Water park is an important window of ecological civilization construction. Taking 20 national water parks as examples, using the public comment data, the CES dictionary of water park was constructed to analyze the public perception frequency and satisfaction of the CES during and after the COVID-19 pandemic. And then IPA model was used to evaluate water park. The results show that the public focus on water park are consumption, transportation, scenic spot environment and water conservancy engineering, and there are differences in different stages; The frequency of aesthetic value and recreation is the highest, and the frequency of inspiration service is the lowest. The frequency of popular science education is lower during the COVID-19 pandemic; The overall satisfaction is 80.51% during the COVID-19 pandemic and 82.15% after the COVID-19 pandemic ends; The future construction of water park in Henan Province should pay attention to social relations and science education service, while fully exploiting the potential of cultural history and spiritual service. The research is of great significance to the evaluation and planning and construction of water park.

水利风景区是生态文明建设的重要窗口。以20家国家水利风景区为研究对象,使用大众点评数据,通过构建水利风景区CES词典,从疫情期间和疫情后两个阶段,分析公众对CES的感知频率和满意度,应用IPA模型对水利风景区进行评价。结果显示,公众对水利风景区的关注重点集中在消费、交通、景区环境和水利工程等方面,不同阶段存在差异;两阶段(疫情期间、疫情后)中美学价值和休闲游憩的感知频率均最高,灵感服务的频率均最低,疫情期间科普教育的感知频率明显降低;整体满意度在疫情期间为80.51%,疫情后为82.15%;未来河南省水利风景区建设应注重社会关系和科普教育服务,同时充分挖掘文化历史和精神服务的潜力。研究对水利风景区评价与规划建设有重要意义。

水利风景区是生态文明建设的重要窗口。以20家国家水利风景区为研究对象,使用大众点评数据,通过构建水利风景区CES词典,从疫情期间和疫情后两个阶段,分析公众对CES的感知频率和满意度,应用IPA模型对水利风景区进行评价。结果显示,公众对水利风景区的关注重点集中在消费、交通、景区环境和水利工程等方面,不同阶段存在差异;两阶段(疫情期间、疫情后)中美学价值和休闲游憩的感知频率均最高,灵感服务的频率均最低,疫情期间科普教育的感知频率明显降低;整体满意度在疫情期间为80.51%,疫情后为82.15%;未来河南省水利风景区建设应注重社会关系和科普教育服务,同时充分挖掘文化历史和精神服务的潜力。研究对水利风景区评价与规划建设有重要意义。

Water park is an important window of ecological civilization construction. Taking 20 national water parks as examples, using the public comment data, the CES dictionary of water park was constructed to analyze the public perception frequency and satisfaction of the CES during and after the COVID-19 pandemic. And then IPA model was used to evaluate water park. The results show that the public focus on water park are consumption, transportation, scenic spot environment and water conservancy engineering, and there are differences in different stages; The frequency of aesthetic value and recreation is the highest, and the frequency of inspiration service is the lowest. The frequency of popular science education is lower during the COVID-19 pandemic; The overall satisfaction is 80.51% during the COVID-19 pandemic and 82.15% after the COVID-19 pandemic ends; The future construction of water park in Henan Province should pay attention to social relations and science education service, while fully exploiting the potential of cultural history and spiritual service. The research is of great significance to the evaluation and planning and construction of water park.

