To solve the problem of stable information transmission for unmanned systems in complex electromagnetic environments, the information elastic adaptation method for unmanned systems based on communication quality assessment is proposed. Signal strength, bit error rate, and signal-to-noise ratio at the communication link layer are selected as characteristic parameters for communication quality assessment. Long Short-Term Memory ( LSTM) network is served as the signal prediction model to estimate future signal parameters, while a Support Vector Regression (SVR) model is employed to evaluate real-time communication quality. Based on the communication quality level evaluation model, the communication quality evaluation results are obtained; corresponding level of content is transmitted according to the communication quality level. Simulations using real-world data and field tests demonstrate that the proposed method ensures reliable information transmission for unmanned systems in highly dynamic and contested electromagnetic environments.

针对复杂电磁环境下的无人系统信息稳定传输问题,提出了基于通信质量评估的无人系统信息弹性适配方法。选取通信链路层信号强度、误码率、信噪比作为通信质量评估特征参数;使用长短时记忆网络(Long Short-Term Memory,LSTM)模型作为信号预测模型,预测下一时刻信号参数;使用支持向量回归(Support Vector Regression,SVR)模型作为通信质量回归模型,得到当前时刻的通信质量;基于通信质量等级评估模型得到通信质量评估结果;根据通信质量等级传输对应层级内容。实采数据仿真及实飞试验表明,所提方法可以实现高实时、强对抗电磁环境下的无人系统信息稳定传输。

针对复杂电磁环境下的无人系统信息稳定传输问题,提出了基于通信质量评估的无人系统信息弹性适配方法。选取通信链路层信号强度、误码率、信噪比作为通信质量评估特征参数;使用长短时记忆网络(Long Short-Term Memory,LSTM)模型作为信号预测模型,预测下一时刻信号参数;使用支持向量回归(Support Vector Regression,SVR)模型作为通信质量回归模型,得到当前时刻的通信质量;基于通信质量等级评估模型得到通信质量评估结果;根据通信质量等级传输对应层级内容。实采数据仿真及实飞试验表明,所提方法可以实现高实时、强对抗电磁环境下的无人系统信息稳定传输。

To solve the problem of stable information transmission for unmanned systems in complex electromagnetic environments, the information elastic adaptation method for unmanned systems based on communication quality assessment is proposed. Signal strength, bit error rate, and signal-to-noise ratio at the communication link layer are selected as characteristic parameters for communication quality assessment. Long Short-Term Memory ( LSTM) network is served as the signal prediction model to estimate future signal parameters, while a Support Vector Regression (SVR) model is employed to evaluate real-time communication quality. Based on the communication quality level evaluation model, the communication quality evaluation results are obtained; corresponding level of content is transmitted according to the communication quality level. Simulations using real-world data and field tests demonstrate that the proposed method ensures reliable information transmission for unmanned systems in highly dynamic and contested electromagnetic environments.

