To examine the impact of aerobic exercise training on the structures of gut microbiota in female drug addiction individuals, a 12-week aerobic exercise intervention was conducted with 100 female participants who have a history of drug dependence. Stool samples were collected from the subjects before and after the exercise intervention, and the composition of the gut microbiota before and after exercise was analyzed using high-throughput sequencing of the 16S rRNA gene in female addicted populations taking different types of drugs. The results indicate that a 12-week aerobic exercise intervention induces significant changes in the species diversity and abundance of dominant genera within the gut microbiota of female drug addiction individuals. The principal component analysis revealed significant difference in the structures of the gut microbiota between the traditional drug intervention group and the novel drug intervention group, both before and after exercise. At the class, order, and family levels, significant differences (P<0.05) were observed in species composition between pre-and post-exercise samples within the traditional drug intervention group (MC group). Specifically, there was a notable increase in the abundance of Actinobacteria at the class level and Coriobacteriaceae at the family level following exercise. In the novel drug intervention group (MX group), significant differences（P<0.05）were also noted at the family and order levels between pre- and post-exercise samples. Post-exercise, there was a marked increase in the abundance of Bifidobacteriaceae at the family level and Bifidobacteriales at the order level. This study offers a comprehensive gut microbiota reference for exercise interventions aimed at enhancing the physical and mental health of female individuals with drug addiction.

为探究有氧运动训练对女性毒品成瘾人群肠道菌群结构的影响，招募100名女性毒品成瘾者为实验对象进行12周有氧运动干预。在运动干预前后分别对受试者进行粪便样本采集，采用16S rRNA基因高通量测序技术分析吸食不同类型毒品女性成瘾人群运动前后肠道菌群的组成。结果表明，12周有氧运动干预可引起女性毒品成瘾人群肠道菌群物种多样性和优势群落菌属的丰度变化。主成分分析结果显示，运动前后传统毒品运动干预组（MC组）、新型毒品运动干预组（MX组）肠道菌群结构存在显著差异。在纲、目、科水平上，MC组在实验前后物种存在显著差异（P<0.05），运动后纲水平上放线菌（Actinobacteria）和红蝽菌科（Coriobacteriaceae）丰度显著提高。在科、目水平上，MX组实验前后物种存在显著差异（P<0.05），运动后双歧杆菌科（Bifidobacteriaceae）和双歧杆菌目（Bifidobacteriales）丰度显著提高。本研究旨在从肠道微生物角度，为运动干预改善女性毒品成瘾人群身心健康提供参考。
