The pumped storage power stations are critical infrastructure for achieving carbon neutrality goals. Based on the three-dimensional computational fluid dynamics method, the head loss characteristics in the combined diversion shaft-surge chamber arrangement are investigated. Firstly, the three-dimensional model from the upstream inlet to the inlet of the unit is established. Then, the hydraulic characteristics under different arrangement types are analyzed. Finally, the influence of the diameter of the turning section and the impedance holes on the head loss is explored under the combination arrangement. The results indicate that the pressure distributions are similar in combined and uncombined arrangements. The hydrodynamic characteristics are not deteriorated and reflective water hammer is more effective in combined arrangements. Under the combined arrangement, the larger the diameter of the turning section and the impedance hole, the smaller the head loss coefficient is. This study can provide theoretical references for the design of new structures for pumped storage power stations.

抽水蓄能电站是实现碳中和目标的关键基础设施。针对抽蓄电站引水竖井—调压室结合布置方案,运用三维计算流体力学方法,对其水头损失特性开展研究。首先建立上游进水口到机组进口的三维模型,然后分析引水竖井—调压室结合、不结合布置体型下的水力特性,最后探讨结合布置体型下转弯段直径、阻抗孔孔径等对水头损失的影响规律。结果表明,引水竖井—调压室结合布置与不结合布置体型压力分布较为相似,结合布置体型没有恶化水力学特性,反射水锤效果较好。结合布置体型下,转弯段直径和阻抗孔直径越大,水头损失系数越小。研究结果可为抽水蓄能电站新型结构设计提供理论参考。

抽水蓄能电站是实现碳中和目标的关键基础设施。针对抽蓄电站引水竖井—调压室结合布置方案,运用三维计算流体力学方法,对其水头损失特性开展研究。首先建立上游进水口到机组进口的三维模型,然后分析引水竖井—调压室结合、不结合布置体型下的水力特性,最后探讨结合布置体型下转弯段直径、阻抗孔孔径等对水头损失的影响规律。结果表明,引水竖井—调压室结合布置与不结合布置体型压力分布较为相似,结合布置体型没有恶化水力学特性,反射水锤效果较好。结合布置体型下,转弯段直径和阻抗孔直径越大,水头损失系数越小。研究结果可为抽水蓄能电站新型结构设计提供理论参考。

The pumped storage power stations are critical infrastructure for achieving carbon neutrality goals. Based on the three-dimensional computational fluid dynamics method, the head loss characteristics in the combined diversion shaft-surge chamber arrangement are investigated. Firstly, the three-dimensional model from the upstream inlet to the inlet of the unit is established. Then, the hydraulic characteristics under different arrangement types are analyzed. Finally, the influence of the diameter of the turning section and the impedance holes on the head loss is explored under the combination arrangement. The results indicate that the pressure distributions are similar in combined and uncombined arrangements. The hydrodynamic characteristics are not deteriorated and reflective water hammer is more effective in combined arrangements. Under the combined arrangement, the larger the diameter of the turning section and the impedance hole, the smaller the head loss coefficient is. This study can provide theoretical references for the design of new structures for pumped storage power stations.

抽水蓄能电站在电力系统稳定运行中发挥着重要作用,传统电站引水系统采用调压室与竖井分离布置模式,地下洞室群复杂、工程建设效率低[1]。近年提出的引水竖井上弯段与调压室结合布置形式[2],虽能减少地下开挖规模,但其改变了传统水力过渡过程的边界条件,流场流态复杂且相关研究较少。因此,深入研究结合布置下的水头损失特性,对完善抽水蓄能电站引水系统设计理论意义重大。目前,关于调压室水力学特性问题的研究成果较丰富,如李高会等[3]研究了不同连接管体型下调压室阻抗系数及调压室涌浪影响;黄静之等[4]分析了底部设置隔壁式岔管的调压室的水流流态特性,得到了水流全部流进/流出调压室的水头损失系数和流量系数转换公式;徐逸等[5]开展了带侧弯管式连接管阻抗式调压室水力特性研究,指出阻抗损失系数与进出调压室的水流流态密切相关。然而,现有研究多针对传统调压室结构,对于引水竖井上弯段与调压室结合这种特殊结构下的水头损失规律尚未充分探讨。本文基于三维计算流体力学方法,开展抽水蓄能电站引水竖井-调压室结合布置水头损失特性研究,首先建立上游进水口到调压室再到机组进口的三维仿真模型,然后分析不同调压室布置体型下的水力特性,最后探讨结合布置体型下转弯段直径、阻抗孔孔径等参数对水头损失的影响。研究结果可为抽水蓄能电站新型结构设计提供理论参考。
以某抽水蓄能电站引水发电系统为研究对象,首先基于几何模型特征选取合适的控制方程与求解策略,随后进行计算域网格划分、边界条件定义、监测点及面布置,最后构建完整的数值仿真体系。
本文所涉流体视为密度和粘性保持恒定的不可压缩流体,其数学方程由连续性方程和运动方程[6]组成。连续性方程为:
式中,ρ为密度;t为时间;uvw分别为速度矢量在xyz方向上的分量。

