识别是研究技术交叉与融合趋势的重要方法。面对技术主题路径的复杂多变性,学界多将主路径分析法与文本挖掘技术相结合,以揭示技术领域演化的收敛或扩散态势,如陶治宇等36基于主路径分析和引文文本挖掘,实现关键核心技术基础研究结构识别。具体到主路径识别算法,1989年,Hummon N P等37提出了“主路径”思想,基于“整体连通性”来离析特定时刻引文网络关键路径,此后主路径法被引入专利引用网络分析以识别技术轨迹,先后产生了SPLC37、SPNP37、SPC38、NETP39、FCNP40等主路径搜索算法,以及大量算法合理性、算法优化与扩展的研究及实证。此外,主路径节点蕴含主题的相似度分析也较受关注,如陈亮等41采用技术主题路径上全部节点对的语义相似度之和作为该路径重要性权重指标。
前沿交叉技术兼具跨领域、前瞻性、新颖性以及高关注度等特征,识别其技术主题演化路径对科技发展研究具有指导意义。学界多基于共现关系、合作关系、引文关系等开展技术主题演化路径识别研究。然而,单一的主题特征与关系研究已难以满足当前需求,不利于提高技术主题演化路径识别的准确性与可解释性。具体识别方法层面,多利用主路径算法,或利用语义关系实现技术主题脉络识别,但当前研究多基于显性关系,对前沿交叉技术中的更多潜在关系挖掘不够充分。在主路径识别中,着眼于节点特征或语义特征,对多元特征与关系的融合应用相对较少。因此,充分挖掘技术主题间的潜在关系,探究技术主题关联强弱,利用多元关系融合实现信息补益,精准实现技术主题路径识别,提升技术演化预测效果,对前沿交叉技术研究具有重大意义。
专利是技术创新成果的重要载体,因此本文面向专利文献开展研究。首先,基于前沿交叉技术特征,利用词频、CMFS、KB、TI 4种测度方法抽取技术主题词。其次,基于技术词,构建基础、强化、新增3种技术主题关系,得到三类技术主题关联矩阵。第三,利用熵权法对三类技术主题关系实现矩阵融合,形成蕴含更多主题关联关系的信息增强矩阵;划分时间窗,利用K-core指数划分网络核心边缘层,提取前沿交叉多元融合关系中的关键核心信息;通过主题聚类将主题词节点划分为不同的技术主题,计算基于Jaccard系数的加权网络节点相似度,得到前沿交叉技术主题演化网络。最后,利用技术主题演化网络边权阈值,量化测度技术主题强弱关系;综合使用遍历与语义权重,识别技术主题演化网络的主路径,进而分析技术主题潜在主路径。本研究框架如图1所示。
本文基于前沿交叉技术特点,选取了高频、领域特征、技术交叉、技术突发为测度特征,分别选取词频、CMFS、TI、KB作为特征抽取指标,如表1所示。其中,基于专利文献技术特征,在计算TI时,结合IPC分类号对技术交叉进行测度,此时特征的分布度d为包含该特征的技术类别数量,tf为特征的频次。应用普赖斯定律确定高频、TI与KB核心词阈值,由于CMFS特征值与其他三类特征值存在一定数值量级差异,普赖斯公式灵敏度欠佳,因此应用齐普夫第二定律计算CMFS核心词阈值。
基于专利创新活动的主体与客体及其协同性、承继性特征,本研究最终确定了如下3种类型的主题关联关系:主题词共现关系、引文—主题词耦合关系、专利申请人—主题词耦合关系,在此基础上融合形成多元主题关联关系。首先,以专利文献中应用最为广泛的主题词共现关系作为基础关系,此时主题词之间基于专利文献产生关联。在此基础上,以文献之间的引用关系作为基础关系的补充,使主题词间关系得到强化,本文称其为强化关系。此外,将专利申请人加入研究对象,使得文献之间新增了合作申请关系,主题词之间的关系也得到增加,因此本文称其为新增关系。图2为三类主题关联关系及其融合示意图,3种关系具体含义如下。
1)基础关系:主题词共现关联矩阵(MB
