A fault estimation algorithm based on iterative learning strategy is proposed for a class of continuous nonlinear systems with fault signals.The algorithm mainly adopts the rolling optimization idea in predictive control theory.Firstly,when the nonlinear system is subjected to bounded state interference and measurement interference,a fault tracking estimator is constructed using state errors and output residuals,and the differential signal of adjacent two output residuals is added on the iteration axis to obtain a virtual fault signal that approximates the actual fault signal.Secondly,in the sense of λ-norm,the convergence and complexity of output residuals and fault estimation errors are analyzed,and the convergence is judged through Gronwall inequality,which provides a sufficient condition convergence of the algorithm.Finally,through numerical simulations,the forms of common failure functions,and the comparison between the proposed methods with the P-type algorithm,the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed algorithm are demonstrated.

针对一类具有故障信号的连续非线性系统,提出一种基于迭代学习策略的故障估计算法。该算法主要是采用预测控制理论中的滚动优化思想。首先,当非线性系统受到有界状态干扰和量测干扰时,利用状态误差和输出残差构造故障跟踪估计器,并在迭代轴上增加相邻两个输出残差的差分信号,以此获得虚拟故障信号以逼近实际故障信号。其次,在λ范数的意义下,分析输出残差和故障估计误差的收敛性和复杂度,并通过Gronwall不等式对收敛性进行判断,给出一个使算法收敛的充分条件。最后,通过对常见故障函数的形式以及所提方法与P型算法的对比进行数值仿真,证明了所提算法的可行性和有效性。

针对一类具有故障信号的连续非线性系统,提出一种基于迭代学习策略的故障估计算法。该算法主要是采用预测控制理论中的滚动优化思想。首先,当非线性系统受到有界状态干扰和量测干扰时,利用状态误差和输出残差构造故障跟踪估计器,并在迭代轴上增加相邻两个输出残差的差分信号,以此获得虚拟故障信号以逼近实际故障信号。其次,在λ范数的意义下,分析输出残差和故障估计误差的收敛性和复杂度,并通过Gronwall不等式对收敛性进行判断,给出一个使算法收敛的充分条件。最后,通过对常见故障函数的形式以及所提方法与P型算法的对比进行数值仿真,证明了所提算法的可行性和有效性。

A fault estimation algorithm based on iterative learning strategy is proposed for a class of continuous nonlinear systems with fault signals.The algorithm mainly adopts the rolling optimization idea in predictive control theory.Firstly,when the nonlinear system is subjected to bounded state interference and measurement interference,a fault tracking estimator is constructed using state errors and output residuals,and the differential signal of adjacent two output residuals is added on the iteration axis to obtain a virtual fault signal that approximates the actual fault signal.Secondly,in the sense of λ-norm,the convergence and complexity of output residuals and fault estimation errors are analyzed,and the convergence is judged through Gronwall inequality,which provides a sufficient condition convergence of the algorithm.Finally,through numerical simulations,the forms of common failure functions,and the comparison between the proposed methods with the P-type algorithm,the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed algorithm are demonstrated.