式中,s为速度矢量;μ为动力粘度;p为压强;FuFvFw均为动量守恒方程的广义源项。
对于本文可能遇到的混合流、边界层及分离流的流动,其Realizable κ-ε方程[7]为:

式中,κ为湍动能;ui为方向i上的速度分量;xi为空间坐标;μt为湍流黏度;σκσε分别为对应湍流动能、湍流耗散率的湍流普朗特数,分别取为1.0、1.2;Gκ为由于平均速度梯度产生的湍动能;ε为湍动耗散率;Gb为由于浮力影响产生的湍动能;N为平均应变率张量模量;C2C1ε均为常数,分别取为1.9、144;ε3ε为耗散率。
CFD仿真计算的过程本质上是求解控制方程[8]。基于此,采用有限体积法进行流场数值求解,通过空间离散将计算域及其控制方程转换为离散的控制体积单元,选用SIMPLE算法进行压力与速度耦合,采用二阶迎风格式以确保计算精度。
参照工程原型,建立从上游引水隧道进水口到调压室再到机组进口区域的三维体型,模型基本参数中弯管上游隧洞进口底板高程594.00 m,长574.39 m,管径9.50 m;调压室底板高程596.00 m,大井顶部高程660.00 m,大井直径16.00 m,连接管直径9.50 m,连接管长度91.40 m,阻抗孔直径5.50 m;弯管下游隧洞出口直径4.00 m,整体模型见图1
采用多面体网格划分方法,对研究的重点部位调压室连接管与转弯段结合处进行局部网格加密,以发电工况下恒定流阶段1、2断面间的转弯段水头损失系数作为指标进行网格无关性验证,设置6种网格方案,结果表明,网格数量在127.56×104个后计算结果基本无显著变化,在综合考虑计算精度、计算成本与计算时长的基础上,选择网格总数量127.65×104个的方案进行计算。
为保证监测量的平稳,监测面的设置应远离岔管等结构突变的位置,且与岔管至少保持3~5倍直径的距离。基于此,1-1断面距离调压室中心线5倍管道直径,2-2、3-3断面距离引水隧洞中心线5、3倍的管道直径,4-4断面距离调压室大井底板10 m。
引水竖井—调压室布置体型分为引水竖井与调压室结合、不结合布置两种,故研究这两种布置体型下的水力特性。其中,引水竖井与调压室结合部位的局部损失,可以看成是转弯段的水头损失与调压室阻抗损失之和。首先进行转弯段水头损失特性研究,揭示不同布置体型下流场分布特征,然后分析不同流态下调压室局部水头损失特性。两种引水竖井—调压室布置体型只是将调压室中心线整体沿引水隧道进行平移,其余参数均保持一致。
水头损失计算一般在流量恒定情况下进行。为便于计算,设定恒定流速,通过监测监测面流速、压力等数据,分析转弯段水头损失情况。以结合布置形式水流流向下游为例,根据进出流量平衡,控制流经1-1、2-2断面的流量相等,各边界条件设置如下:弯管上游隧洞进口设为流速进口1,流速4 m/s,调压室大井顶部设为流速进口2,流速0 m/s,弯管下游隧洞出口设为流速出口,流速5.64 m/s,隧洞固壁为非穿透无滑移条件。转弯段水头损失计算结果见表1图3
表1可知,水流流向下游时,转弯段水头损失为0.111 8 m,水流流向上游时,转弯段水头损失为0.109 4 m,两者水头损失相差0.002 4 m,说明转弯段的水头损失受水流流向影响很小。同时,忽略监测位置选择带来的沿程损失差异的情况下,水头损失系数与经验公式计算的系数相近,说明结果具有很好的可靠性。
图3可知,结合布置体型与不结合布置体型呈现出规律的压力分布,未出现局部异常。两种调压室布置体型下的压力分布特征较为一致,说明引水竖井与调压室结合布置的体型并未恶化其水力特性。