假设分析对象专利文献集合为D,主题词Ti与主题词Tj出现在同一篇专利文献P中,满足此条件的TiTj所在的专利文献集合为D0D0DTi在专利文献P中的频次为npiTj在专利文献P中的频次为npj,文献P的所有主题词频次为Np。假设在集合D0中有k篇专利文献,即TiTjk篇专利文献中共现,则在集合D0中,TiTj的关系权重如式(1)所示:

其中,npiNpnpjNp分别表示TiTj与专利文献P的关联度,数值越高,代表TiTj与专利文献P的关联度越强。dij越高,代表TiTjD0中的总体关联强度越大。据此,得到集合D中任意两个主题词之间的关系权重,作为主题词基础关系矩阵中主题词间的相关系数。
2)强化关系:基于引文耦合的主题词关联矩阵(MC
假设分析对象专利文献集合为D,主题词Ti与主题词Tj未出现在同一篇专利文献P中,但二者被共同的施引专利文献C所引用,满足以上条件的TiTj所在的专利文献集合为D1D1D,在D1中有u篇这样的施引专利文献CTi与文献C的关联频次(D1中,施引文献C引用的所有Ti的频次)为nciTj与文献C的关联频次(D1中,施引文献C引用的所有Tj的频次)为ncj,在集合D1中,施引专利文献C引用的所有主题词的频次之和为Nc。则,TiTj基于引文耦合的强化关系权重如式(2)所示:

其中,nciNcncjNc分别表示TiTj与施引专利文献C的关联度,数值越高,代表TiTj与施引专利文献C的关联度越强。dij反映了TiTj通过施引专利文献C建立的关联强度,dij数值越高,说明TiTjD1中基于施引专利文献C的关联强度越大。据此,可得到集合D中任意两个主题词之间基于施引专利文献的强化关系权重,将其作为主题词相关系数,可得到主题词关联矩阵。主题词Ti与主题词Tj的关系通过施引专利文献C得到强化,即基于施引专利文献的强化关系矩阵。
3)新增关系:基于专利申请人耦合的主题词关联矩阵(MP
假设分析对象专利文献集合为D,主题词Ti与主题词Tj未出现在同一篇专利文献P中,且不拥有共同专利申请人,但Ti的专利申请人AkTj的专利申请人Ar有合作申请关系,满足以上条件的TiTj所在的专利文献集合为D2D2DTi与专利申请人Ak的关联频次(D2中,专利申请人Ak申请的所有Ti的频次)为nakiTj与专利申请人Ar的关联频次(D2中,专利申请人Ar申请的所有Tj的频次)为narj,专利申请人AkAr的所有合作申请主题词频次之和为n,在集合D2中,专利申请人Ak申请的所有主题词的频次之和为Nak,专利申请人Ar申请的所有主题词的频次之和为Nar。假如在D2中,满足AkAr条件的组合ct种,CAk,Ar1,t,即TiTj可以通过tAkAr组合中的任意一种或多种产生关联,在D2中,TiTj基于专利申请人耦合的新增关系权重如式(3)所示:

其中,nakiNak表示Ti与专利申请人Ak的关联度,数值越高,代表Ti与专利申请人Ak的关联度越强;narjNar表示Tj与专利申请人Ar的关联度,数值越高,代表Tj与专利申请人Ar的关联度越强。dij反映TiTj通过专利申请人建立的关联强度,dij数值越高,说明TiTjD2中基于专利申请人的关联强度越大。据此,可得到集合D中任意两个主题词之间基于专利申请人的新增关系权重,将其作为主题词相关系数,可得到主题词关联矩阵,即基于专利申请人的新增关系矩阵。
融合三类技术主题关联关系,为放大潜在关系,选取熵权法对MBMCMP矩阵进行融合,得到多元融合矩阵,该矩阵元素如式(4)所示:

将主题词共现、引文—主题词耦合、专利申请人—主题词耦合3类主题关联矩阵划分为若干个时间窗,利用熵权法计算获取各个时间窗的融合矩阵。由此,某一时间窗T下的融合矩阵DT,可以表示为一个多维的矩阵,如式(5)所示:

其中,dTij(i=1,2,,n, j=1,2,,m)是在时间窗T下融合矩阵中主题词i与主题词j的值。在实际计算中,融合矩阵DT下的维数较高,涉及的主题词过多,需要进行降维处理。本文选择K-core算法对网络进行降维,在提取网络主要核心节点的同时,能够保持节点间的紧密关联,以便准确识别重要技术创新。利用K-core值揭示节点的核心程度,划分网络层次(称为K-shell)43,以选择核心区域的技术主题进行研究。
此时,网络节点仍是主题词,为进一步探究技术主题演化路径,需对融合网络进行聚类,得到技术主题并构建主题关联关系。本文采用CONCOR算法对网络各节点聚类,与其他算法相比,CONCOR能体现出节点在复杂网络中的地位,同时可以充分利用融合网络中边的权重44
进一步探究技术主题间的相关关系,结合矩阵稀疏度较大的特点,利用Jaccard系数测度主题间相似度,反映技术主题在演化过程中发生的交叉融合活动。为更准确度量融合矩阵中节点的相似度,首先,引入基于Jaccard系数的加权网络节点相似度计算方法,如式(6)所示45

其中,wit表示节点i与节点t的边权,wjt表示节点j与节点t的边权;NiNj分别为节点i与节点j的邻居节点集,Ni  Nj为节点i与节点j的共同邻居节点集;Sij为节点i与节点j之间的相似度,且Sij0,1,其值越趋于1,两个节点位于一个社团的概率越高。由此,计算情形包括3种。情形1:节点i与节点j有共同邻居节点;情形2:节点i与节点j无共同邻居节点,但两节点直接相连;情形3:节点i与节点j无共同邻居节点且不相连。
依次对比两两主题内各个节点的相似度。假设主题1内包含n个节点,主题2内包含m个节点,则计算两两主题内的各个节点,可得如式(7)的节点相似度矩阵。

其中,Sw¯ij(i=1,2,,p, j=1,2,,q)表示时间窗口1的第i个主题与时间窗口2的第j个主题之间的相似度。
计算每两个相邻时间窗口的主题相似度矩阵的上四分位数(Q1)与中位数(Q2)作为主题状态临界点46:当主题间相似度达到Q2以上,视为两者存在强相关关系,存在明显的演化关系,也可能为同一主题;若相似度值介于Q1Q2之间,则可能存在演化关系,可视为二者之间存在潜在关系或弱相关关系;小于Q1则为新生或者消亡状态。为避免高频或密集区间的数据影响,本文基于相似度最大最小值计算区间上四分位数(Q1)与中位数(Q2),如式(10)所示:

基于技术主题关联关系,进一步分析其核心演化路径,本文利用主路径搜索算法实现对技术主题演化主路径提取。传统SPC算法可能出现路径语义偏移的问题,本文将SPC权重与主题相似度权重相结合47,构建得到主题加权网络,以平衡节点重要性与路径语义。具体方法为,在计算边权重时,将传统遍历权重(SPC权重)与语义权重(主题相似度)相结合,形成综合权重。在计算路径遍历权重时,沿用传统的连线权重累加方法,而计算路径语义权重时,将该路径上所有节点两两配对,并将其主题相似度进行累加,具体表示如式(11)所示:

其中,weightp,s表示路径p的遍历权重,weightp,t表示路径p的语义权重。为使边的综合权重尽量差异化,α采取变异系数法来确定。由于路径语义权重和遍历权重的取值区间处于不同量级,因此,在计算路径综合权重时,需要将其规范化使其处于同一区间。本文选择常用的规范化方法计算路径p的综合权重Wp,如式(12)所示:

其中,Wp是在所有路径层面上对语义权重与遍历权重进行融合的综合权重,为减小不同路径之间存在的误差,β由熵权法确定,指标数据越稳定,其权重越大。