随着工业对可靠性和安全性的需求不断增加,工程领域越来越多地采用自主化机械设备,所以工业工程系统对这些机械设备的依赖日益增强,系统的可靠性和安全性也随之凸显。当系统一旦出现故障,就需要借助故障诊断算法,迅速评估故障对系统的影响,以便及时采取恰当的控制措施。如胡文涛等[1]基于大数据的动车组故障诊断方法研究,充分利用大数据,对机动车组进行故障诊断和检测。在过去几十年中故障诊断受到了学术界和工业应用领域的广泛关注,在这些理论成果中,基于观测器的方法是最常见的途径之一。基于观测器的故障检测与诊断的主要思想是将测量输出与根据系统模型设计的观测器输出进行比较,并将差异用作输出残差。通过分析该残差信号,给出是否发生故障状况的结论,并且尝试确定其位置。然而,故障诊断无法精准界定故障的具体规模与形态特征。故障估计(Fault Estimation,FE)则作为补充,提供确切的信息。在过去的十年中,由于其理论和实际意义,故障估计问题已经被深入研究,并且已经开发了各种不同的方法来解决[2-4]
近年来,有许多关于各类系统故障估计的研究成果,如刘梦舒等[5]和Feng等[6]对系统进行故障估计的研究。这些方法虽然满足严格假设并且基于精确的系统模型,但是这种假设在实际应用中并不常见,特别是在工程应用领域,研究人员为了克服这些缺点投入了大量精力,利用基于计算机的学习技术(包括基于神经网络的方法和迭代学习方法)[7]来设计和分析故障检测与估计方案[8]。但是基于神经网络的方法在神经网络的在线训练方面耗时较长并且通过计算方法很难确保神经网络的稳定性,因此其应用范围受到限制。同时,许多工业系统是重复运行的系统。例如,工业机器人和计算机数控机床经常重复执行任务,以周期信号为指令的系统也会不断重复相同的工作。因此,迭代学习方法吸引了研究人员的极大关注,并取得了许多优秀成果。
迭代学习控制(Iterative Learning Control,ILC)是一种智能控制技术,1984年Arimoto等[9]对其进行发展并深化研究。近年来吸引了许多学者的广泛关注,与其他学习方法[10]类似,迭代学习控制是从先前的迭代中学习经验和性能,为了在当前迭代中获得更精确的跟踪结果,提高了实验过程的跟踪性能[11-14]。由于其算法简单且计算量小,迭代学习控制在理论和实践方面都得到了极大的发展[15-19]。目前,其应用涵盖多个领域,如网络控制、电力动态分配、工业机器人、城市道路交通流量以及其他重复过程。
在工业领域,设备的连续稳定运行是保障生产效率、产品质量与人员安全的基石。故障的突发,可能会引发产线停滞、次品率上涨,甚至化工装置泄漏等事故,对社会造成危害。故障估计则通过对设备运行状态的实时监测的精准捕捉,能提前预知潜在的故障。迭代学习方法适配工业设备重复性运行场景(如自动化循环),在故障估计中,可利用历史迭代周期的运行数据,动态优化故障系统。通过多周期数据的迭代学习,逐次修正系统的参数。其优势在于,动态适应性强,能随设备性能退化、干扰波动实时调整估计策略;精确度显著,通过迭代修正不断缩小估计误差,适配工业系统时变特性;抗扰鲁棒性增强,保障工业的有效运行。
结合迭代学习的基本思想,现有研究在故障估计上存在局限。首先,部分未考虑非线性系统。如Pazera等[20]的研究中,提出面向动态系统的过程容错迭代学习控制。将离散线性重复过程与迭代学习控制相结合,使所研究的系统完成准确跟踪,并阐述存在干扰的情况下,运用范数的方法确保系统的稳定性。仿真部分通过机电实验证明了故障函数的稳定性。但是,仅针对线性系统未考虑非线性特性。Li等[21]设计了一种基于迭代学习方法的故障估计观测器,通过迭代对系统故障进行准确的估计。由于仅针对先行重复系统,而在实际工业系统如复杂机械臂、化工工程等常具有强非线性,未考虑非线性情况。Lan等[22]针对线性参数变化(Linear Parameter Varying,LPV)系统中执行器与传感器故障、不确定性及干扰问题,提出一种迭代策略以实现故障估计与容错控制(Fault Tolerant Control,FTC)的鲁棒集成,未考虑非线性系统。戴洪德等[23]基于线性矩阵不等式的离散系统集成故障估计与容错控制对线性系统提出故障估计算法,应用线性矩阵不等式求解故障观测器和容错控制器的增益矩阵从而实现故障估计和容错控制,并在仿真部分证明其有效性,由于该方法未考虑非线性系统的情况,具有一定的局限。其次,故障函数类型有限。如苏晓明等[24]提出基于中间估计器的非线性广义马尔可夫跳变系统的故障估计,首先考虑系统执行器和传感器同时发生故障的情况,利用利普希茨条件对系统进行故障估计分析,其次证明了系统对故障函数的导函数是状态稳定的,最后通过仿真证明该方法的有效性和可行性。由于仿真仅针对正弦函数进行了故障估计,没有涉及其他常见的故障函数,实际应用中适应性有限。孙延修等[25]提出一种含扰动非线性离散系统的故障观测器设计方法,对含故障和干扰的两类非线性系统进行了仿真实验,证明了该方法的有效性,但是未对常见的函数进行故障估计,存在一定的局限。第三,未引入滚动优化思想。如马文超等[26]提出一类非线性系统的故障估计和预设性能控制,基于预设性能的容错控制方案,证明了系统状态误差和跟踪误差收敛,并通过仿真证明了有效性。但该方案未结合滚动优化,难以在动态工况中实时更新估计策略,面对干扰随机波动的场景,故障估计的时效性与精准性易受影响,限制了在复杂工业环境的深度应用。
受前面文献的启发,提出将迭代学习方法植入一种具有故障的连续非线性系统的故障估计算法,该算法的主要创新点是采用预测控制理论中的滚动优化思想[27]。当系统受到有界状态干扰和量测干扰时利用系统输出和估计输出之间的残差,在迭代轴上增加了相邻两个输出残差的差分信号,使故障跟踪估计器中的虚拟故障t)逐步逼近实际故障,从而实现对系统中发生的故障进行估计。并充分利用系统已有的信息,提高系统的稳定性。仿真部分通过对比指数函数、正弦函数和脉冲函数的故障函数以及通过P型算法与它们的输出残差收敛性进行对比试验,验证该算法的有效性。