生态系统文化服务(CES)是指人们通过精神满足、认知发展、思考、消遣和美学体验而从生态系统获得的非物质收益[1],它不仅是生态系统服务的重要组成部分,更是连接人与自然、增进人类福祉的关键纽带。水利风景区融水工程、水景观、水科技、水文化于一体,生态环境优美、文化内涵丰富,是推动生态文明和美丽中国建设的重要抓手,评估水利风景区的CES感知价值具有重要意义。近年来,关于CES的研究主要涉及空间格局[2]、供需关系[3]、价值评估[4]和感知研究[5]等多个方面。由于CES具有主观性强、无形性特征及“非物质”收益特性,其感知研究相对复杂且具挑战性[6],多采用问卷调查、访谈、公众参与式制图等方法。社交媒体、移动应用等技术的发展提供了更加丰富和多样的数据来源,研究者可通过分析网络数据,探索公众对城市公园等CES的感知情况。但是,目前利用网络评论文本数据探索水利风景区CES感知的研究仍相对不足。鉴此,本文通过网络评论文本数据,评估公众对水利风景区CES的感知体验,并提出改进建议,推动水利风景区高质量发展。
河南省位于中国中东部、黄河中下游,是中华优秀传统文化及华夏文明重要发源地,地跨四大流域,建设了小浪底水利枢纽、南水北调中线工程、红旗渠等一系列标志性水利工程。全省有74家水利风景区,其中国家级46家。综合考虑水利风景区类型、行政区、评论数量等因素,筛选出20家具有代表性的国家级水利风景区作为研究对象,探究其CES感知,见表1图1
研究选取大众点评平台为评论数据采集源,利用Python从该平台抓取2022年6月30日至2024年3月30日相关水利风景区网络评论文本数据,并以2023年1月8日为节点,划分为疫情期间、疫情后两阶段。为确保数据科学可靠,剔除了广告性质评论、排除10字符内评论、删除复制他人的评论、非文本元素替换等预处理,最终获取有效评论文本27 849条。
研究过程分为以下5个步骤:①利用“jieba分词”工具对预处理后的评论文本进行分词处理,提取高频词;②构建水利风景区CES评价体系,并选取高频词形成CES词典;③分阶段、分类型进行CES感知频率分析;④分阶段、分类型进行CES游客情感分析;⑤运用IPA模型,综合分析重要性和满意度,为水利风景区建设提供建议。
总结千年生态系统评估[1]、生态系统和生物多样性经济学[7]、通用国际生态系统服务分类[8]及多位学者研究成果,并结合《水利风景区评价规范》[9]《水利风景区规划编制导则》[10]中关于CES的内容,确定了7种CES类型,并对其内涵进行阐释。
课题组3位成员按7种CES类型对频率大于5的高频词进行分类,对分类不一致的词语重复操作直至形成统一意见,形成CES词典,见表2。最后识别包含CES词典词汇的评论,形成7种CES类型的评论库。
剖析公众在水利风景区游览中的感知频率,可精准捕捉公众关注重点与兴趣倾向,既反映水利风景区不同CES的显著性,又揭示各类CES对提升公众游览体验的重要性。依据水利风景区CES评论库,分别统计7种CES类型的评论数量并除以总评论数量,计算每种CES类型的感知频率。
情感倾向分析通过挖掘蕴含用户偏好与情绪的文本内容,把模糊情感转化为数值情绪分数,实现对公众在水利风景区的态度及感知体验的量化评估。研究利用ROST CM6软件进行情感倾向分析,输出积极、中性、消极情绪的条数与概率,精确刻画和区分评论者真实情感倾向,在后续研究中,将积极情绪概率作为公众满意度指标。
采用IPA模型综合评价水利风景区的CES。IPA模型是将绩效表现作为横轴,重要性作为纵轴,并分别以其均值作为X-Y轴的分割点,将空间分为4个象限,分别为表现良好区(高重要性、高绩效的Ⅰ区)、重点改进区(高重要性、低绩效的Ⅱ区)、缓慢改进区(低重要性、低绩效的Ⅲ区)、额外资源区(低重要性、高绩效的Ⅳ区)。将CES的满意度作为评价绩效表现的指标(横轴),将CES的感知频率作为衡量重要性的指标(纵轴),通过IPA模型的综合评价,揭示水利风景区CES的优势和不足,为后续改进和优化工作提供指导和方向。