无人机作为现代科技的杰出代表,其应用领域广泛[1-8],包括民用航拍、农业植保、灾害监测、物流配送等多个方面[9-12]。然而,尽管无人机技术日新月异,其在执行各类任务时面临的通信条件复杂性却始终是制约其性能发挥的关键因素之一。
信息传输是无人机执行任务的核心所在,关乎任务的成败与效率。然而,在实际应用中,无人机往往需要在复杂多变的环境中飞行,如城市高楼间、山区峡谷中或电磁干扰强烈的区域。这些复杂环境对无人机的通信链路构成了严峻挑战,导致任务信息在传输过程中出现不稳定现象[13-18]
通信条件的不稳定不仅会影响任务信息的实时性和准确性,还可能造成信息的丢失或延误,从而给任务的执行带来不可预测的风险[19-22]。例如,信息的滞后或失真可能导致设备的贻误;在灾害监测中,信息的缺失可能延误救援时机,造成不可估量的损失。
因此,如何克服复杂通信条件对无人机信息传输的影响,成为当前无人机技术发展中亟待解决的问题。科研人员正在不断探索新的通信技术、优化通信协议,以提高无人机在复杂环境下的通信稳定性和可靠性。同时,加强无人机与地面控制站之间的协同作战能力,也是提升无人机信息传输效率的重要途径。
本文提出了一种基于通信质量评估的无人系统信息弹性适配方法,基于信号预测模型和通信质量评估模型得到通信质量评估结果,并传输对应层级的内容。经实采数据和实飞验证,本文方法可以实现在复杂通信情况下的无人系统信息稳定传输。
基于通信质量评估的无人系统信息弹性适配方法技术框架如图1所示。本文使用信号强度、误码率、信噪比作为通信质量评估特征参数,使用LTSM模型作为参数预测模型,得到tn+1时刻的特征参数;使用SVR模型作为通信质量评估模型,分别得到t1tn时刻的通信质量评估结果;基于LSTM和SVR模型综合得到通信质量评估结果。本文技术架构主要优势如下:
① 使用LTSM模型作为参数预测模型,可以利用其强大的数据拟合能力,得到下一时刻的参数。
② 使用SVR模型作为通信质量评估模型,可以利用其强大数据回归及泛化能力,得到该时刻的通信质量评估结果。
③ 本技术架构具有对偶性质,第一条线路是预测所有特征参数下一个时刻的特征值,然后评估根据所有下一个时刻的特征参数得到下一个时刻的通信质量评估结果;第二条线路是,根据每一个时刻的特征参数,得到该时刻的通信质量评估结果,然后根据前n个时刻的通信质量评估结果,拟合下一个时刻的通信质量评估结果,最后综合2条线路的通信质量评估结果,得到最终的通信质量评估结果。本文技术架构可以综合参数预测和通信质量评估2个层面的结果,形成对偶架构,得到精确的通信质量评估结果。
本文选取通信链路层信号强度、误码率、信噪比作为通信质量评估特征参数。
LSTM是一种时间循环网络[23],在信号预测层面具有较强的数据拟合性,由输入门、遗忘门、候选记忆单元、记忆单元更新、输出门、隐藏状态更新等单元组成,LSTM模型架构如图2所示。
(1)输入门。上一个时刻的输出ht-1和当前时刻的输入xt作为输入门的输入,并通过非线性激活函数Sigmoid,主要作用是控制当前时刻信息的存储,可以表示如下:
式中:σ表示Sigmoid激活函数,Wi表示权重矩阵, bi表示偏置。
(2)遗忘门。上一个时刻的输出ht-1和当前时刻的输入xt作为遗忘门的输入,并通过非线性激活函数Sigmoid,主要作用是控制上一时刻信息的丢弃,可以表示如下:

(3)候选记忆单元。上一个时刻的输出ht-1和当前时刻的输入xt作为候选记忆单元的输入,并通过非线性激活函数tanh,主要作用是生成新的候选值,可以表示如下:
式中:tanh表示tanh激活函数,WC表示权重矩阵, bC表示偏置。
(4)记忆单元更新。记忆单元更新的输入为输入门和遗忘门的输出、上一时刻细胞状态、候选记忆单元输出,主要作用是结合新旧信息更新记忆单元,可以表示如下:
(5)输出门。上一个时刻的输出ht-1和当前时刻的输入xt作为输出门的输入,并通过非线性激活函数Sigmoid,主要作用是控制信息的输出,可以表示如下:

(6)隐藏状态更新。隐藏状态更新的输入为输出门和记忆更新单元的输出,主要作用是输出当前隐藏状态,可以表示如下:
本文使用n个LSTM模型基本单元作为信号预测模型,以信号强度特征为例,具体预测方式为:输入前n个时刻的信号强度到信号预测模型,输出下一个时刻的信号强度。误码率、信噪比等特征参数预测也参照上述方法,获取下一个时刻的误码率和信噪比特征参数。
SVR模型具有较强的数据回归及泛化能力[24],主要面向数值预测任务,核心在于构建一个高精度拟合器,通过自适应学习机制使输出曲线与训练样本分布实现最优吻合,从而系统性地压缩估计偏差。
SVR回归函数可以表示如下:
式中:w表示权重向量,b表示偏置,可以通过构建ε-区域控制数据回归的精度。
引入双向松弛变量ξi(上界误差)和(下界误差),采用正则化系数λ,优化目标函数为:
需满足如下约束优化条件:
通过引入4组乘子,其中对应ε-带约束,对应松弛变量非负约束,可以将优化函数重构为拉格朗日函数,表示如下:
在满足KKT的条件下,可以得到线性回归函数:
本文使用SVR模型作为通信质量回归模型,具体方式为:输入同一时刻的通信质量评估参数(信号强度、误码率、信噪比),得到当前时刻的通信质量。
基于通信质量等级评估模型的带通信质量评估结果,具体方式为:
(1)将前n个时刻的通信质量参数分别输入到LSTM模型,得到下一个时刻的通信质量参数并输入到SVR模型,得到下一个时刻的通信质量评估结果Eq1
(2)将前n个时刻中每个时刻的通信质量参数输入到SVR模型,得到每个时刻的通信质量评估结果;将前n个时刻的通信质量评估结果输入到LSTM模型,得到下一个时刻的通信质量评估结果Eq2
(3)如果Eq1Eq2的差小于给定阈值,则Eq=(Eq1+Eq1/2,否则到下一个时刻继续执行前2步,直至Eq1Eq2的差小于给定阈值,Eq=(Eq1+Eq1/2。
(1)将通信质量评估结果理论值的最大值和最小值间等量划分为m级,分别为1,2,…,m级,表示为Eg=1,2,…,m
(2)将传输信息划分为原始视频码流、压缩视频码流、含目标图像、报文等信息内容颗粒度等级。
(3)通信质量评估属于哪个等级,就传输对应等级的传输信息,通信质量等级传输内容划分如图3所示。
采集1000组连续多个时刻的通信质量评估特征参数数据和通信质量等级,其中连续时刻为9,覆盖所有通信质量等级,其中通信质量等级m设为5。随机取其中80%数据作为训练,剩余20%数据作为测试,用前8个时刻的通信质量特征参数预测第9个时刻的通信质量评估等级,得到通信预测准确率。采集数据总共1000组数据,每组数据有9个时刻通信质量评估特征参数数据和通信质量等级,也就是有9000组通信评估数据集,随机取其中80%数据作为训练,剩余20%数据作为测试,得到通信评估准确率,其中,通信评估准确率为99%,通信预测准确率为85%。
可以看出,本文方法无论是对于本时刻的通信质量评估,还是对于下一时刻的通信质量预测,都获得了较高的分类结果。
基于本文方法进行实飞演示,通信终端共分为5个通信质量等级,分别为8 Mb/s、4 Mb/s、2 Mb/s、1 Mb/s、512 kb/s,分别对应原始图像视频、一级压缩图像视频、二级压缩图像视频、含目标图像、报文信息,当通信评估和通信预测结果一致时,切换相应通信终端传输等级,实飞过程中通信效果如图4图8所示。
图4可以看出,在通信等级1下可以支撑传输原始图像视频,在8 Mb/s通信带宽的情况下,实际传输图像为4.59 Mb/s。
图5可以看出,在通信等级2下可以支撑传输原始图像视频,在4 Mb/s通信带宽的情况下,实际传输图像为3.1 Mb/s。
图6可以看出,在通信等级3下可以支撑传输原始图像视频,在2 Mb/s通信带宽的情况下,实际传输图像为1.59 Mb/s。
图7可以看出,在通信等级4下可以支撑传输原始图像视频,在1 Mb/s通信带宽的情况下,实际传输图像为0.81 Mb/s。
图8可以看出,在通信等级5下可以支撑传输原始图像视频,在512 kb/s通信带宽的情况下,实际传输图像为32.768 kb/s。
从上述结果可以看出,本文方法可以自主评估通信质量等级,并自适应传输对应等级信息,传输信息无卡顿,可以满足复杂电磁环境下信息稳定传输。
针对复杂电磁环境下无人系统信息稳定传输的挑战,本文提出了一种基于通信质量评估的弹性适配方法。通过选取信号强度、误码率和信噪比作为通信链路层的关键评估参数,结合LSTM模型的信号预测能力和SVR模型的通信质量回归分析,实现了对通信状态的实时精准评估。基于质量等级的动态适配机制,系统能够智能调整数据传输策略,确保关键信息优先传输。实际数据仿真和飞行试验表明,该方法在强对抗、高动态的复杂电磁环境中仍能保持稳定的实时通信性能,显著提升了无人系统在恶劣电磁条件下的信息传输可靠性。本文为复杂电磁环境下无人系统的通信抗干扰和自适应传输提供了有效的技术解决方案。