本文以“石墨烯传感技术”领域为例开展实验研究,该领域跨材料、信息、生物等多个技术领域,具有技术交叉性强、交叉主题密集、前沿性强、创新更迭活跃等特点,对于本研究具有较好的实践意义。因此,本研究选取Derwent Innovation Index数据库,检索数据库包含化学(Cderwent)、电子电气(Ederwent)与机械工程(Mderwent),检索日期为2022年10月31日。检索策略如表2所示,共获得1 699项专利,经筛选排除,得到974项专利。
利用Derwent Data Analyzer(DDA)平台,基于974项专利记录的标题、摘要文本域,进行自然语言分词处理,得到n-gram原始主题词(组)20 036项,其中,n的范围为1~10。之后,采用DDA内置停用词表、叙词表等,开展主题词清洗。清洗内容包括:剔除通用意义停用词、专利文件的格式性和语法性术语、DWPI著录格式缩写语、化合物名称规范、英式与美式拼写规范等。清洗后,得到主题词(组)16 604项。最后,开展人工清洗。领域技术人员进行人工判读,合并同义词/近义词、剔除与实质性研究关联不大的通用主题词,如“包含”“使用”等。最终得到清理后主题词(组)7 873项,作为备选主题特征项。
基于技术生命周期理论48,绘制石墨烯传感专利技术发展趋势,如图3所示。由图3可知,该技术可划分为4个阶段:在2001—2011年发展缓慢,属于技术萌芽期;2012—2015年逐渐快速增长,属于技术成长期;2016—2018年新增数量连年大幅增长,增长速率逐渐达到峰值,属于技术成熟期;2019—2022年增长速率逐渐下降,技术规模趋于稳定,进入技术衰退期。
针对7 873项主题词(组),分别通过词频统计法、CMFS算法、TI指标、Kleinberg突发检测算法抽取4类文本主题词,应用普赖斯定律筛选高频、技术交叉、技术突破核心词,应用齐普夫第二定律筛选CMFS核心词。结合引文与专利申请人合作关系,抽取得到MBMCMP三类网络。利用熵权法对各时期的3种网络矩阵进行融合,构建多元关系融合网络矩阵。各时期网络融合权重如表3所示。
提取各时期网络K-core值最大的节点,构建子图作为核心层,并计算各核心层聚类系数、密度、平均距离,如表4所示。
对核心层应用CONCOR聚类,核心层抽取过程如图4所示。抽取网络中同时与两个以上主题词节点产生关系的专利,经领域专家解读分析,得到各时期8个主题,共32个主题,如表5所示。
基于聚类结果,利用加权网络节点相似度算法计算相邻阶段各主题间的相似度矩阵,其结果如表6所示。
根据相似度计算结果,大部分主题在前后阶段存在一定联系,利用Q1Q2阈值分析筛选主题间的强弱关系,得到各时期主题相似度阈值,如表7所示。根据主题相似度量化方式,大于Q2为主题间存在强关系,介于Q1Q2为主题间存在弱关系(潜在关系),小于Q1则没有明显相关关系。
利用主题相似度计算,本文抽取得到技术主题演化路径。各时期主题之间的演化关系错综复杂,其中,强相关关系蕴含了技术创新的主要脉络,可抽取获得技术主题主路径。分别应用SPC主路径算法、语义主路径算法以及结合语义与路径的主路径算法,得到强相关关系中的所有路径的权重Top6,如表8所示,并对3种算法得到的主路径进行可视化对比,如图5所示。
图5表明,SPC与主题相似度权重计算方法具有一定的互补性,通过语义与路径结合的权重计算方法,过滤掉语义偏移的主题节点,如体液检测与分析、非酶传感技术以及基于微纤结构的核苷酸检测,同时又保证了路径上节点的重要性。从主路径分析结果来看,石墨烯传感技术应用在生物传感领域较多,早期主要用于肽类物质的识别与光伏电池技术,两种技术相互交叉,演化至血浆激肽释放酶分析技术。部分肽类物质识别技术演化为生物分子分离纯化与感测技术,随后又与血浆激肽释放酶分析技术转向肌肉压力传感技术。之后,血浆激肽释放酶分析技术演化至葡萄糖监测与控制技术。最后,石墨烯光电特性的应用已经较为成熟,并转向综合性的免疫传感技术、阵列电极传感技术与光电化学技术。