通过对两阶段分词后的评论文本进行词频分析,并以所有水利风景区排名前100的高频词制作词云图,见图2图2中,词频越高,字体越大。评论中门票、交通、爬山、散步、天气、黄河、红旗渠、工程等词频较高且均出现,表明公众关注热点主要是门票价格、交通方式、游憩活动、出游天气和水利工程等。特色关注点上,樱花、文化、历史、精神、博物馆等均反映出游客对景观、文化历史和科普教育的关注度较高。不同关注点上,疫情期间研学、团建、庙会等聚集性活动缺失,口罩、疫情等特有关注点增多,这与防疫政策有较大关联。
统计两阶段各类CES感知频率,按照从高到低的顺序排列,疫情期间依次为美学价值、休闲游憩、社会关系、文化历史、科普教育、精神价值、灵感服务,见图3(a);疫情后科普教育升至第三位,文化历史降至第四位,其余相同,见图3(b)。其中疫情期间,因限制人员聚集等因素,社会关系和科普教育感知频率明显降低;因释放压抑的身心,精神价值和灵感服务明显提高。
分析各景区各类CES感知频率差异可知:①美学价值方面,感知频率高的景区拥有优质的自然景观,这往往能够吸引游客,提升他们对美学价值的感知;②社会关系和休闲游憩的被感知频率较为平均,分析可知,水利风景区能够满足亲友出游、公司团建、学生教育等多人群的需求,同样能够支持较全面的游憩行为;③科普教育、文化历史、精神价值和灵感服务四种类型感知频率较低,这与科普教育的开展情况、文化历史的稀缺性、精神价值的深刻性、灵感服务的即时性等因素相关,见图4
将情感倾向分析的积极情绪作为满意度,20家水利风景区的整体满意度疫情期间为80.51%,疫情后为82.15%,除疫情期间的科普教育外,涉及各类CES评论的满意度,均高于此数值,表明公众对于水利风景区CES的总体态度较为满意。将各类CES按照满意度从高到低排序,疫情期间为精神价值、休闲游憩、美学价值、灵感服务、文化历史、社会关系、科普教育,疫情后为精神价值、休闲游憩、美学价值、文化历史、科普教育、社会关系、灵感服务,见图5。分析可知,两阶段的差异与活动组织频率、人员聚集限制、公众身心状态等因素有关;综合比较各类型CES感知频率和感知满意度可知,两者之间并未存在必然正关联或负关联。
对不同类型CES中各水利风景区评论文本进行满意度计算,发现两阶段特征相近,精神价值、美学价值、社会关系、休闲游憩中各景区满意度较接近,灵感服务、文化历史和科普教育中满意度相差较大,见图6。经过对评论文本的详细解读发现:①精神价值方面,湖面、山川能让公众精神满足,陵庙、人物雕像等可使公众产生强烈认同感;②美学价值方面,自然植被、河湖景观等易带来审美愉悦,施工改造景区因场所割裂感使体验下降;③社会关系方面,游憩设施有助于亲子互动与公众交友;④休闲游憩方面,设施、水质、卫生、人流量等会影响公众情绪;⑤灵感服务方面,公众与景色、建筑、工程等产生共鸣时满意度高;⑥文化历史方面,古建筑、民俗活动、历史遗存等易激发公众兴趣;⑦科普教育方面,丰富的科普活动、完善的解说系统、高质量的场馆建设等会促进公众积极情绪的产生。
应用IPA模型分析,美学价值、休闲游憩处于第一象限,是水利风景区核心吸引力所在,公众高度关注且普遍认可;社会关系、科普教育处于第二象限,是重点提升的方面,作为社会和谐、提升公众教育的重要途径,需成为未来发展的重点;灵感服务处于第三象限,属于低优先发展级别,虽然当前并非首要关注点,但作为促进游客创造力的因素,值得在长期规划中关注与改进;精神价值和文化历史处于第四象限,属于额外资源,具有深厚的内涵和未被充分挖掘的潜力,值得保持并适当推广,见图7
基于对河南省20家国家水利风景区的CES感知研究,提出以下提升策略:①深化水利科普教育以提升公众认知,强化科普软硬件建设,多形式传播知识,举办特色活动并与各方合作开展研学,增强公众节水意识与责任感,培养青少年兴趣。②挖掘水利文化来打造特色景观,深入探寻景区文化内涵,多途径展示其发展成就与变迁,与周边文化单位协同举办活动并保护文化遗产,传承水利文化。③优化基础设施以提升游览体验,完善道路、标识、照明等,改善水质与环境,增加绿化,提升服务人员素养,打造综合性旅游地。
通过研究河南省水利风景区CES感知,提出了水利风景区CES评价方法,可沿用到其他区域水利风景区。公众关注点多样且具体,CES感知频率差异明显、公众满意度较高,但二者并无必然关联,疫情对三者均有影响,水利风景区后续建设应重点倾向文化历史和科普教育。后续可整合覆盖面更广的多源数据开展研究,以优化研究的客观性。