与基于状态感测器的传统方法(如On3)的Lyapunov方程)相比显著降低。
为量化评价所提算法与传统P型迭代学习算法的收敛性能,本节通过误差范数进行对比。
1)所提算法。虚拟故障为t)=t)+Lprkt)+LdΔrkt),其中Δrkt)=rkt)-rk-1t),结合故障估计误差t)=ht)-t)和残差rkt)=ykt)-t),可得误差递推关系

所提算法同时利用当前状态误差‖ekλ和前次状态误差‖ek-1λ,通过历史误差修正增强调节能力;而P型算法仅依赖‖ekλ,信息利用单一,导致误差衰减缓慢。故所提算法比P型算法有更好的收敛性。
为了验证迭代学习故障诊断算法的可行性和有效性,考虑如下系统

选取迭代算法的增益矩阵分别Lp=0.3和Ld=0.1,在此条件下得ρ1=0.9,ρ2=0.05,则ρ1+ρ2=0.95<1,满足收敛条件。假设故障函数分别为指数函数、正弦函数和脉冲函数。即

根据现有P型算法学习率uk+1t)=ukt)+Kpekt),选取学习增益矩阵Kp=0.3,给定性能指标ε=0.01,设置时间区间为t=50和最大迭代次数k=100,以防止无限迭代,得到仿真结果分别如图1图6所示。其中图1图3图5分别是指数函数、正弦函数和脉冲函数的实际与估计的故障曲线对比图;图2图4图6分别是所提算法与P型迭代学习算法在达到收敛条件下的输出残差收敛曲线。
图1图3图5可以看出,所提的故障跟踪估计器可以检测不同类型的故障信号,因为存在状态干扰和量测干扰,所以其在固定时间内与实际故障信号存在一定的误差。从图2图4图6可以看出,提出的算法比P型算法具有更快的收敛速度,避免了P型算法收敛速度慢的缺点。并且当满足给定的性能指标ε=0.01时,通过故障估计算法利用输出残差及其相邻两个输出残差的差值信号,可以得到‖yt)-t)‖<0.01,从而停止迭代,满足定理1所证明的结果。
由于所提算法是以假设1中的Lipschitz条件为基础的,其推导、收敛性均依赖其线性约束,该条件是连续非线性系统的通用正则性假设,在工业场景中普遍满足。验证当满足条件的系统,可通过适配其他满足该条件的系统(如时滞、干扰场景),可基于此条件进行分析,故能够保证该算法的普适性。
针对一类具有故障检测与估计的连续非线性系统,提出将迭代学习方法应用于故障检测与估计的算法。该算法主要采用滚动优化思想,利用状态误差和输出残差构造故障跟踪估计器,不仅可以有效地检测系统故障,而且可以准确地估计故障信号。同时,为了证明迭代学习故障估计算法的有效性,考虑了一个数值算例,在具有状态干扰和量测干扰有界的情况下,通过对指数函数、正弦函数和脉冲函数的故障函数以及通过P型算法与其输出残差收敛性进行对比试验,使虚拟故障接近系统中实际发生的故障从而对系统中发生的故障进行估计,并充分利用系统的有效信息,提高了系统的稳定性。仿真结果表明,随着迭代次数的增加输出残差逐渐减小并在给定条件下停止迭代,所提算法具有更广泛的适用性和实用性。