具体观察主题内各个词的关系,计算各词节点的度中心度衡量节点重要性,得到各主题内词节点度中心度Top3,如表9所示。选择重要性较高的词节点进行分析,图6展示了各主题内度中心度Top3的词节点,其中实线表示技术主题主路径,虚线表示词节点的移动方向。
根据图6可以发现,石墨烯传感在生物样本检测领域,其词节点呈现出较为明显的继承性,主要应用场景经历了从肽类物质到酶再到葡萄糖的转变。光伏电池技术主要涉及与氯化银、金属镁、氧化铝等材料的组合使用。生物分子分离、纯化和感测技术主要应用于肿瘤与血液检测中。肌肉压力传感技术则主要利用了石墨烯材料的电极特性,并为电极技术的其他应用提供了参考。
单个弱相关关系在局部阶段表现相对不明显,但多种弱关系叠加会对路径整体权重产生影响,故需进一步挖掘弱关系叠加影响下的潜在主路径。本文对同时包含强关系与弱关系的技术主题演化路径进行主路径提取,其主路径权重Top6如表10所示。去除已识别的强关系主路径,可得基于技术主题弱相关关系的潜在主路径。将潜在主路径用虚线表示,添加至已识别的主路径中,如图7所示。潜在主路径可视为该时期较弱的主路径或较大可能在下一阶段形成新主路径的交互关系。
图7可知,生物分子分离、纯化和感测与葡萄糖检测与控制是成长期(2012—2015)到成熟期(2016—2018)影响相对较弱的主路径关系。其中,葡萄糖也可以认为是生物分子的一种,在监测与控制中可能需要用到分离、纯化和感测相关技术。葡萄糖监测与控制和免疫传感技术、光电化学传感技术的关联关系,也是潜在主路径。由于增加了更多弱关系,导致SPC的重要性更加凸显,说明三类技术在一定程度上应用了较多通用性技术。
为进一步验证多元关系融合对前沿交叉技术主题识别的有效性,本文选取常用的轮廓系数作为技术主题聚类效果评价指标,分别测度使用单一基础关系(MB)与多元关系(MB+MC+MP)的技术主题聚类效果,各时期轮廓系数如表11所示。
表11可知,基于多元关系融合的技术主题聚类效果,在各时期均优于使用单一基础关系的技术主题聚类。此外,得益于多元关系的信息补益作用,所得技术主题簇内包含更丰富的前沿交叉技术主题词,为技术主题识别与解读提供了更丰富的语义信息。
基于石墨烯传感技术主题演化主路径识别结果,搜索相关权威科研文献,对照领域技术创新进展,印证识别结果的有效性与准确性。
1)萌芽期—成长期。本时期石墨烯传感技术处于技术起步阶段,聚焦开发其物理与化学特性的潜在价值,主要有2个演化方向:一是光伏电池技术与肽类物质检测转向血浆激肽释放酶分析。石墨烯的高迁移率和光学透明度提高了光伏器件在电池中的应用性能49。到2011年左右,其在有机光伏电池应用方面取得突出进展50。如将石墨烯薄膜应用于太阳能电池的阳极,提高其功率转换效率51-52。此外,Nature Materials报道石墨烯在化学传感器应用中具备高灵敏性特性53,借助此特性,科学家设计了多种肽类物质检测技术与方法54-55。得益于良好的光电性能,石墨烯传感材料被发现在蛋白水解活性前列腺特异性抗原(Prostate Specific Antigen,PSA)检测中表现较好56。PSA为激肽释放酶的一种,此类技术在临床诊断和商业中得到大量应用57。二是肽类物质检测转向生物分子分离、纯化和感测,其原理主要是基于石墨烯与肽类物质的相互作用。如基于肽修饰的石墨烯生物传感器能有效实现对靶标蛋白的选择性检测58,亦有研究表明,氧化石墨烯对于溶菌酶具有强吸附和选择性59