抽水蓄能电站中,流道与调压室之间存在不同的流场流态。为探究引水竖井—调压室结合体型下调压室局部水头损失特性,对4种常见的流入流出调压室流态进行数值模拟分析。流态1、2分别为发电与抽水工况下调压室水位上升的情况、流态3、4分别为发电与抽水工况下调压室水位下降的情况,根据进出流量平衡,设置各边界条件,流态见图4
图4(a)~(d)为结合布置体型下调压室不同流态速度矢量图,速度矢量的颜色和大小反映速度的大小,速度越大,速度矢量箭头越大。由图4(a)~(d)可知,四种不同流态在连接处均出现水流分流、合流现象,但流场流态平顺,未见异常涡流或其他明显异常。由图4(e)~(h)可知,引水竖井—调压室不结合布置体型下,4种不同流态的水流交汇处位于调压室底部流道,其水流流态相较于结合布置体型更为复杂。
进一步对调压室水头损失系数与阻抗孔口流量系数进行分析。通过对调压室横截面4-4与连接管截面3-3进行监测,求得两种布置体型下4种流态对应的调压室水头损失系数和阻抗孔流量系数,结果见表2。由表2可知,流态1与流态4中,结合布置体型下调压室阻抗孔流量系数较不结合布置体型有所降低,水头损失系数略有增加,但变幅较小,这主要是由于转弯段与调压室结合,水流由引水隧洞流向调压室时边界突变引起的。而流态2与流态3中,由于竖井与调压室共线,水流由竖井流入/流出调压室时流向没有突变,水流更加平顺,水头损失系数较小,流量系数较不结合布置体型提升较大,反射水锤的效果相对更优。
引水竖井—调压室结合布置在反射水锤方面具有较好的优势。为进一步探究其水力学特性,聚焦于结合布置体型,研究转弯段直径、阻抗孔孔径等关键参数对水头损失的影响。选取10、20、30、40 m四组转弯段直径进行模拟,得到结合布置体型下转弯段直径对水头损失的影响结果见图5。由图5可知,引水竖井—调压室结合布置体型下,当转弯段直径由10.0 m增至40.0 m时,局部水头损失系数从0.218 4降低至0.109 3,呈现显著负相关特性,且计算结果与经验公式相近,表明结合布置体型下,转弯段直径越大,转弯段水头损失越小。
进一步分析阻抗孔孔径对调压室局部水头损失的影响,选取3.5、5.0、7.5 m三组不同阻抗孔孔径,对流入、流出调压室两种流态下的局部水头损失展开分析,结果见图6。由图6可知,随着阻抗孔孔径增大,流入/流出调压室的水头损失系数减小,即水流通过阻抗孔时的能量损失越小,反射水锤效果变好,阻抗孔流量系数保持在规范推荐范围0.6~0.8内。相同孔径下,流出调压室的水头损失系数大于流入调压室时,而流入调压室的流量系数高于流出调压室。这是因为水流流出调压室时,流态变化更为复杂,局部阻力差异也更为显著,从而导致流量系数相对较低。
a. 结合布置体型转弯段的水头损失受水流流向影响很小,且其压力分布规律与不结合布置体型较为一致,未见局部异常压力分布。总体而言,引水竖井—调压室结合布置的体型没有恶化水力学特性。
b. 结合布置体型下,流态1、4受转弯段影响,调压室阻抗孔流量系数相较于不结合布置体型有所降低;流态2、3因竖井与调压室共线,水流平顺,流量系数显著提高,反射水锤效果更优。
c. 结合布置体型下,随着转弯段直径增大,转弯段水头损失逐渐减小。同时,随着阻抗孔孔径的增大,水头损失系数呈明显下降趋势。相同孔径下,流出调压室的水头损失系数略高于流入调压室时,而流入调压室的流量系数则大于流出调压室。