2)成长期—成熟期。本时期石墨烯传感技术走向成熟,尤其在生物领域得到广泛应用,主要有2个演化方向:一是生物分子分离、纯化和感测与血浆激肽释放酶转向肌肉压力传感技术。在技术层面,沿用其良好的电化学性能,在肌肉压力传感中具有较好的灵敏度与稳定性60-61。在应用层面,在激肽释放酶检测与生物分子感测等技术成熟后,还需结合检测其相应的生理反应。以对姜黄素预防心血管疾病的作用机理研究为例62,结合对血管或肌肉压力的检测,可通过抑制血管紧张素转换酶(Angiotensin-Converting Enzyme,ACE)实现降低血压,保护心血管。二是血浆激肽释放酶转向葡萄糖监测与控制,同时,生物分子分离、纯化也对其产生了潜在影响,即在生物分子领域的石墨烯传感应用逐渐聚焦于葡萄糖检测技术。例如,以乳酸脱氢酶和葡萄糖氧化酶为催化材料,利用氧化石墨烯等材料对生物传感器性能进行改进63。此外,石墨烯及其衍生物在模拟过氧化物酶方面具有巨大潜力,如羧基修饰的氧化石墨烯被证明是一种过氧化物酶模拟物,可用于比色检测葡萄糖64
3)成熟期—衰退期。本时期石墨烯传感技术演化更加具有综合性,主要有3个演化方向:一是肌肉压力传感技术转向免疫传感技术,同时葡萄糖监测与控制技术也对其产生了潜在影响,使石墨烯材料在生物临床应用领域得到进一步综合利用与开发。科学家不断探索石墨烯的光电与化学特性,在免疫传感技术领域开展基于电、电化学和光学的技术应用,尤其在神经退行性疾病诊断中应用广泛65。二是肌肉压力传感技术与葡萄糖监测和控制技术转向阵列电极传感技术,从应用场景转向技术本身,从结构设计上提高传感效率。肌肉压力传感方面,基于石墨烯纳米片组装得到144像素的电控阵列传感器,使人体皮肤适形传感器具有更好的灵敏度、拉伸性、循环稳定性及耐用性66。至2022年,已发展出基于3D多孔石墨烯网络结构的阵列电极传感材料67,表现出优异的灵敏度与储能性能。葡萄糖监测与控制方面,多种利用纳米阵列改进葡萄糖电传感技术的研究涌现,表现出优异的灵敏性、稳定性、选择性与重现性68-69。三是肌肉压力传感技术转向光电化学传感技术,同时,葡萄糖监测与控制技术也对其产生了潜在影响,石墨烯材料在传感技术中的应用范围得到进一步扩大。如氧化石墨烯本身作为光收集材料,结合原位化学氧化还原和功能化策略,可实现多功能和高通量阴极的光电化学生物分析70。使用基于CuWO4与还原氧化石墨烯层的协同耦合结构,可使光电化学传感器在临床生物标志物检测中表现出优越的信号灵敏度,具有较高的潜在应用价值71
本文面向前沿交叉技术领域特征,构建了一种基于多元关系融合的专利技术主题演化路径识别方法。该方法提取出专利文本的高频、领域重要、技术突发、技术交叉等前沿交叉特征,分别抽取出基础、强化、新增三类技术主题关联关系,并通过融合算法得到多元主题关联增强矩阵及相应时序融合网络;利用K-core指数、主题聚类、节点相似度计算,实现前沿交叉关键技术主题及其演化网络的提取;利用网络边权阈值实现技术主题关联强弱的量化测度,再综合运用遍历权重与语义权重,实现前沿交叉技术主题演化主路径的识别、潜在演化路径的预测。
以“石墨烯传感技术”领域专利数据为例的实证研究结果表明:①多元主题关联关系的融合应用,对于技术主题特征挖掘具有明显的信息补益作用,丰富了技术主题聚类效果,增强了技术主题识别的可读性与可解释性。②语义权重与遍历权重的结合运用,有助于提升技术主题关联强度判别的全面性与准确性,更好地反映出技术主题特征走向,为技术主题演化分析与解读提供了更多视角信息。③多元主题关系的融合促进了弱关联信号的增叠与显现,有助于识别技术主题的潜在演化路径,提升研判技术未来趋势与走向的前瞻性。
本文还存在一定不足。一是前沿交叉技术领域的技术特征及其主题关联关系抽取有待进一步丰富。二是多元关系的融合方法还较为单一。未来可面向更多技术领域场景,挖掘更丰富的技术主题特征及其关联关系,尝试更多融合方法,进一步提升技术主题演化路径识别的准确性与前瞻性。
